My son entered this with so much fear, because he didn’t know his rights as a father. After some research, I scheduled the consultation, we met with Ms Alishia and I knew immediately that she was my son’s lawyer. Ms Alishia was patient with us, thoroughly explained his rights as a father, answered all of our questions and listened to us vent and express our concerns. She was very informative and always professional, even at times when we became impatient. There was never a day or time that we couldn’t contact and communicate with her, she was always available and gave her undivided attention to the case. My son felt heard!
I am truly grateful to Ms Alishia for her knowledge and expertise and highly recommend her services. In the end my son was granted all of his requests. Through out this process she kept saying “Just stay the course!” I’m so thankful that we did.

Alishia did an amazing job. She came onto my case in the midst of chaos and never made me feel like a burden. She helped me through a family law case that began in December of 2022 until May of 2024. (She came on in October 2023) She was able to find a common ground for an agreement with opposing counsel without having to go through the trouble of a trial all while keeping my best interest at hand . She didn’t just listen to me but she HEARD me.
She is reliable, realistic, and willing to put in the work needed to get the job well done!
If I ever need counsel again she will always be my go to.

We hired Joel for a racing on the highway ticket for my son! At first we didn't think he was going to be able to get anything dropped but the morning of court Joel was able to get him into a deferred program and basically saved the day! We are super thankful!

Mr mercure is the best attorney i ever had he save my life my marriage and my relationship with my kids i had a domestic violence charge i had a misunderstanding with my son i contact mr mercure the first thing he told me after i told him about my case is dont worry he can help me get the case drop i also contact 3 other attorney before mr mercure not one of them ever told me they will try to get the DA to drop the case they all said that i am going to have to do 1 year probation and they want to talk about the fee before i can even come into the office to see them mr mercure invited to his office give a consultation then we spoke about money to me he care more about the getting the client the best result mr mercure told me to follow his advice and he will get the job done he surely did 3 week later he call me at 8pm and told me he got the case drop and another thing he is not one of these 9 to 5 lawyer he was there for me 24 hours a day you can speak to him any time he the best great attorney if you dont believe me try him he will get you result if i could put my email on here i would if any one want to hear more about how great of an attorney he is thanks joe ocala florida

I have known Terry for more decades than I care to admit. He has helped me with great success each time I needed his services. The most important case was an appeal in which he was successful. He has been excellent at finding the precedent needed to make my case and he treats me like I am his most important client (even though I'm not).. I have also received excellent advice when a compromise is needed even though my reflex is not to do that. Between my business and my wife's we have used Terry as our attorney in at least 6 cases and they all had good outcomes. Mr. Vipperman has a very great reputation. I was concerned with who he would get for representation. Cole was 16 at the time of the burglary charge and the state decided to charge him as an adult.
We are putting a lot of confidence in Mr. Vipperman's reputation and hoping he can get the state to agree to a Faith Based Drug Rehabilitation as a resident for 2 years.

Getting in a car accident is terrifying. The thought of dealing with lawyers over it was even more terrifying for me. I had a difficult time finding counsel and I was at my wits end as the deadline was approaching. I had been told I had no chance at an appeal. Others didn't want to take my case before they knew what it was about. Ms. Cary said she would give me a consultation and hear my case. That's all I wanted. A chance to talk to someone about my case and for some guidance. I couldn't afford to hire her so I wanted to know how to get started. Ms. Cary and her team gave me their undivided attention and time. I left her office more confident that I could do the appeal. A friend later helped me cover additional legal costs and I was able to go back to Ms. Cary for a revision of my document. Again she gave me her undivided attention and time. I submitted my appeal on time and I feel so much better than I have in a long time. It's been a hectic month and I've cried everyday. Today, I can cry happy tears. I don't know how USCIS will receive it but Ms. Cary gave me a chance that others didn't. Thank you!

Yong was hired to help me with my real estate legal needs. He helped me with drafting a lease and addendums as well as our property management needs, such as notices and evictions. Throughout the entire process he was communicative and answered my questions regularly. Attorney Stephen K Miller took on our case and was able to review our case and aggressive pursue the settlement that we deserved to properly repair the damages done to our second home. He has a tremendous understanding of the law and isn't afraid to take a case to trial if necessary. We were able to walk away with a settlement that was fair and nearly 12 times what the insurance company had originally offered us as a fair settlement to repair the damages.
