Just over 2 years ago I contacted Danny about representing my 15 year old son in Superior Court for 3 felony counts (aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodemy, and child molestation of his younger sister). You cannot imagine the pain and confusion our family was suffering at the time. We did not know where to turn or what to do next. Danny’s advice in the initial free consultation was sound, experienced, and straight to the point. His fee was more than what we had, but we worked hard to come up with the money because we knew he was who we wanted to represent our son. After we retained his services he introduced us to Melissa. Melissa was sympathetic to our situation and was clearly as well experienced as Danny was. Together, her and Danny developed a clear strategy that we should follow and consulted us on what we should do step by step. The knowledge those two attorneys exhibited to us as a team assured us consistently time and time again that we had made the right choice by hiring them. They worked tirelessly to get the case transferred back to juvenile court and stuck with us throughout the entire process keeping us well informed, answering all of our questions, and even once contacting me from home while caring for her sick child to answer some unimportant questions pertaining to the status of my son’s case (which took 2 years to get resolved). All the work they did for us was a flat charge and never once did they ever ask for another penny. In the end, our son was transferred to juvenile court where he got a fair sentence instead of the 75+ years he was facing in superior court. A+ attorneys that you will not regret hiring. Mr. Taylor came as a recommendation from another attorney in a domestic case I was involved in. I interviewed 7-8 lawyers for my divorce and found one I could trust to honestly counsel me and advocate for me to the Court.

John did a great job presenting the facts and defending me when my neighbor was shot. This required outside the box thinking that John did well. As Defense lawyers go, I would put him in close to the top 10%. A good lawyer is not cheap, but will worth it in our corrupt Justice system.
John and I worked as a team, which I liked since it was my future at stake. John got to know me as a person and not just a name (or checking account number). He was open to my ideas on how to prove the accusers were lying. One must realize that lawyers are also actors and must impress the jury. John was good.
I would use him again if I needed an attorney.

I could write a novel of a review but I will stick to the important things.
Hiring Scott Key and his associate attorney Kaci Timmons was the best choice I could have made when I found myself in the position of being the victim of a bad court decision.
These two are phenomenal at their practice. I cannot emphasize enough their expert experience, professionalism, and knowledge of the law.
My calls and emails were returned promptly. Always. Everything about this complex process and the laws that govern it was always explained to me in terms that I could understand.
Nobody wants to be in the position of having to defend them selfs or fight in court. It’s not fun, cheap, or easy. But if you find yourself in a position where you need an attorney to right a wrong, these two are your best defense. 100%.
Picking the right or wrong attorney can change a persons life trajectory entirely for better or worse.
This one is the RIGHT one!

I will admit, there were times that I was discouraged because Mr. Sylvan can be a hard man to reach at times, but by the time we got to court, he had his facts together, had a plan together, and KILLED it in the courtroom! He had tactics, he had facts, he had researched the officer, knew the characteristics of the judge and the prosecutor, and knew exactly what to do. Outcome of my case? THREE SEPERATE CHARGES- FOUND NOT GUILTY OF ALL THREE! Not any ol' lawyer can do that. He is good; VERY GOOD! I was charged with DUI and needed someone who would keep this off my record because I was afraid of losing my job if my license go suspended. Mr Sylvan go the charges dropped to a reckless driving and saved my license. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he did as well as all the hand holding he had to do with me. I was charged with a DUI. Mr. Thompson clearly walked me through the process, and made recommendations for my actions.
His handling of the case resulted in the charges being lowered and no jail time. Certainly, every case is different, and he never made any guarantees to me. I found Mr. Thompson to be extremely knowledgeable, and well-known and respected by the court. I have no doubt that without his assistance (with any other attorney), the outcome would not have been any where near as simple and successful as it was.

I have hired Rob twice and he has done a outstanding job both times. The first time was in 2013 on a probation revocation and he ended up getting me off the revocation and my probation terminated. The last hire was this year on a felony possession of marijuana where he done outstanding again getting me little probation and saving my driver's license when it was mandatory suspension. Rob is a great criminal defense attorney one of the best in the state of Georgia in my opinion. Rob truly cares about his clients and what happens to them. I highly recommend hiring him over anyone else. Great attorney and person!!

