Poor communication with Mr. Lopez is really hard to get a hold of him or his staff they never answer the phone you need to call 3 o 4 days in a row to get an answer. Wouldn't recommend since communication is poor, was not lucky get an appointment with him. My husband was court appointed I think that's the main reason why
he really did not care about his case., That is sad we really needed the help and no one at his office seemed to care about the the case and provide the case information we needed

Highly recommend the Law Office of Jorge Luis Rivas, Jr. They were able to get me in for a consultation very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The office is very inviting with amazing staff that were wonderful through the entire process. I needed a consultation for an employment contract. Mr. Rivas was very professional and thoroughly went through the contract with me. Went to see Mr. Morales for a consultation. He took a good amount of time and gave me excellent advice. He was very honest and told me I didn't need an attorney at this point in time. He advised me well, no charges for all the time he spent asking me questions to figure out what the facts wete and the way ahead. Great guy.

I was arrested on 3 felonies in TX(I don’t live there) during the height of Covid in 2020. I called a few lawyers but Brock Benjamin took time to listen, then went over how he would defend me. He has roots & lots of experience in El Paso. He did a thorough investigation of the facts and communicated every detail with me. Whenever I was in doubt or scared or confused, I’d call him & he never sent me to voicemail. It took 4 long years from start to end of my case. Bryan Herrera, took over my case about midway through(Brock is a busy guy & state hadn’t picked up my case 2 1/2yrs in!)& he is nothing short of amazing also! Bryan kept me informed & got me thru anxiety attacks, breakdowns & never was mean or frustrated with my endless questions & concerns. In the end, I didn’t go to prison. State dropped 2 felonies & I plead guilty to 1. I got probation and completed all conditions 6 months into probation. I was able to end my probation time 1 1/2 yrs early! They may not be the most inexpensive attorneys, but when you’re faced with felonies that carry sentences up to 99yrs, is bargain shopping really in your best interest? I’m happy my case is resolved and would recommend Brock Benjamin Law office to anyone who needs a lawyer who knows what they’re doing and will fight for you.

Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

Stewart Forbes was assigned to my father's estate as an temporary administrator even though his spouse was representing my step mom. Stewart Forbes never contacted any of the siblings from day one. He only represented the the interest of his spouses client. His only goal is to sell everything off in an estate as fast as possible to make his commission. Overall I was pleased with her representation. I must admit I do appreciate the honesty and reality check that I was given going into this case. I was able to be more realistic with my expectations as she did a good job explaining what the law requires as opposed to what I wanted to hear. I was able to call the office and ask whatever questions I had, if her staff did not know the answer off hand, I was able to get an answer usually by the next day. I felt she did care about my case and was able to relate to my situation. She did an excellent job in court and was ready to fire back when it was needed. She maintained her professionalism throughout the case, was well prepared, and really fought for my best interests. I was pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her and seek out her services again. As far as charges were concerned I was told at the beginning that this would be a costly battle and planned accordingly.

As a referenced attorney, I thought it was going to be a top notch representation and have a great impact on winning the case. However, don't get me wrong she is a very knowledgeable attorney but limited on her communication. Eventually, I presented all necessary documentation, sent helpful information electronically, in person, or over the phone to her paralegal to communicate with Mrs. Carreon about my case. The paralegal would let me know that that type of information was not going to be brought up or looked at in court or anything prior to the incident. It turns out the information I did state to her paralegal was eventually brought up and questions were asked prior the incident. I knew off the bat that the information I stated was important and lost the case. Knowing that this was a lost cause and the unjust judge's ruling, it was a bit discouraging and upsetting. In the rate, when it came to the fees, Mrs. Carreon asked for a lump sum up front and you would think that that x amount was going to be the cost for everything. Nope, not at all, I was slammed with fees left and right totaling an outrages amount. Why can't they be up front with you before you deposit that lump sum they request? I know this is a lawyer's scam tactic where they request an x amount and blind side you with further fees. If I would of known the amount I was totally charged, I would of looked as where for a top notch service. Overall, I am upset on the outcome of the case and this will be the first and last time I recruit her as my attorney.
