I was facing a Felony and a Violent Misdemeanor charge that came with significant Jail time, and also came with permanent damage to my reputation and record with charges that couldn't be removed.

I was referred to Josh Carter by a friend who hired Mr. Carter plan his estate. I went with Mr. Carter based not only on my firend's satisfaction and referral, but also based on the fact I knew how much it would cost before meeting with him. Mr. Carter's fees are published on his web site, and he stuck to his fee and never billed me again....even though my case was complex and resulted in a contested trial.
