I contacted this firm end of November I then reached out to secure them with promises of a call back for almost a week and no communication. The finally I got a call back informed they would speak to the attorney and let me know when we could move forward. A week ish later I got a call Nick would call me later that day and here we are almost a week in a half since with no contact. I was hopeful this was going to be the help and hope needed however they lack of communication, empty commitments and lack of follow through show me that I could not trust what is communicated when the basics of communication couldn’t even be upheld from the jump. Not only am I disappointed but this set me further behind for what is needed to be done…

Make sure you read every line of the contract you sign with them. Because they do not give any of your retainer back. I was lead to believe otherwise. It states very clearly that they will keep it. This is my fault for not reading this contract, I admit it. And even after finally receiving my divorce decree they were sending me an email stating my account trust was getting low and I needed to replenish it back to the original amount…so they could keep it. Why would they do that? No wonder I am not fond of attorneys. Here we are waiting for this divorce decree so we can move on with certain aspects of our lives and they wait until the days end to send it to you. I found out from my ex that morning…not even them. Talk about poor communication. People work hard for their money…WORK being the key word here. I have never kept any money that I didn’t WORK for. I am sure he will say his firms works reflects more of a 5 star review. You only have like 32 reviews out of how many clients that you took money from? Yeah!!!

Going into my process. I was stressed out. I had been turned down by so many lawyers saying I should not fight for my kids! I would leave places bawling. I decided to try again. I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this law firm. The legal assistant exhibited unprofessional behavior, and my inquiries were consistently dismissed with instructions to seek legal advice elsewhere,which is perplexing given that I was already at a law office. The attitude of the legal assistant was particularly concerning, and felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Due to the lack of communication and assistance, I am now facing significant challenges in pursuing child support from an unfit parent. This law firm's failure to provide proper guidance and support has left me in a difficult position. I STRONGLY advise others to consider alternative law firms, as this one appears more interested in financial gain than in providing serious support, their lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable, and I believe their practice should be reviewed for potential license revocation.

I recently went thru the divorce process with Jeremy (Carr) as my attorney. For the entirety of the process Jeremy and the rest of the Clark and Feeney staff were amazing. They were proactive in submitting and responding to "counter offers" from my ex-husband and his attorney. My divorce was not quick, nor simple, and yet I have zero complaints about how Jeremy and Darla handled the situation. I didn't feel overcharged, manipulated, ignored, or cheated - I felt like they were absolutely vested in helping me achieve the best results I could hope for. Jeremy advocated in the best interests of both myself AND my children and made sure the divorce decree covered all our bases. While I hope to never need a lawyer again, I would hands down return to Clark and Feeney, Jeremy Carr, and his staff. I would also not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of representation.

I’ve worked with Clark and Feeney three times now, and each experience has been excellent. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with attorney Sam Harrich for a DUI case. From the start, it was clear this charge was completely unjust, and Sam handled it brilliantly.
This was Sam’s first jury trial, but you’d never know it. He was exceptionally prepared, confident, and strategic throughout. He kept the defense on their toes, exposed significant flaws in the prosecution’s case, and made the lead police officer’s credibility crumble on the stand.
I also want to mention how helpful his assistant, Courtney, was throughout the process. She was organized, communicative, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes.

I have read some of the negative reviews about Curtis Smith's paralegal Blake. I have been a client of Mr. Smith for a number of years and have had the pleasure of talking to Blake many many times. My experience has been quite contrary to these reviews. Blake has been polite as well as respectful. Not to mention diligent in answering any questions I've had. Words cannot express my gratitude for Mr.Smith. He is amazing. And as a team he and Blake have performed miracles for me time and time again. To say I am satisfied with both would be the understatement of a lifetime. Incredible people and team for criminal defense.

I feel as if the people leaving bad reviews are the opposing parties or people that couldn’t afford her.
She is amazing. A family member had a lot of false accusations (very serious ones) and Kim was able to shut it down in court immediately. My family member that had a lot of cards stacked against them got everything they wanted out of the deal and that was because of this office and team.
She is expensive, but worth it when you are fighting for your livelihood and family. I would recommend her a thousand times over for anyone facing a tough court battle.

