Kimberly and Taylor did an amazing job in my divorce. Unfortunately mine was very nasty and very complexed . I highly recommend hiring her for all your family or criminal law needs . It finally got finalized after 5 months of arguing back and forth with my now ex wife. Kimberly was able to get us to agree without having to go to mediation. Received a felony charge. Needless to say, this was a lot of stress and Nathan Miller accepted my case. He got me deferred adjudication and then expungement afterward. The consulting appointment was very knowledgable and laid out possible outcomes; I'm glad I hired him. His office put me at ease by updating me on checkpoints and major changes along the way. COVID-related protocols delayed my expungement but I was notified quickly on those circumstances.

Dan has proven to be a thorough attorney that leaves no stone unturned.
Was always available and quick to respond to texts and emails.
The only thing lacking was face to face consultation in his office. Other than that, Dan was quick to respond when we had a question.
I’m not aware of everything Dan did behind the scenes while dealing with the opposing attorney but in the end, the outcome was favorable considering the circumstances.
I would hire Dan again and recommend his services.

I am so thankful I found Dan to help me with my DWI arrest. He is professional and has experience handling DWI’s. His paralegal Cara is great and always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. I was always kept informed throughout the process so I knew what was happening. This was a super stressful time for me. DWI laws are pretty much straight forward so he could only do so much but he was able to get me the best possible outcome I could expect considering the facts in my case. I hired Mr. Stone off the recommendation from a friend. In the process of trying to recover my wrongfully withheld security deposit from my former landlord, I was countersued and subsequently lost in small claims court. After Mr. Stone reviewed my case, he gathered evidence in my favor through various legal routes that I would have been unable to myself. We then filed an appeal which was heard in a higher court. My landlord settled days before the trial and dropped his countersuit. Additionally, he returned my full security deposit and paid all my lawyer fees, including other accrued charges in the legal process. Mr. Stone put a tremendous amount of effort and time into my case and I would trust him with any other legal issues that would require an honest, experienced lawyer.

I was facing a very long process from a wrongful eviction to my deposit of $1400.00 being kept. I covered myself knowing the type of landlord I had. Being a single mother of two with a grandbaby and never being in this situation before I felt hopeless, until I went online and seen this site and chose to try Mr Stone he answered we started to talk about my situation and from then on we never lost contact. Mr Stone made sure I was informed every step of the way. With his knowledge and firmness displayed to this slum lord it was without a doubt he was representing me and to the fullest. I contracted Mr. Rentz for a criminal case in Denton County. Although he took over the case at the point it was set for a final plea, the difference was apparent from the first conversation. It was evident to me that Mr. Rentz holds a certain degree of respect in the court room that my previous attorney lacked.
After just one reset Mr. Rentz was able to work a conditional dismissal. Once I completed the required course the judge signed the dismissal and I didn't even have to return to court.
Thanks to Mr. Rentz I can get the record expunged. I would highly recommend this attorney.

We retained Brent Hill less than a week before our hearing. I am the mother of a special needs child, and was served to go to court regarding my daughters medical needs. My ex wanted to take all medical rights away from me. My daughter had a stroke at age 3 and has miraculous medical progress in the last 4 year. Taking me out of the picture as far as her medical needs and decisions would’ve been extremely detrimental to her health. We met Brent and retained him on a Thursday and our court day was the following Tuesday. We only had time for one meeting the night before court. With limited time and limited information to work with, he derailed the petitioner’s case. We are so so grateful to Brent!!!! I highly recommend him for any family law case. He is highly capable and intelligent. He clearly had a sincere desire to fight for us and the results are evidence of this!!!!!

He got me probation when I could have received a 2 to 20 year sentence in the State Penetentiary. Then, I violated probation which in most cases would guarantee a trip to prison and Mr. Wohr worked hard to get me a light sentence in the County Jail and even continued working on my case to get me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays and continue to earn a paycheck. One of the best, if not the best Criminal Defense Attorney in the Denton County, Texas area.

Mr. Wohr is a very hard working attorney who has his client's best interests at heart and will work tirelessly to get them the best possible results. Not to violate attorney-client privileges, but I would like to write about the time I was told by Mr. Wohr that I would have to receive a sentence of a few months in county jail and I offered him several thousand dollars to keep me out of jail. Mr. Wohr was honest with me and told me their was nothing further he could do to keep me from going to jail. The D.A. had already given us the best offer they were going to give us, so Mr. Wohr politely declined my monetary offer and I received a sentence of a few months in the county jail when I could have actually received a sentence of 2 years in the State Penetentiary. Then, after my sentence was handed out, Mr. Wohr continued to work on my case for no additional money and got me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays. A less honest and less ethical attorney would have quickly taken my money and lied about keeping me out of jail and I still would have received the same jail sentence. What more can you ask for than an honest and hard working attorney? Mr. Wohr is clearly one of the best attorneys in Denton, Texas and I would strongly recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges in the Denton County area.

I will forever appreciate his help and guidance through it all. This man is a man of great wisdom and he never one gave me the run around of anything. He spoke with firmness and with such clarity and I really needed that. Ex was abusive and it was scary trying to break away from that and save my little girl from growing in that mess. Michael G Meyer is a outstanding lawyer i started with him as a juvenile and am have him working a case for me as of right now. 5-24-09. His prices are GOOD you get what you pay for and i would not go with any other attorney unless i could not afford him. He will fight till the end and does not go in the court room with out knowing 100 percent whats going on. He keeps good contact with his clients from seeing how your doing to your next court date. Hes a tough guy and may swear at you and tell you how you messed up and all but he goes into the court room the same way with out the swearing. At the recommendation of a longtime friend and trusted attorney, we retained the services of Aubry Talkington in Denton. Within a brief period of time, she was able to resolve a damage claim which had proven impossible to settle in the months prior. The result was much better than we had anticipated, and the legal fees were exceptionally reasonable.

Years ago, as part of my divorce I granted my ex-wife the house that we bought together while married and she assumed responsibility for it. At some point she started paying her mortgage late and that eventually found its way to my credit report (some company called PHH). Since it had nothing to do with me, I disputed the account and submitted my divorce decree that clearly shows she assumed responsibility and I no longer have any interest in the house etc. the dispute was denied and come back verified. Frustrating since I had nothing to do with it but at the time I assumed I was stuck with it because in the eyes of creditors I was still on the hook for the debt (the house wasn’t refinanced out of my name at the time). There are several 180 days late and they are the only baddies left on my report. All this brought down my credit score to 522. I got into some trouble in 2021, and the attorneys I had at the time kept dropping the ball. A friend of my recommended Attorney Suzanne Stevens and and she rescued me (literally).
