I can’t put into words how great of a lawyer Lucas is. I consulted multiple lawyers and they all said that license would be suspended. When I got in touch with Lucas he told me not to worry, and that he would take care of me. The cases were in two separate counties (Denver/Broomfield) and the process was seemless. He responded in a timely fashion and even checked in on me to make sure I was completing my court ordered work. It was a major relief when he told me that he accepts payment plans. This man’s one of the best out there. Put your faith in him you won’t regret it.

Lucas was great! I hired him for a drug case in Arapahoe County. He fought the DA all the way to the end. Lucas helped me get a plea where I can seal my case in the near future. Lucas told me what to expect throughout the whole case. He kept me posted on all updates on my case. He promptly responded to my texts/emails/calls. He was also able to accept payment plans. That was a huge help. I would certainly recommend him to all those facing any criminal charges

Lucas stuck with us getting a settlement completed for almost 2 years. The insurance agents blocked and obfuscated and made excuses time and time again, but Lucas stuck with our case and got us an excellent settlement as well as helped us with the offset medical bills to get a better payoff amount than we could have ever done alone.

My experience with Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor has been beyond great. They dug into the issues of my case and discovered things in my favor that go far beyond what other defendants in the same case appear to have missed or not seriously considered. My opinions of Jim Helfrich and Kate Sender go beyond my ability to express. The best I can say is that I trust them to do their absolute best, which I believe they have done. No bullshit. They haven’t always told me what I want to hear, but they have always considered my opinion and that has been reflected in the things they have produced on my behalf. My case is not over, but they believe in me and have taken my side with the best they have to offer. Their rates are fair, and I have never had the feeling they were fabricating hours as so many law firms do, especially the law firm that is attacking me. I suspect I will have more to add to this review in the future.

I'm extremely grateful to have had Mike recommended to me by a friend for my divorce. The process itself took much longer than needed (my fault), but he was patient and very helpful through the entire time. Carisa did what was necessary to complete her job. Filed motions, did the paperwork. She really wanted me to plead guilty. Told me to take the first deal. When I informed her I would not be taking a plea deal the conversation got heated. She raised her voice and told me “When this blows up in your face I will know I did my job” She sent me 2nd opinions from other defense attorneys recommending I take the plea deal. I declined. A week later the plea was cut in half and i declined again. Months later as my trial approached she did an excellent job. She was in contact and planning a defense. She was filling motions to have evidence suppressed and trying to work with witnesses. She had good insight and helped me a lot. In the end my case was dismissed. I knew that it would be as a jury convection was not probable. I’m glad I trusted myself. She put a lot of pressure on me to take a deal. I have full faith she would have defended me in court to the best of her ability if we had made it there.

Just some background I'm 29 years old, married with 4 kids. I got charged with Class 1 assault with a deadly weapon and 3 counts of felony menacing. 14 months I was pending charges for these offenses. I was working in corrections in Kit Carson County at the time of my arrest. Before this I was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years. Russ fought long and hard for me during Pre trial court hearings and turned out to be a rockstar during my 2 day jury trial. Not Guilty to all counts after the jury deliberated for only 20 minutes. Mr. Ray saved my life. My family and I are very thankful for this amazing man that fought for justice against a malicious DA office. Subject: Warning: Avoid Robinson & Henry Law Firm I strongly advise against hiring Robinson & Henry Law Firm, particularly the attorney assigned to my case and her supervisor, who claims to specialize in criminal defense. After spending $32,000 over 5 months with no results, I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from being misled. My attorney’s performance was disgraceful. Her lack of preparation was evident during a court hearing, leading to frustration from both the magistrate and District Attorney. She was reprimanded by the magistrate and even talked over him, further exposing her incompetence. Communication was nonexistent. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, responses were rare and inadequate. Most frustrating was her failure to communicate a critical offer from the District Attorney that could have resolved my son's case, forcing him to remain in a boys' home. Her negligence caused my family to lose precious time with my son. The situation worsened when my attorney went on vacation, delaying the case further. After voicing my concerns to her supervisor multiple times, I was met with excuses and reprimands. The supervisor claimed a lack of communication and threatened to withdraw from the case right before a hearing, despite my timely payments. Their withdrawal left me with no choice but to continue with their services to avoid further delays, only to witness another poor performance at the hearing and an additional $2,000 charge. I gave the firm every opportunity to make this right. I spoke with a representative who promised to escalate my concerns to the board and follow up within 3-5 days, but no follow-up occurred. It is clear this firm prioritizes their fees over their clients. I am now prepared to file a grievance against Robinson & Henry for their handling of this matter. If you have questions about my experience, I am ready to provide detailed evidence to substantiate my claims.