With the fear of jail and disruption of my family life , I had a public defender that didn't seem to care much about my outcome, after a quick Google search I found Nona , the initial sticker price for a competent lawyer was a shock , but in the end Nona was very informative and tough with the prosecuting attorneys. Everyone was held accountable. After a very stressful period Nona got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for , where the public defender said minimum jail time, Nona ended the case with no jail time. He has the experience and knows the in and outs of the law , and as a plus he has close professional relationships with everyone that will be involved with your case. I can't recommend Nona enough. If you have the option to pay for representation Nona is the choice.
Nona's paralegal Lisa Wilson was beyond helpful as well, constantly reminding me of my appointments and playing tag with phone calls. She was a line of communication when it was needed. And Always with a positive deminor .

We had to face a some nasty situation trying to access resources for one of adopted children. Randy was EXCELLENT and helped us through all of it. When we were threatened with a felony, Randy came to the hospital to defend us and guide us through the entire situation. We hired this firm for representation in our immigration case, hoping for reliable guidance and support. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Communication was consistently difficult, and getting clear answers to our questions felt almost impossible. The firm seemed to rely heavily on front desk staff to handle issues beyond their role. Over the course of our case, we were assigned different attorneys for each hearing, making it feel like we lacked any consistent advocacy. In one instance, an attorney even arrived late to a critical hearing. Given the high cost of their services, we expected a level of professionalism and dedication that was simply not there. I absolutely would not recommend this firm based on our experience.

The people that work here are angels on earth! They really actually care about helping people we did all the lawyer no-no’s out of ignorance and even then the attourny we spoke with gave us advice and guidances on how to proceed. The Attourny was very kind even though we shot ourself in the foot he thought of several options and made things very simple and clear to understand. When I first called for a phone consultation they said they were booked till later in the week. So I explained that I had court literally the next day and the secretary offered to put me on the waitlist. The Attourny called me after hours just to answer my questions later that same day! Who does that!?!? Selfless kind angels like the ones that work here. The Attourny was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I hope I never need them again but, if I do I’m NOT thinking twice! Thank you Berrera!!! God bless you guys!

I'm 28 years old and I never write reviews, but Anderson Law is a huge waste of time. My wife scheduled an appointment at 1:00 today (Friday, 08/23/24). Unfortunatley, nobody contacted her. After waiting 15 - 20 minutes, we called the office and were told by the receptionist that the appointment was actually scheduled for Thursday, which is total BS. Nobody called us yesterday either. No voicemail, no email, no text, NOTHING.
This experience has been a complete waste of time. We’re disappointed with the lack of communication and will be seeking legal advice elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE

