I retained Mr. Crawford for a traffic citation in Dunwoody. He was quick to respond and had excellent communication with me throughout the process. Despite short notice he was able to get everything he needed together and set me at ease. In the end he was able to get my ticket reduced to a non reporting violation, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I will look to Mr. Crawford in the future for any help I might need. Mr. Savoy worked very hard on my case. He went over everything with me thoroughly. He presented me all of my options and made sure I knew exactly what each one entailed. He ended up negotiating me an amazing plea deal, avoiding jail time and even preserved my first offender. This attorney knows his stuff and isn’t going to plea you out for an easy case. I had the privilege to hire Mr. peter Zeliff. I went to a couple lawyers when I got to attend court for driving on my foreign driving licence and was quite disappointed and worried at their attitude. I searched and located Mr Zeliff on web and approached him. It was enough to look at him to know that you met a man with honesty and competency personified. Mr Wehunt was extremely helpful and very dependable. He truly helped me with my case and I had 2 felonies and really thought I was going spend more time jail and truly thought I would really be always assumed as a terrible criminal and he got me a great plea deal. I got less time with probation and the least amount in fines and so much more. he made me feel comfortable in court when I was nervous and really thought I was going have bad outcome but he worded everything so I was able to understand. all my questions was answered and explained in every way. This is first time I have ever been in serious trouble and even been in court for crime. he kept in contact with me and even after my plea deal he still even contacted me after words to see if I still was okay or had any questions. he truly is a lawyer ur want on ur side.

Mr. John Rife is a lawyer I would recommend to anyone and everyone. He helped me get out of a really tough situation with the best possible outcome, in compliance with the law, and while taking the 'scary' out of needing a lawyer and being involved with the court system. John Rife provided excellent representation for my son who was arrested twice on drug offenses; one arrest occurring while he was out on bail for the first arrest. While my son was required to serve two months jail time while he was awaiting his court dates, Mr. Rife was able to get him probation, drug counseling, and community service with no additional jail/prison time to serve. I believe Mr. Rife's established rapport with law enforcement/judicial officials in Cobb County helped in my son's case. He was also very responsive to me and my husband and my son throughout the process, despite the fact that he was very busy with other cases. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rife if you are in need of an experienced criminal attorney in Cobb County.

I hired him for my son on a major felonie case. Over the 3 years it took to go to trial he met with my son for maybe 30 minutes and he never brought the offered deals to him or anyone. He and I found out after he was convicted that they even existed. Now he has a ridiuclously long sentence and won't be out until well after Banks is gone.

Every case is different, but i couldn't have asked for better results from Mr. Banks. He took a 2nd DUI to court and got a Not Guilty. He saved my CDL's, me jailtime, and saved me a lot if headache. He got several motions passed that were key in my case. Not to mention, he had some excellent arguments in the courtroom. He will steer you in the right direction, as how to handle your case, and do his best to resolve the matter in your best interest. He was able to lift some weight off my shoulders and i would definetly recommend him.

The Chanco and Hamilton firm was a great experience for me. Both were very knowledgeable and actually do care about you as an individual. They would keep me informed regularly and would give great advice on how to look good and prepared before the actual court date. After the initial court date, Mr. Chanco and Hamilton were not happy with the ruling that they had sentenced me and actually went on to fight it which resulted in another court date, which he represented me, free of charge. These guys do not just look at you as another client, but as someone they do care for. I would absolutely recommend this firm.

Frank and his team lied to me on more than one occasion. He was hard to get in touch with and would not return calls. I was told by him and his team I did not have to worry about a deposition. They told me the day before my deposition that I had to be there. No preparation. He and his team lied to my mother as well. Frank charged me thousands of dollars and did nothing to defend me in court, even though I spent hours gathering information that they requested for our court appearance. Frank will tell you what you want to hear and let you burn at the stake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!!

After going thru a rather costly divorce where my ex-wife was sticking me with monthly payments of nearly $3,500 / mo and not making any progress with two other attorney's. I was stuck with payments which where determined prior to the economic down fall.
Attorney Frank Hamilton and his team (which where very hands on and accessible); worked on my case and within a couple of months where able to reduce the payments to $1,600/mo. The monthly payments could of been less if one of the previous attorneys had advised me properly against signing a document.
The fees where reasonable and whenever I fell behind due to circumstances; Attorney Frank Hamilton was there to defend me and keep me out of trouble......the attention and service was unparalleled by any other firm.
I've recommended his firm to others and they've come back with the same results.

Would not hire this lawyer again for even defense of a parking ticket. Hired this lawyer approximately March 2014 and was told that my two year limitation of filing was in November 2015.
Lawyer used up the time. He advised me by phone on 31 of October 2015, with follow up letter on November 6, 2015 that the malpractice case was not worth pursuing (risk reward); remaining filing time was basically used up and I did not have sufficient time to pursue other legal help in my case.

So far he's the worst attorney's I have ever had. He does not keep you informed about anything, changes things and does things without your approval. Typical attorney "talk" but in the end you see no result. Fairly pricey for the lack of effort he puts in. Do not waste time, energy or money to deal with him. I asked a few questions and the next thing I know he is cursing at me and calling me a smart a$$. So unprofessional and uncalled for - needless to say I ended the call. I do not recommend. He left several thousand dollars on the table in my divorce because instead of a supoena for the financial records, he left it up to me. Needless to say my ex didn't willingly hand them over. So my ex gets to keep 100% profit of an investment that I funded 100%.
He talked a big impressive game at the consultation and I felt confident. As soon as he was paid he was pretty much finished doing anything except showing up to mediation. And even then he tried to talk me out of some of my demands. The mediator is the one that allowed me to keep them all. And then after the divorce was final I had trouble locating a document I needed. I got no reply when I requested they send me a copy.

Working with Miss. Banker is like not even having a attorney.
Doe's not call you back.
Spends more time trying to work for the prosecution then you.
Miss.Banker spends all her time trying to work out a deal with the prosecutor before she even opens you're file.
Miss.Banker is probably one of the worst lawyers i have ever encountered in my life.
I could spend all day hear telling you how bad Miss.Banker is but I'm sure you get the point.
When i had to feel out the form about her service Miss.Banker did not even let me. She filled it out. When it came to the question if I was happy with her services she told me never mind I don't care I'll just put that you are happy with my services. I was so dumbfounded that I couldn't even reply because by this time with her as my attorney i knew she had thrown me under the bus.
As a court appointed attorney Miss.Banker will not do her job.
She will work for the D.A. not for you.
