They were recommended by someone we trust in Fayetteville, and so called. And called and called. After over 6 calls over 4 weeks we received only one call back and was only told after the 7th call that they are not taking on new clients. For a firm who is supposed to be your advocate, they do not seem to care and/or have the time to handle anyone's cases. One full month of our time is now wasted.

Ron took over my Divorce case when another lawyer had messed things up for me. I wish I had gone to him to begin with. Ron is an attorney who listens to his clients and works towards what they are asking for. He fights for what his clients want when reasonable and tells them if its not. He's a straight shooter. He is an all around good person and a very professional attorney.

Tim Watson was very professional when I met him. I needed help with my home insurance for when the tornado hit NWA back in May 2024. He told me and my sister he would help us and that it shouldn't take long back in June. He sent a general contractor to determine the damages on my home around August. Last time he reached out with updates was back in September 3rd. I've been calling the office ever since. And since September till now January 20, 2025, almost 5 months later nothing. I've called and left messages in his office and he hasn't return a single call. When I ask to speak to him he's either not in the office or busy. At this point I would like to accept what the insurance is paying me, because there is mold in like 10 parts of my ceiling now, have dogs and need to fix the fence in all 4 sides. But I still have to see how much Mr. Watson will charge me for "his service". I'm so dissapointed because there aren't that many lawyers here in NWA that accept Real Estate cases. I called so many lawyers firms before a found him.

Please do not use this law firm. Stephen vowel was completely unprepared for my case. He did not go after the information that was needed he did not review the information that he had he did not prepare for the case whatsoever. He did not go over what he was going to ask me before we went to court. I have called the manager of the office with no return phone call. I have emailed the owner of Taylor law firm with no return email. I've also received an additional bill for $2697 with the majority of that bill being time he spent studying guardianship. I told him at our first meeting that I needed someone who was very Adept in this situation because it would need a lot of work to get to where we needed to go. He didn't do the work and he let an old Madison County attorney get the best of him and my dad is still being abused. Do not use this firm

Terrible experience with Matt Benson. Always promises things and never delivers. Been trying to get contempt charges drawn up for at least 12 months and he takes my money but doesn't do anything then needs more money. I had mediation and he left in the middle of the mediation. Chris came in and was helpful but still Chris didn't know anything about the case. I will say Sol Kim while he was at Taylor Law Partners was the best attorney I have personally ever been around. Unfortunately he is no longer with the firm. I can't even get ahold of Matt to fire him.

After searching and browsing the web and several days of reading reviews I believed I had finally found a lawyer to contact. Upon contacting Andrea and discussing my case with her I was reassured that this could all be resolved and I would be reunited with my children. Andrea was hired in approximately January 2022 in which I began to send all documentation supporting the facts that the mother of our children was willfully and against judges orders with-holding our children from me the father and for absolutely no good reason. Shortly here after communication with Andrea had began to lack. Lacking so much to the point of no communication for several weeks. At this time I reached out to her assistant Alex Fittin whom then informed me that she no longer works for this law firm but would reach out to her and let her know that I have been attempting to make contact. Several days later I received an email stating that she would make contact and I was again reassured that she was working on this matter and would be in touch as soon as something was founded. Again several days and weeks had passed with no communication. I began calling multiple times throughout the day in attempt to make contact via phone with no resolve. I then emailed to only get reply that she was on vacation and would be back in touch once she returned.Again several days passed and multiple phone calls and emails sent before receiving a brief phone call that she is contacting the mothers attorney in which I informed her I do not believe she has one at this time. Andrea said she was contacting her previous attorney as he (Andrew Hatfield) would still know how to reach her . July 1, 2022 I received an email stating that she had some documents drawn up and would be calling that following Tuesday to discuss with me. It is now July 21, 2022 several more phone calls and emails have been sent with no response and my church and wife have also been attempting to make contact none of which have heard back either. I feel I am back at square one bit with more distrust in lawyers as I have never felt so mislead and taken as I do now. This law firm unfortunately fits the profile that so many people already have the mindset and believe about lawyers and how they do people.

Sammi was an absolute life saver!! We live in Texas and my daughter got a ticket in Arkansas on her way to college in Pennsylvania. This was my daughter’s first ticket and being a teenager, she just mailed in the citation with a note stating she wanted to take driver’ ed. (Bless her heart.) James Hornsey represented me in my divorce and he was extremely knowledgeable. I honestly would be very afraid to be on the team opposing him, since he is seriously tough as nails when it comes to knowing the law and defending your rights. I was amazed, just when I thought he had pulled out all of his cards in our case, he pulled out even more and it was just a wipeout for the other side and their lies and things they had pulled. I hired Charles (Chuck) to deal with a speeding ticket I received in Lakeview Arkansas. The town is a bit of a speed trap and has very few residents, but can pay quite a bit for their police vehicles it seems. Regardless, I was speeding and given a ticket. I contacted Chuck to handle my case and he did a great job. The City of Lakeview was very non-responsive so when it came down to a court date he listened to my concerns and drove there to the clerk's office in the small town of Lakeview to try and correct the problem. At that point, they were even saying I was failing to appear at court after he had mailed them and been trying to contact them. The City of Lakeview should be ashamed for being unprofessional and not following the legal process as they should be. Chuck got the case taken of and I'd hire him again if I ever ran into a legal issue in Arkansas. A+

I gave him money to start paperwork for an emergency custody hearing, and still will not return my calls or emails. (This has been more than 6 months) His phone was even been disconnected for a short time and I assumed he disappeared and still no response!!! I hired Steven Kay's law firm to represent me in my divorce. Communication is severely lacking with this firm. I was apprised of several important facts pertaining to me case - after the fact- and only when I questioned things. I did not receive a bill for several months because - unbeknownst to me - the firm was in the process of updating it's accounting software. Instead of apprising me of that fact - I was slammed with a bill several months later - and an email - telling me all legal services would cease until I remitted payment in full PLUS an additional retainer fee. I was essentially penalized for the firm's lackadaisical ways of doing business. When I asked for them to work with me on a payment plan due to their lack of communication, I was essentially told that they only thing "lacking" was my ability to make payment. A friend of mine who is a local attorney has informed me that this firm has a terrible reputation in town - that - they are considered "stupid" by other law firms. Now I understand why. If I could do things differently, I would have retained another attorney. Do yourself a favor - avoid this law firm like the plague. They are solely interested in money, not providing quality services to their clients.