Angels office and Justin Walters are a JOKE, Walters doesn't understand HIPAA law or even ADA Law under the courts perview. We have drug addicts, and they are wasting the tax payers money, on an ADA dog violation. That should have NEVER happened as Angell is the City Atty, of Rigby, and should have instructed the Mayor and the Police Chief the definition of neighborhood nuience, Tasha and Brenda Lane, I an ADA can not take my ADA dog out in a back yard I perched, because there's agressive dogs that attack the fence, pushing the fence boards into my yard, and those dogs already jumped the fence and attacked another neighbors dogs.So, I took my dog out front and Tasha and Brenda Lane, along with Matthew Polk have been playing games since the day I moved in Angell himself has been named in a Tort, and reported to the BAR so this is just good ole boy retaliation. So, your tax dollars are going to prosecute an ADA person because Angell, didn't council the Mayor, City Council, or the Chief of Police and it's officers of ordinances to get the neighbors under control, of course they didn't, they want to prosecute a dog off a leash for pissing. That's how money grubbing these Zealots are. Wasting YOUR tax dollars to fill thier pockets over perry incident of neighbors that appear to be above the law themselves in Chief Fullmor's eyes I think it's called selective prosecutions, when the law is only applies to specific parties, Oh actually the police manuals already address this, how do I know? I read them ALL. I also went to the PD Academy about 30 years ago and have my 911 dispatcher certs. I have been studying law 23 years. This is nothing but good ole boy retaliation for naming Angell in a Tort, and reporting him to the BAR.
Happy he's playing retaliation for a 156.00 fine? This will probably expose the underground of the criminal complex of back scratching of we will let our friends violate the laws but go after those that we want to make an example of. Tax Payers I'm here to tell you, Angells Firm has already billed the city more than 156.50 on your dime, to prosecute a dog needing a place to take a piss.
As a tax payer you should be pissed that Angell, our little Mayor and self proclaimed "oversight" with ZERO experience in either law or policing knows what the heck Chief Fullmor's doing. Oh, but I sure know what's going on. Because I have combined 30 years of both knowledge of both law and PD knowledge. Unlike our Mayor or even Angell himself.
Justin Walters is a rude little miscreant that does not understand HIPAA or ADA Laws. This law firm is preditory and seeks to abuse it's power within the community off the community's tax dollars. To bad the Police Chief and gang didn't focus on getting drugs off the street, instead they are worried about an ADA dog needing to piss. Oh side note Allen Fillmor and gang of cops don't seem to be able to find former City Atty Dunn with Fentanyl cuz they are to busy trying to nail ADA people and thier dogs needing to go to the bathroom. This is how our tax dollars are spent people. It's only going to get worse.
As I investigate, I found out Angell is rolling in our tax dollars. I public record requested his city contract and just this contract brings in 6k PLUS 3500.00 per misdimeanor. I've found three illegal revenue streams involving citations and fees, he and Justin Walters know what they are doing to the people of Rigby, this goes all the way to the top and through our current government and I have the hard copy proof now. I'm going to the Public Corruption Unit of the FBI where I have turned in a dirty cop now doing 40 years in Club Fed. Angell is so glib he thought no one would catch on. PRR public records, Walters is in charge for fees and fines. I caught Walters and Judge picking who and how to punish people. Citations are supposed to go up per citation. They didn't fine to ordaninces. Chief of the PD involved. Corruption. FOIA Dave Swager, City Hall 4 insurance/ bonds. Police Misconduct/ Dishonest Employees 500k each egregious action.

I was convinced Stephanie had my best interest at heart. She's great at telling you what you want to hear -- allowing you to feel confident, which is a good thing.
That said, I felt my case was drawn out way longer than needed because she works on her own and is frequently unavailable to take/return calls/attend court dates etc. She also encouraged me to pursue things that I feel extended the length of the divorce process and in hindsight weren't important to me. Those things came at not just a financial cost, but put me at odds with my ex, which in the end, not worth it.

In 2014 I retained Ms. Riley's legal counsel to help unravel a situation that was misunderstood and petty with unreasonable sanctions. A potentially unfavorable outcome (possible jail time and significant fines) was avoided following Ms. Riley's thorough fact-finding investigation which resulted in dropped charges and a small fine to cover court fees. I recently finished my contract/Journey with Alycia and Noemi with my dad's immigration case. They both helped fix/Organize my dad'scase. They were proactive in submitting and responding to "counter offers" from my ex-husband and his attorney. My divorce was not quick, nor simple, and yet I have zero complaints about how Jeremy and Darla handled the situation. I didn't feel overcharged, manipulated, ignored, or cheated - I felt like they were absolutely vested in helping me achieve the best results I could hope for. Jeremy advocated in the best interests of both myself AND my children and made sure the divorce decree covered all our bases. I’ve worked with Clark and Feeney three times now, and each experience has been excellent. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with attorney Sam Harrich for a DUI case. From the start, it was clear this charge was completely unjust, and Sam handled it brilliantly.
This was Sam’s first jury trial, but you’d never know it. He was exceptionally prepared, confident, and strategic throughout. He kept the defense on their toes, exposed significant flaws in the prosecution’s case, and made the lead police officer’s credibility crumble on the stand.
I also want to mention how helpful his assistant, Courtney, was throughout the process. She was organized, communicative, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes.
On top of their strong performance, the firm’s billing was transparent, and the case was completed for the agreed-upon amount—no surprises.

I would give zero stars for George DeFord if I could when it comes to family law and custody. We paid $8k for nothing. He never spoke up in court, didn't present any documents during court, and when the judge asked if there were any questions his answer was he didn't know they were allowed 🤦♀️ Honestly RUN! Front desk gal was super sweet and amazing and the only thing this place has going for them tbh!
