Rushed through my case. Didn't seem to matter to him at all that I lost custody of my children for literally no reason at all. All he cared about was the money. Please go to someone else. Someone that will care about you and your situation, because this firm did NOT at all. I'm now stuck getting a different lawyer and going back to court AGAIN. Had he cared the first time, everything would be different now. So upsetting.

Mr. Comunale is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him to anyone facing a child custody/divorce case. He worked a miracle for my children and I. He was my third attorney in my 4 year divorce/child custody case battle. I came to him desperate with what appeared to be a hopeless situation. Unfortunately, I had two professional custody report recommendations against me at the time and it appeared that the writing was on the wall and I was going to lose custody of my children. The best I thought Mr. Comunale could do was to minimize the damage of what had already been done. Just the exact happened. It is hard to believe, but with two professional custody report recommendations against me he went into trial professional, prepared, and determined to win the case and he did! He went the extra mile and produced not only a positive outcome but the ultimate conclusion of gaining child custody for me. It won’t take long for you to realize that you’re dealing with someone who rises above the rest. He was the only lawyer that showed interest to take my call after his paralegal put my call through with the same information I gave everyone else I called. He put his heart into his work every step of the way and he humbly showed he really cares. When he was out of the office with a family member in the hospital he didn’t hesitate to return my email. I could just feel he was motivated from the start to do what is right with respect to my legal issue. If law was an exact science we wouldn’t need a lawyer. His understanding of how the law nuances pertained to my case almost made me feel his thinking is one with the court and as a result landed me on the best shade of gray in this not so black and white world of law. Coincidentally, unbenounced the opposing lawyer had represented me in the past and I could see all along the respect they had for one another which is always useful when finding the best possible outcome which may involve some type of compromise. It was a whole experience not only on an interpersonal level but with everyone involved within his firm from the lawyer working under him right down to the paralegal and not to mention with the unobjective court as it pertained to my case. I can’t imagine having any better possible outcome if given the opportunity to choose any high profile lawyer.

I hired Miller for an appeal. His appeal lacked the grounds that was mentioned in the notice of appeal. It is my opinion that his quality of performance was extremely poor. Miller did not return my phone calls after he was paid. Office staff were rude. It is my recommendation that anyone seeking legal advice or counsel seek elsewhere.

I’ve dealt with a few attorneys int he Dayton area, and Mr. Miller was easily the best one. Michael was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process of reinstating my license. I can't say enough good things about Jeff!! I had a horrible experience with my landlord - my apartment flooded and they refused to return my security deposit. Jeff was able to help me get out of my apartment the right way, and fought for me to get much more than my original deposit due to the delay and other issues. His paralegal is amazing too! They both are so nice and kept in contact with me every step of that way! Highly Recommend!

My lawyer and his paralegal Laura were simply amazing. I was in a time crunch with garnishments coming out of both me and my husbands paychecks and they worked so hard and rushed getting our paperwork done to stop out garnishments in the same week! They communicated every need they had and everything with detail on what we still needed to provide to them in a very timely manor and even offered to meet with us on the weekend to make sure all paperwork could be filed asap. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this office, I appreciate their amazing assistance.

Idk where to begin this man saved my life . I was looking at life without parole on a bogus rape charge that they had no business ever even charging me with. I sat in the county jail for 2 years and 3 months over this and I had a previous lawyer named Travis Kane that did nothing but try to convince me to take plea deal for 11 years and told my wife and aunt hey at least he would get to see his kids lol guy never gave me my discovery not one time and I had him the first 9 months I was there . Mr mulligan sent me my full discovery before I even had my first sit down with him . He never ounce tried to pressure me into taking a plea and was confident going to trial as they had no case whatsoever. He actually listened to me and fought very hard for me and we won a full acquittal at trial. He never lied to me and was fully honest about everything and I literally owe this man my life. I strongly recommend Patrick mulligan and would never recommend anybody else. He does not work with prosecution to try and get you a plea. If you did nothing wrong then let mr mulligan do his thing cause he’s the best lawyer you could possibly get around here. He’s also very funny and has great sense of humor even when things are looking down for you and he’s very uplifting and confident . I had two separate cases with her at one time. The outcome for one was BS. The other case she did very little and she used the money for the other case. She failed to keep me updated on the time and money spent. I finally receive it after requesting it many times. Now I owe more?! She is a joke of an atty and don't know how she is still one. She's rude, she does not return calls, you can't get ahold of her, she's worthless! I will NEVER refer her to anyone. I didn't even want to give her a star.

I went through heather for my divorce . And honestly I didn’t really need a lawyer just guidance on filing out the paperwork . I knew my ex wasn’t going to appear so there wasn’t going to be a fight . I paid heather in full up front . After 8 months I finally got a court date . Due to covid I understood that . My divorce has been final since October and I am now getting notices from the court that my filing fees haven’t been paid . I contacted another party from her office who adviced me it would be taken care of immediately, however obviously it wasn’t because I have now received another notice and just contacted the courts to learn it still haven’t been taken care of . I don’t even care that she didn’t appear at court and sent another lawyer in her place . Like I said there was no real need for a lawyer in my case . But atleast make sure my filing fees that I have already paid are taken care of . I have messaged many times in regards to this matter and have received no response .