Will was by far the best public defender I have ever had to work with. He was very passionate about the law and making sure it was being upheld. He talked us through everything and came up with a solid plan and defense. He answered every question no matter how small or stupid and reassured us that he was completely there to help us. Carter is an outstanding and passionate attorney. I was arrested a couple years back on Halloween at a road block by State Patrol for a "DUI" after passing all the field sobriety tests. I was driving a friend home, but State Patrol arrested me anyway. I contacted Carter after I was bailed out. He quickly took my case, reviewed the evidence, police tapes, and was determined to prove I was truly innocent and should not have been arrested that night. My case was presented at the state level where they agreed I was not to be charged with a DUI due to the lack of evidence. Since the case was brought to the state court, Carter was able to arrange a plea bargain to reduce to reckless driving with no probation or nonsense alcohol and drug evaluation/classes.
Carter fought for my case and was able to make the best of the situation and prove me innocent. The case took multiple years to close, however, he kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect the entire time. He is patient and will answer any questions you have and fight for what you. I highly recommend Carter. He is very passionate about his job and is truly on the defendants side.

A few months ago I was arrested on several serious charges. After initially consulting with Carter, I decided he would be the best person to represent me based on his clear understanding of my situation, and his ability to explain what was happening in layman's terms. I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to legal processes, but Carter was very patient in explaining my options to me, and answered all of my questions completely - regardless of how silly or paranoid they were. He was attentive and professional through the entire process, which reassured me I had made the right decision in hiring him. Ultimately, Carter was able to negotiate a reasonable plea agreement with the prosecutor, which was really the best possible outcome for my case. I hope I’ll never require this type of legal service again, but I would certainly rehire Carter if I did.

I called Don Forsyth after my wife received a speeding ticket in GA. He was incredibly pleasant and friendly on the phone. He didn’t rush me at all and gave me several options. He actually said I could do this on my own! Who offers that?? Being 4 hours away and also his VERY fair fee we decided to absolutely hire Don as our lawyer. He was able to reduce the ticket from points and Super Speeder charges down to just monetary charges. OUTSTANDING! He was also great to speak to, like an old friend. 10 stars out of five!

Received two citations on 8/27/21 from McIntosh county police (out of state speed trap) upon returning from dropping our daughter off at college. Immediately looked up local attorneys and Donald Forsyth was at the top of the list for good reason. He promptly returned my call, provided concise advice, and explained my options clearly - including the “self service” options (which could get the same results). Being from out of town I hired him to represent me immediately as returning just for this wasn’t cost-effective. He was able to disposition the case as articulated and he was very effective. 5 stars! I retained attorney Brown due to some legal trouble I was facing. I was charged with 10 felony crimes for which I did not commit. Attorney Brown and her team spent countless hours working on my case to produce the best possible outcome. Attorney Brown did a wonderful job and was able to get ALL my charges dismissed. I hope this doesn't find you too late, but i've been dealing with alot since even before my move so I hope you'll forgive the delay. Samuel Derocco did an awesome job getting to know my difficult situation and working with me to help as much as he could. I had some issues with my license (to put it simply) which I ended up in court for for months. This was a HUGE problem because I was in the midst of moving across country. My husband was already there waiting for me and his 6mo old to join him. I was living with family in the meantime. He listened to my story and spoke genuinely on my behalf working with the court officials to find the best legal way to handle this. He was very knowledgeable, even on the out of state laws. I seriously cried at how well things came out for me and the compassion and understanding shown in regards to my case. I hired Mr. Thames for a serious traffic charge (DUI). While handling this case another unfortunate event lead to another traffic charge (Driving without a valid license). Both charges could have effected my employment greatly. Mr. Thames helped me immensely on a professional and personal level. John Rife provided excellent representation for my son who was arrested twice on drug offenses; one arrest occurring while he was out on bail for the first arrest. While my son was required to serve two months jail time while he was awaiting his court dates, Mr. Rife was able to get him probation, drug counseling, and community service with no additional jail/prison time to serve.
