If u have a federal case the only mistake you would be doing is not hiring frank rubino he is a great lawyer and is well connected in the federal system he is also very honest and always trying to help get the best results from the case. Hired Mr Ferris after the absent father of my child reappeared and wanted timesharing. Mr Ferris was always very responsive and took the time to explain everything to me about family law cases and was realistic about the complexities of my situation. We ended up with child support and everything we wanted out of a time sharing plan. Forever grateful to Mr Ferris and all the hours of work he put into my case. Highly recommend!

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

I initially consulted with Ashley because I got turned away at the courthouse for not having filled out the correct form. The whole process was so confusing to me, and Ashley did a great job in explaining how it works. I decided to hire her to file my divorce for me, and I'm so grateful! She was extremely professional and kind, as well as very flexible with her schedule to make it easy for me to meet with her. I would like to forward this review for Michelle Ann Estlund, for whom I retained twice. I originally retained Ms. Estlund for a member of my family in regards to a criminal defense case . She was professional, concise, and on point. She provided us with a very favorable outcome which included pretrial diversion and record sealing. We were very pleased at that point. As fate would have it , a year later I found myself in the same place, only worse. I was charged with two major felonies, and deeply entrenched in the legal justice system. I retained Michelle once again. let me say it again, her professionalism and knowledge of the justice system are paramount. She was always there for me whether by cell phone or meeting me at the office on a Saturday, always keeping me up to date with current situations. In the courtroom her experience was obvious, whether a motion or sounding, always on top of her game, providing the best direction possible. In the end, all the charges were dismissed, resulting in a Nolle Pros, which was the best possible outcome for both of us. Michelle went the extra mile as well seeing us through a return of property motion. A little stressful, but once again she prevailed. I cannot say enough how grateful to her I am.

I contacted Ms. Estlund after having been arrested for a petit theft incident. After a single call to her office, I was given an appointment right away. During our initial meeting, I explained the details of my incident. She was attentive and focused. After listening to what I had to say, she responded with a wealth of information (very knowledgeable and experienced, she is) and was compassionate too. She gave me reassurance and peace of mind that I was in good hands. I left her office feeling and knowing that I had her full support and attention to my case.
Needless to say, throughout the entire process she was superb. Shortly thereafter, my case was filed nolle prose. Ms. Estlund was detailed and thorough from start to finish. She was easy to reach too (by call and email). I could not be happier that she represented me as my legal counsel. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone. I contacted Michelle in 2011 to ask for advice on dealing with an Interpol problem. At the time I had received a negative response to my appeal with Interpol. I asked Michelle for a second opinion and was skeptical that anything could be done. She read my case and felt that she could help me. I worked with Michelle for over 12 months in preparing my second appeal. Michelle was at all times professional and showed great empathy towards my situation. Michelle is a subject matter expert in dealing with Interpol and knows the rules and constitution intimately. If you want advice in dealing with Interpol there is no better person you could choose.
Michelle worked over and above the call of duty in my case and was available 24/7 and took calls from me on many occasions outside office hours. Michelle is a straight talker and tells you how it is and does not promise anything she cannot deliver. I rate Michelle at the highest level for her legal abilities and belief in justice. Having dealt with over 50 lawyers in my career I can say that she is the best. Her fees are fair and reasonable and she is genuinely interested and believes in any case that she takes on. In 2012 we received a successful result. I doubt anyone else could have done a better job. Thank you Michelle.

The worst Atterney I could have ever chosen in my life. He left on vacation when my hearing was set. Then sent someone that didn’t have a clue hat was going on with my case. Worst mistake of my life as far as picking an Atterney. Huge mistake. He left when I needed him and paid him for. Then never answered. Huge mistake choosing Manny a Perez. Huge mistake. I happen to be one of those people that have been convicted of something g I did not do because I chose the wrong Atterney. Hey tried to pursue me for additional money after he didn’t show up at my hearing. Horrible experience. I totally made a huge mistake by hiring Many Perez. The worst thing is that my mistake will now follow me for the rest of my life, from something that I am innocent of. He had no interest in my case at all. He left on vacation and ignored me while I stood in court alone. But charged me for that. Again. Huge mistake.

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
