I had a complicated case a few years ago, contacted a couple of attorneys in town who told me that winning a Bigamy case was almost impossible and didn’t think I had a chance of winning. I came across Cutler and Lax Law firm and when I called, I fell upon Mathew lax. After listening to me carefully & attentively, he explained my options and accepted to take my case despite its complexity. The proceedings lasted almost two years but with all its twists and turns especially with evidences found in a foreign country, Mathew stood firmly by me, was very knowledgeable about the law, was transparent/honest with me, very communicative and readily available on the phone/text to explain when I didn’t understand. I hired Ruzanna to help with my case, which is still ongoing. So far, I’ve been able to reach out to her with any questions, and even if she wasn’t available right away, I could contact the office. They made a note of my concerns, and Ruzanna would get back to me pretty quickly. It’s really importantto me that my lawyer is available when I need her, and she has been so far. Hiring Attorney Ruzanna Poghosyan was one of the best decisions I could have made. At first, her fees seemed a bit high, but after working with her, I quickly realized they are completely justified. The amount of time, effort, and dedication she puts into each case makes every dollar worth it. She doesn’t treat her clients as just another case — she genuinely cares and works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. Even when I was already satisfied, she kept pushing until she was sure everything was handled to perfection.

When I was younger, I received a Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Sandy was able to get the charge dismissed. As a young adult, I wrongfully received a speeding ticket. I recorded the entire encounter with the police and was able to provide Sandy with the video along with other notes. Once again, she was able to get the charge dismissed. She spoke with the police officer before the case was brought to trial and convinced the officer to drop the charge. Sandy is very knowledgeable and an expert criminal attorney. I appreciated Sandy’s honesty regarding the unique situation of each case and her straightforward communication throughout the process. I had been charged with a DUI back in February in Burbank and Sandy was successful in not only working the plea down to a wet reckless, but also in getting the fines and accompanying alcohol classes waived as well. At first I was curious and nervous about the legal process for a personal injury. Bart Seemen was my initial contact and he answered every question and was inquisitive about the incident. I first met Mr Ross several years ago when I hired him on a civil rights claim against the City. That claim was later settled and I have since hired Mr. Ross on a criminal matter for a family member and recommended him to friends on other matters. Everyone I know has always been impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the law. Of course as Mr. Ross will tell you every case is different and there is never a promise of any outcome. My experiance however tells me that if your going to take a chance then there is no greater lawyer to trust then Mr. Ross.

She did the minimal amount of work for me and did not seem to care at all for my well being. I wish I would have taken the advice of friends in the la area to seek out new representation. If you want a lawyer who is thorough and passionate about your needs do not go to Ms Gorin. Being very unreachable and only being able to communicate to her through her paralegal Karina was very unsettling as well.
