I was involved in a traffic accident in Fort Collins, Colorado. I resided in Kansas and knew I needed an attorney to prepare for hearing, and represent me in Fort Collins Colorado. I did some online research. The Leier Law Office presentation was impressive. Broad experience, free consultation, flat fee, and accessibility .
Kent Leier petitioned the Judge and obtained permission for me to appear virtually via Web Ex rather than travel to Colorado. Kent gathered evidence and kept me apprised as the hearing date approached. Kent advised me to stand before the judge because Kent had a good working relationship and plead down, which turned out to be extraordinarily valuable because the DA was advocating actions far more punishing in her opening statement.

I needed help with some answers. Already being represented by a Public Defender with a plea already under way I didn’t think some things were fair. Andrew explained everything to me with such professionalism, knowledge and extremely caring and honest. In the end Andrew told me that he couldn’t get me a better plea deal and told me to save my money and stay with the Public Defender. I was so impressed by his honesty. Other firms wanted me to pay up front thousands of dollars before they even talked to me. Thank God for honest people like Andrew. I will refer Andrew to anyone I know needing an excellent attorney. We hired Kimberly to recoup a loan from relative and due to underlying circumstances, we had to write a “gift letter” for that relative. Before doing that, we had a verbal arrangement with the relatives that they would repay the substantial loan when we needed it repaid. They failed to do so and notonly failed to do so, but were also manipulative and deceitful. We hired Kimberly to get our money. We were attempting to get our attorneys fees, interest on the money, as well as the money itself as we had taken the money we had lent them out on a HELOC and because they continued to be manipulative and deposited the amount they owed us in the beginning into our account without us knowing to avoid going to court, we were only able to get our initial loan back but we wouldn’t have even been able to regain that back without Kimberly’s help!!!!! Kimberly was very professional and empathetic to our situation that it was a relative and understood our situation.

First we are owners of the Convent of the Holy Nativity In Fond Du Lac Wisconsin. To Note we won the Appeal, Kimberly Penix a Very Nice woman helped us win our Appeal.
We unfortunatley we not treat right, or fair, But held onto faith in God and trying to do the right Thing. Kimberly and her Council with Our Attorney Dan Kaminsky helped us sooo much. Her knowledge of the law was impressive and she impressed the The Judges and through logic we succeeded but with her help being blessed by God.
And Saved a Historic Property The Convent.., At least we were able to breathe with the help she gave and didn't have to worry over the premature razing of the property.
What could be worst then having to face that awful fact. I feel like she was a real blessing to us. we were tired, exhausted and belittled by unjust prosecution and assumptions bad basically. We should have been working together, our side was but communication was awry... and against us.. leaving us dejected and feeling discriminated against in so many ways.... unreal. We were in essence being bullied.
Long Story short She helped us, and you know i believe God will give her the power to help you and whom ever comes in here path... she's that good, She explained and walked us paitently through the process.
Which she made it possible for us to help the future to preserve the property As God would have it... and or Enhance the Status.
She's Decently Affordable, and will let you know the pitfalls if she see's any and works possibly more then you would expect she has hoodspa tenancity she's good. Now also The News papers in Fond Du Lac and the people that understood the value of the historic prooperty The Fond Du Lac Reporter also wrote stories about her case with us and its a miracle worked through with her. We who believe appreciate her talents

I cannot recommend Sarah enough! No one wants to have to deal with family court issues, but if you do, this is absolutely the law firm to use! Throughout the entire process, Sarah was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, organized, and realistic. My emails/calls were always answered quickly, and Sarah was always clear and honest as far as what to expect, giving her advice while also listening to my concerns. My only regret is I didn't use her when I first got divorced, haha...this was for a bunch of post-decree stuff, that unfortunately went allllll the way to a hearing. In the courtroom, Sarah was clearly much more prepared than the other counsel, organized, and had made sure I was very clear on what to expect/do, and you can tell she is smart, quick, (and also tough as she cross-examines!) I ended up getting not just everything I wanted, but extra things I didn't expect as well. However, even the outcome was less than that, I would still be recommending her, because of how helpful and amazing she and her staff were for the entire years-long process leading up to this. She was also fair in her billing, (and didn't let the other party or my witness run extra time on the billing clock.) I hope you never need a family attorney, but if you do, this is the one to use.

I have worked with Jeremy since filing for divorce in 2015. Jeremy listened to my concerns and then gave me practical advice on how to proceed based on his experience with Larimer County, divorce and child support laws, and what is best for children and the coparents involved in these cases. If you are willing to listen to someone who has seen a lot, put aside your pride, and do whats going to be best for your family then you want an advisor like Jeremy. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear he told me what I needed to hear about the reality of the various situations I faced. Thanks to Jeremy I have made it to the emancipation of my youngest child without losing my mind, dignity, or children.

When selecting representation for my daughter's DUI case, David was the only lawyer who took the time to listen to me as a parent and really show compassion and understanding of our situation. Not only are his fees reasonable, but his knowledge and experience gave us all comfort that my daughter would be in good hands. It was the first time she'd ever been in any sort of legal trouble, so he was able to give us calm during a very scary and unknown period of time.
Since we are not from Colorado it was crucial that there was good communication and explanation of Colorado law and process. He took the time to meet via zoom conference all with all of us several times during the process up through the court date. He was very responsive to all our questions and walked us through what was likely to happen.
What impressed me most about David is that he got my daughter working on some of the things ahead of time that the courts generally order you do after the court date. So by the time the court date came around, she was nearly done with almost everything except the community service. Most everyone who processed paperwork after the court date was really impressed with how far ahead she was, which means she got really GREAT advice from David.
Despite being a very stressful period for my daughter, who was also trying to get through her freshman year at CSU, he managed to turn a very fearful situation into something manageable, understandable, and no so scary. She will be finished with her supervised probation soon and her record sealed after one year. We've all learned valuable lessons and will never forget David for how much care he showed our family, and how calming and effective he was in resolving the case.

Susan has experience on both sides of the law. A former prosecutor, judge and now a defense attorney she can professionally and competently navigate the judicial system to your best advantage. She knows the in/outs of the system, what works best for you and has the experience you are in need of.
I was accused of 3rd degree assault with a domestic violence enhancer. Using her knowledge of the system, her relationships with Prosecutors and her expertise in working criminal cases, all the charges were dropped without ever going to trail. As a matter of fact I never talked to anyone, never met with a Prosecutor/D.A. or had to see the insides of a court room. Great job, professional service and fantastic advice.

I hired Kirk Waible as soon as I heard from a friend he was a great lawyer and would fight until i was in a comfortable state with moving forward in my case. Very punctual and professional. Rob was excellent. My case was difficult and extensive and I feel he worked very hard to get me the best outcome. I was nervous through my whole case and every time I talked to him he put me at ease. He took the time to explain anything I didn't understand, which was a lot. He never made me feel like I was alone in this. He never push me in any decision. He explained my options, which changed often through my drawn out case, told me the pros and cons of each and let me decide how I wanted to proceed.
