I never seen an attorney so talented with her words and just total bada** that at the end of my review hearing, I actually felt bad for the prosecutor. During the hearing, Prosecuting attorney reminded me of a 4th string rookie quarterback playing his first NFL game and gets destroyed in it~~ Jessica was throwing them objections after objections then blitz. I'm pretty sure that the prosecuting attorney cried himself to sleep that night... real talk. She is like a wonder woman. you wonder where that punch came from. (you know... since she is so tiny and reserved) I learned that she is quiet and reserves her energy and focus because she is about to "#micdrop" in the courtroom.

I would recommend Jessica if you are looking for a great disability or personal injury lawyer. She literally wrote the book on disability and will not stop pursuing a disability case until she is out of options or gets her clients benefits; usually the latter. I haven't used her in a disability case personally, but I know many people who have and won their benefits.

He represented me in an EEO dispute with my employer. They were playing very dirty & trying to destroy a professional reputation I spent more than 10 years building. The employer used lies, manipulations such as pressuring my subordinates to file complaints about me or loose their own jobs to create a reason to fire me because I refused to participate in the illegal & unethical business practices my superiors were demanding I participate in.
Mr. Beckham worked tirelessly to protect my job & my reputation by hitting the agency & the corrupt leadership from every angle possible, to include involving Congress & other federal officials in the matters that pertained to my employer's deliberate violations relating to federal laws & policies to include their attempts to force me to misuse taxpayer money.
Without Mr. Beckham's foresight and preparations of ten steps ahead of their next moves, I would have been another statistic of the whistle blower that got stomped by "the man".
But I am not, in fact I was compensated for the hell they put me through, the lies in my records were removed & the actions taken by this attorney had far reaching consequences for the leadership members who perpetrated this attack as the agency has now three years later been cleaned out of most of the major players at that federal agency.

I was lucky enough to be represented by Mr. Beckham in a criminal appeal (along with several other people he was representing in similar cases). I had been fined and sentenced to jail time beyond what was allowed by the law. Mr. Beckham did not stand for this! I learned, though my experience with him, that he is an honest and hardworking attorney who fights to get the best possible outcome for everyone he serves. He definitely proved this by the work he did my case (and from what I saw him do at the Court of Appeals in the other cases he argued on the same day). I was amazed when he prepared a 25-page written argument, on my behalf, which turned out to be irrefutable! And, when it came to the oral arguments in my case, he did an outstanding job when he took on the 3-Judge Panel at the Cheyenne River Sioux Court of Appeals. This is a hardworking attorney who I believe is a great legal thinker; it shows in his writing and arguing skills. I was lucky to have him in my corner fighting for me - I won.

I have a close friend who was falsely accused of a horrible crime and he and his staff handled the entire case as a real pro and got her an extremely fast acquittal from the jury. Mike is a defense attorney "force to be reckoned with"! Not only is he extremely professional, qualified and experienced, he also has an AMAZING and UNMATCHED presence and demeanor in a trial setting. To quote my husband..."Watching him in the courtroom was mesmerizing....Mike was BORN to do this!" Worth every penny!
I have also used Mike myself for a small family law issue but it didn't include a trial or any hearings. I have had other family members use him as well. I highly recommend him!

When I moved to Idaho I was hired by a state agency as an investigator. The time came for me to need representation so I asked around for some recommendations. Michael was my lawyer for my case. It was a long tedious and emotional process, but throughout the whole Michael made me feel confident and at peace because of his demeanor. He really truly cares about his clients and it shows through in his actions and treatment. I realize I was not his only client, but he made me feel like as though I were.
If I had questions regarding my case, Michael was right there to answer my questions whether it be email, phone or in person. I always knew he was reachable. He never got upset if I showed up in his office unannounced and was always ready to answer my questions in order to calm my nerves. This was very important because I was going through a very dark time in my life and he gave me hope.
Throughout the entire process, Michael was with me the entire time. He took the time to go over paperwork and explain what to expect with every step of the process. This was helpful because I have never needed a lawyer until this moment in my life and his sharing of his knowledge of process helped me to have a better handle on my emotions and what to expect with each step we took. Many times I hear of attorneys who have other cases and put off court dates and postpone them because of over booking or lack of planning, but not Michael. I was priority to him. I never felt like he was doing his job half-heartedly. He was all in.
Michael has been recommended by myself quite often, because he is so efficient, caring, and a knowledgeable lawyer.
If I was to rate him out of 10, I would say he has clearly surpassed 10, due to his compassion, empathy, and skills. If you need a lawyer, Michael is hands down, "Boise's Best!"

The machine process of law can be a very slow and drawn out agony (unfortunately most reading this are nodding their head). So I want to offer you some hope.

Kathleen is an incredibly sensible, skilled, and practiced attorney with years of experience. The most striking qualities from her representation were her dedication to my case, it felt like I was her only case any time we spoke; her ferocity against unreasonable requests (mine or the prosecution); the enormous previous experience she brought to my case after years of working other cases both locally to my case and elsewhere in the nation. Never had I felt personally cared for in my previous legal experience with other attorneys. I hired her as my representation for my 3rd DUI in Idaho, which is considered a felony. She advocated I attend in-patient treatment and to have an alcohol-detection device after treatment completion until sentencing rather than waiting in jail, which I did. Afterwards, she encouraged me to attend AA and strictly follow the conditions of my pre-sentence release so when sentencing arrived I was able to avoid spending time in prison and receive a period of felony probation instead. After completing probation she helped me research and reach out to international entities to search for potential restrictions as my job requires international travel. Never during our professional relationship did I think she may not be "doing enough" or not have my best interests in mind. I have endless glowing remarks for her professionalism and attention.

I hired Stephanie to take over on a case that has been going non stop since 2005. It has been a high conflict divorce case with several different lawyers involved. She was able to come in and professionally handle the other side, who was acting pro-se, even when that person chose not to. She was timely on everything and responded promptly. Her knowledge and experience grew over the time that she handled the case. In the end, what was best for the minor child involved in this case, was what the judge ruled.

I hired Daniel Hansen to represent me in a legal tiff I had gotten into while working in Rexburg, ID. From Day 1 Mr. Hansen was super informative and highly motivated and proactive in providing my defense to the states allegations.
