Mark is an excellent lawyer. He is brilliant in his field and is exceptional in explaining things no matter how easy or difficult the questions may be. Best of all , he and his team always answered my phone calls. He made me feel at ease during this very difficult and emotional time. He obtained over 10 times more in a settlement amount than the insurance company initially offered, without ever taking a deposition or going to trial. Mark is a phenomenal attorney! He handled my son’s complex criminal case like a true professional, a case that could have ended with my son being branded a felon, which would have scarred him for life and ruined his future plans. Mark Panzavecchia was amazing in regards to my case. He maximized the recovery amount on my case. From working in the legal field myself for a number of years, I know that there are other attorneys who would have just setttled. This was not the case with Mark. Irwin Klein is truly a god send. I had a complex case that put me under a tremendous amount of pressure. Not only was he resourceful, understanding and patient, he was also thorough. After he completed my first case, i had a unrelated landlord tenant issue that he resolved effortlessly in the middle of a pandemic. Mr. Klein was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. Unfortunately, it was after I had retained a lawyer for the purchase of my home. The previous lawyer (J. Bradford Kenealy) had not taken the time to thoroughly and competently review my contract. After I took the time to review the contract, I decided that I needed someone else to represent me. That is when, after sitting with Mr. Klein for over an hour, I retained Mr. Klein. I felt completely confident that if I were to be absent at closing that he could sign for me and I would be able to sleep at night knowing that all bases were covered.
My title for this review was based on his ability to rectify all that was wrong with my contract after it being fully executed by both parties. Mr. Klein spent days emailing and calling the sellers' attorney's office. all on the premise of having a forum at which to renegotiate the contract since there was an unfavorable appraisal. Where some may have given up and sent back the amended contract, he was very persistent in seeing it through despite the sellers' attorney's lack of communication skills. It was then that Mr. Klein was able to eradicate all my fears about moving forward. Which would have been extremely frustrating to be left in limbo just before you are about to leave the country for 2 weeks.
Even though I could go on with details of the transaction and paint a more favorable light for Mr. Klein, the best detail to leave behind is that I will never look for another counsel in matters which are legal.

I hired Mr.Ford after consulting 10 lawyers prior.He listened to what I wanted out of my divorce and educated me on the process and my rights in this matter. I found that Mr.Ford also was their for support and was able to leave the worrying aside.He filed all the papers and documents on a very timely schedule,court dates and what to expect.Mr.Ford was very professional and his office kept me up to date every step of the way.My case was complicated and other issues were addressed concerning property and maintenance.Mr.Ford called or emailed me with information and he stayed on top of things,which is very important as the court system is backed up so time was very important to me. I found that Mr.Ford was very educated in all aspects by book and his many years of experience...he was able to "think outside the box"..In the final out come my divorce was granted and all property matters etc. were finalized and I was made whole again..Mr.Ford did get me everything on the list that was requested at our very first meeting.It went down exactly as he planned and said it would go. I highly recommend Mr.Ford and will continue to use him in the future..he LISTENED to my wants and needs and met them in all aspects.He's a great lawyer and very compassionate and dealt with sll my issues with care and understanding. I met Mr. Lo Piccolo after a very difficult and unsavory experience with another attorney. I was having a difficult time, and was facing a charge that was quite frightening for me. Mr. Lo Piccolo was extraordinarily professional and thorough from the start. At no time did he pass judgements about my situation, just looked at all the facts and went from there. He was very clear with me about what my options were, the potential outcomes, and demonstrated a keen knowledge of and extensive experience with the law. His office ALWAYS contacted me with a reminder the day before a court appearance, and everything I needed to know was provided to me in writing. In the end, the result he helped to obtain was highly satisfactory in both his opinion and mine.

Matt was assigned to my dad by the judge hearing a motion that he filed with the court in 2015. Due to the pandemic I advised my dad to file for a compassionate release but I knew he would need help in preparing a strong supporting argument. So I reached out to Matt. Matthew contributed to my fathers release. My father was sentenced to life and once Matthew got his hands on the case, it contributed a great deal to the "time served" sentence my father received....after 22 years incarceration.
