He and his staff were very professional, informed, helpful, friendly, and understanding. He kept me informed of my rights and the progression of our case throughout.

I walked into Wesley’s office looking for an attorney to handle my contentious and complication divorce. Though it was no easy case, Wesley said he was up for the task. For the past year I have worked alongside him and his staff and can honestly say I was wowed by the level of knowledge and service they provide.
Wesley is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He answers questions with the ease and confidence of someone who has an in-depth understanding of how the system works. Wesley is, above all else, honest. He does not sugar coat advice, which I greatly appreciated. It’s very easy to get bogged down on the specifics of a divorce; however, Wesley gives his opinion straight and makes sure he doesn’t waste time on things he knows aren’t going to be important in the long run.
In addition to knowing his way around the law, he is amazing to watch in court. Precise and cunning, he deftly handles arguments and testimonies and knows exactly how to manuever to get the testimony he needs.
Though he is a shark in the courtroom, he and his staff genuinely care about their clients. After emotionally draining events, I would receive a call from his office inquiring as to how I was holding up. They remember my kids names, their ages, what schools they go to. They are genuinely invested in their clients. You are not a case number when you walk through their door. You are a person and they are committed to helping in every way they can. Though Wesley’s knowledge and legal skills are astounding, the care and compassion is what most impressed me.
The past year has been riddled with motions, responses and even a few court visits. Wesley and his staff were by my side every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Wesley and his team!

I've been an over the road truck driver for over 24 years and Mr. Crabtree represented me in a traffic citation case that not only got me terminated from my former employer, but could have possibly ended my trucking career and which of course would have greatly impacted my livelihood. After doing some research online, I discovered Mr. Crabtree's practice and gave him a call. I was immediately given advise by his highly professional office staff in regards to my case, what I needed to do, plus, I was given an appointment time for my phone consultation with Mr. Crabtree. After a few minutes into my consultation, Mr. Crabtree agreed to take my case. As time goes on, luckily, I got another driving job, and Mr. Crabtree's office stayed in contact with me and gave me updates as to the progress that was being made in my case. Mr. Crabtree himself called me the other day while I was on my way to pickup another load with the good news. My case had been dismissed. And the citation has been completely 100% expunged off of my record. I would highly recommend to anyone that's in a similar situation to give the law office of Crabtree and Patterson a call. Jason drew up a complete set of estate planning documents for my grandmother. He answered all of her questions and explained to her how the documents would uphold her wishes in different situations. My family was so lucky that Doug got handed our case!! He saved my ex-husbands life and we could never ever thank him enough. I had contact with them so much it felt like everyday. He was an excellent attorney for our case!! I know my ex's case, which was about 4 or 5 big binders full, went with them everywhere even to bed with them at night. You couldn't get a better Attorney than him and his Paralegal!!! Love them both soo much. And yes our case was a success as well he was aquited of all charges including a life sentence. They dug Straight in our case and found where the state was trying to screw us over and hide secrets including TBI!!!!!

Mr. Parsons is an amazing lawyer. In one of my cases I had signed a plea agreement stating I would take 4 years state probation and in court the next morning he got me just 2 years. I thought 3 or 4 yrs. was resonable for my charges but he was truely looking out for my best interest. And he was appointed to me and still fought for me every since I have used him and referred him to others whom he has helped as well.

I approached Mr. Cameron in a situation where my then 8yr old son claimed his dad had abused him. Mr. Cameron and his office personel went above and beyond what was required of them. They put the safety of my son first and formost. They were professional and thorough. He faught passionately for us in the courtroom. When a situation arose where my case might be moved to another county, he had me prepare for it mths in advance, just in case. His fees were more than reasonable. I can't think of a situation that I wouldn't be comfortable recommending him for. My son still enjoys safety today as a result of this mans quick actions.

Luke came to my defense in an aggravated burglary charge, not only was he very responsive he kept my family informed about what was happening now and what was more than likely going to happen while I was incarcerated. On the day of my preliminary hearing he was able to get all my charges dropped without having to spend any more time in jail.Thats exactly what he told me and my family he would do. Luke is trustworthy and reasonably priced and I would reccomend him to anyone in the upper cumberland area who has charges pending.

He was hired with $7500.00 down and I was making payments on the balance. He took the case and then sent a letter after his first court appearance stating he could not represent. He kept my money. I have known Dana for many years and worked with her in a professional capacity before she became an attorney. She was always friendly and even requested my assistance professionally on occasion. I later needed her assistance in a legal matter and she never returned my phone call. She never even a called review the issue with me to determine whether I needed to take legal action. She just ignored my call altogether. I would not recommend her and I am glad she never called me back. Considering her lack of professional courtesy, I do not think she would have provided sound judgment in the matter.

David was my probation officer for a while. Throughout my probation period he watch me change from a addict who broke the law and didn't care the consequences into a person who not only stopped drugs but who had also changed her mind set and way of living. He was very good about allowing me to be honest no matter how bad it was and instead of jail he made me take a mrt class which changed my life. He seen more than a junkie criminal when I walked into his office. He's never been my attorney however he did stand up for me in court and told the judge about the changes I had made which got me 6 months good behavior probation that as of now I'm off and free. If I ever need a lawyer I'll choose David. He is the type that stays in contact with you and keeps you up to date about your case. I trust him and I hope you will to. We hired this man with a cut and dried case with our property .He showed up not once but EVERY time unprepared no paperwork. He is arrogant to the client and rolls up in a ball when in front of a lawyer who actually cares enough to show up in court with the proper documents. He went to a hearing without us ! We lost our home of 34 years .He is a great attorney for the defense! His colleagues seem to talk over him in a court room and have little to no respect fir him or his capacity to present or defend a case .We filed a complaint with a higher court and hope this man is is given proper discipline.Dont do it! He knew that I was going through something and should have not been in court during this process. He charged me 3 times. H e was for the other party. Our last time in court he made the decision even though I said no. Now the other person is bragging that they got everything. I am going to contact the TV stations. Things that I was suppose to get through the process still have not been done. But the other party can do a civil suit on me. This has to do with mental illness. I called about something else last week and he told me to contact the other parties lawyer which would not talk to me. This is why women and girls does not rely on anyone. Domestic violence was involved and nothing happened. The party got by it. Do not be surprised when the TV stations contact you.

We hired Mullins for a civil case. He filed our case in the wrong court. Then 4 months later filed in correct court. In that time frame we get sued by the plaintiff. Mullins canceled most of our appointments. He would rarely return phone calls. Even when other attorneys tried to call him. He is the most incompetent/illiterate excuse of an attorney we have ever seen. He has no business practicing law. At one point he did not know if we were the defendants or the plaintiffs. He likes playing god with peoples lives. And has no care in the world about his clients. He did nothing but mess our whole case up.(We have spoken to other attorneys) Mullins will do nothing for you. But he will want money! When we released him of his duties. He handed us our case paperwork, and what a joke that was.( It was just duplicates of papers) You can tell most of the papers have never been touched or separated. In 1.5 years he destroyed our case. He has been reported to the bar. Buyer beware. He would not make a good dump truck driver. He’s a CROOK! If you have questions for him, You’ll have more questions when you leave. But he can talk about the ducks on his walls. Find yourself a REAL attorney. If in doubt just ask around about him. Ask other attorneys they know all about him. And also check complaints filed with the Bar association. ZERO STARS GIVEN. I only put 1 star because I had to!

Did not even attempt to make contact with me until late in the day the Friday before trial with the following Monday being a holiday. Has refused to respond to me since trial.