I hope for the future Google Reviews can provide an option of (—) Negative starts in the mean time I’m gonna rate this little mediocre house “business” a — 9. I schedule an appointment with a month of anticipation for March 18th on the first place, mind you I create this appointment around February if not sooner around last weeks of January. I call to confirm on March 15th to my surprise a lady answers and says “we hope you called us back, we are gonna have to reschedule due the person in charge of your case is out for an audience” My initial thought was, there’s no one else that can take my case? There’s just one lawyer? Didn’t thought that much of it, they rescheduled me for today April 8th at 4pm. I call today in the early morning to confirm my appointment before I do so I found a v-m in my phone form some lady saying “please call us back as soon as you hear this” so I do, for my surprised the First Lady that answers doesn’t have any idea of how to help me, they transferred me with another person and this one tells me we are gonna have to reschedule the reschedule ONCE AGAIN! Due the lawyer taking your case is out sick.” I am beyond upset at this point, this is the second time they rescheduled me! I told the lady the that was unacceptable, she give me the option to come tomorrow and the I told her that I couldn’t be missing work, I already asked for the evening off so to please let me keep the same time and to find me another lawyer that could take care of my case. This lady proceeds to tell me “yes, let me see what I can do and I would give you a callback.” This happens at 10:23am for the rest of the day I never received a call, email, text, message , fire sign or anything from this person. So, if you are desperate, have limited funds and need assistance ASAP please AVOID THIS little piece of trash !! They would waste your time, resources, money, gas and words. Spend the extra fees in someone that actually follows direction, mean what they say and has genuine word, not this little circus. Do better , y’all playing with peoples lives and time. Shame on you and your ancestors!!!!

Charles did not remember our conversations, therefore, I needed to refresh him of the details. This occurred more than once in our small window of time, working together. This is unprofessional and a waste of everybody's time. When I called him on it, he turned it around as me being brash, vs me relaying truth. Avoid attorneys who cannot handle conflict... bad sign. He made good when I suggested most of my retainer fee be returned.

The initial consultation started with Marty Long being concerned about my well being. Bankruptcy is hard and extremely embarrassing. Marty outlined what would take place when filing Chapter 7 and never talked over my head. Marty, also did everything he said he would do in my case. I gave him a case on a silver platter. They didn't have enough evidence, the DMV had dropped their side of the case. He told me I was just lucky not to be a felon, and they ended up charging me with everything after that. I would probably find a lawyer that cares a little bit more about you personally.

DUI Case. I think that my problem was that he had too many cases and didn’t spend an adequate amount of time on my case because he had too much on his plate. Probably didn’t even look at the body Cam. I wish this man would have done a little more research when it came time for the DMV hearing because It caused me a lot of problems. He doesn’t care because he got his money. I had to do an overwhelming majority of the legwork because he didn’t want to put in the effort towards my case. His paralegal wasn’t much help either. She told several things that were not true. And in sentencing he told the judge that I was moving to a city that I’ve never lived in and gave me the impression that he didn’t even listen to me whatsoever. Don’t recommend 0 out of 10 complete waste of money

I paid Joel Fry to defend me against Connie Matthews on charges of domestic violence. Durango is a small town. Everyone knows everyone. Connie owned a business around the corner from Joel’s office. I told Joel that Connie attacked me multiple times. That the third time she was attacking me I pushed her off. Police arrived and I was arrested. Joel continued to tell me to plea guilty, because he said, “The Judge will send you to jail.”. I trusted him and did. It’s now on my record. I remember him saying, “You’re retired. This conviction will not affect you.” It came to light that Connie, single and 60, knew Joel, single and 60 and they both pretended not to know one another. From my experience Joel Fry is not honest. So beware.

Danny & his team provided honest and very accurate analysis of my charges. They carefully reviewed all the video cams, blood tests, and written reports. He was able to dismiss all but one charge - and that was finalized at a lesser charge. He correctly advised me of the potential outcome, financial obligations, and court ordered requirements. I am very happy to leave a Super Review on this firm. Hands down this is best law firm in Denver Metro area. I had a personal injury case pressing the statute of limitations of 2 years from a car wash accident. I called this law firm got a hold of Trent in September 2023 with a February deadline he literally and his staff got going on this case ASAP. His staff and Trent found who the insurance carrier was from Car wash fast and talked To all witnesses. This law firm is honest snd sincere they made sure the client got more than the law firm and Trent and his staff were amazing to work with. Ms. Goodbody's services as a Child Legal Representative can be bought. She is corrupt, unprofessional and doesn't give a rat's a.. about the children involved. She will conduct ex parte communications during a legal proceeding (which is illegal) and she will lie during court proceedings, if it suits the party that's paying her. Keep yourself and your children as far away from her as you possibly can.

I was charged with DUI in Feb 2020. I refused breath alcohol tests and chemical test. I did not know back then that refusal would automatically get me 12pts on license, and a DUI charge. This was my first offense. I talked to Barry and hired him immediately. Barry is a great listener, he documents all that I mentioned, and he has a streamlined system for managing documents/paperwork for each client. I really liked the fact that Barry was available when I called initially and did a free consultation with me before onboarding me as a client. Due to COVID, my court dates kept moving out again and again. My final date to plead was almost 1 year after the charge. During this time, following Barry's advice, I had completed Level2 classes & counseling, MAD victim panel and had got a recommendation letter from my level2 counselor. Barry used his soft-skills and negotiated with the DA for a non-alcohol charge. The DA agreed to it and reduced my charge to 8pt reckless driving. On the final day of sentencing, the judge looked at DA recommendation and accepted it. The judge even waived all fines and fees because I had completed my level2 classes. My level2 counselor mentioned to me that this was an unheard of result. Most 1st time refusals usually get pled down to DWAI charges, but she had never had a case where it got pled down to non-alcohol charge. I cannot thank Barry enough for this great resolution. This was the scariest experience of my life and I felt Barry gave me good confidence and direction on how to proceed on each step of the way. He asked me to complete the level2 & MAD panels quickly so we can get a good agreement from the DA. And I think Barry has great negotiation skills, that he was able to get the DA to reduce the charges. If you are in this situation, I highly recommend hiring Barry to represent you. Don't try to deal with this yourself. You need a good lawyer. You need and a lawyer that has a good reputation of negotiating deals with the DA. You need a lawyer who is committed to take your case to trial if need be. You need a lawyer who has a reputation of winning cases for his clients. Barry checks all of these categories and I highly recommend him. Good luck!

I met Mr Eldridge 30yrs ago at the time he handled 3 cases did excellent job. Recently, I was represented by Wade Eldridge in a court case where I was falsely accused and was facing three years in jail. I felt betrayed scared and small up again such accusations. Wade Not only took my case and helped me through this trying situation. He showed compassion and heartfelt case for me as a person he became my protector. Worst attorney to date I’ve actually had the displeasure of speaking to. Extremely dismissive and would not hear the claims to the case. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. I went to see a handful of lawyers about this and it didn’t feel right until I met Wade. Wade took the time to explain the process we would go through in detail. Wade & his paralegal Dawn are absolutely awesome. Dawn is unbelievable at organizing things and requesting what she needs from you. I don’t know how she keeps it all together. She was in with the DA and didn't help my husband at all on his case, she would not fight for him why because the court was paying her. She no better then the public defender. She didn't even give him the right days credited. She should be an attorney an do her job right or not be an attorney at all !!! I would not recommend her as an attorney, she will fail you just like she did my husband.
