I have been awarded social security disability benefits because of the hard work of attorney Corey Luedeman of RSH Legal.
After Corey took over my case, he literally did everything. He handled all communication from requesting medical records to meeting deadlines. All I had to do was update him on any medical changes.
Corey kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. At each stage, Corey explained what was happening, why, and what to expect. Corey was very knowledgeable about social security disability cases and really put my mind at ease.

Got a call back for a consult and all I received was snarky and rude remarks. It was really off-putting. I was trying to get with someone to figure out if part of my lease was illegal and when I asked about the state law I received the remark of, "Well why do you need me then it sounds like you already know everything...." Just.....wow. I expected more of this place with the great reviews they had. Lawyers are called because people need help with navigating the law. I didn't deserve to be treated with such disrespect as I was. They might be good in other litigation but I do not recommend calling them for a tenant/landlord issue. I'll take my money elsewhere. Very disappointed.

David, and Marica were with me throughout the process. From days after I got injured until the last day of our Mediation. Both would check in often as we reached each new step. Mr. Gallagher represented my family in a child custody case and he gave me a better defense than I could have imagined. He was extremely professional, and really did his research on the opposing party prior to trial. When it was all said and done, I spent around $6000 which was a bit steep for my taste, BUT, I was awarded full custody of my son and got to put a messy situation to bed which was long overdue. You truly cannot put a price on that.

Since we had our first consultation with attorney Raziel Argueta, we knew that giving our case to him would be the best decision. I unfortunately was arrested on I80 for an OWI second offense and a .324 BAC. I gave Sydney a call the following morning and had a short meeting. She was very communicative and responsive to every question I had.
She walked me through the entire process start to finish and outlined every possible scenario. Sydney made sure to exhaust every option we had to get the best result for me. We ended up getting a plea deal with the prosecutor for a simple reckless driving. I would recommend Sydney to anyone who finds themself in the unfortunate position of an OWI charge. I’m keeping her number on file with the hope that I never have to call her again!
If you ever find yourself in that position for goodness sake shut your mouth and give her a call.

From the time we met Natalia we felt Godsend us an Angel! We had a very unusual case in which our previous Attorney did not have the drive to proceed with our termination case. With the Iowa termination law it is extremely difficult to terminate just the mother, but after consulting with Natalia she has the expertise and knowledge to proceed with our case and won our case. I've had work related injuries and I went to Chris Fry with O'Connor and Thomas, and all I had to do was tell Chris my situation and he did the rest. Chris assisted me with an accident in which I was struck by a car on a bicycle and settled with multiple insurance companies. He was referred to my family while I was still unconscious at the University Of Iowa hospitals, and had a specific plan of action in place by the time I finally met him 5 weeks later. Chris was patient and answered any question presented. Chris made a meticulous effort to keep me updated on the progress of the settlements and mailed me pertinent paperwork on a timely basis. At times, his office would be working with my insurance company and the responsible party's insurance company, multiple medical agencies with regards to billing, law enforcement, and my employer all at the same time. He was punctual, professional, consistent with time frames, and showed a deep understanding of the law. The experience was made most enjoyable because Chris brought a caring personality. Yes, lawyers are like anyone else employed in that they make money for services rendered. However, Chris once told me that he simply "likes to help people". He helped me in more ways than he can imagine, and I am forever thankful and grateful for his enduring work and friendship that developed. I am writing to commend Ms. Sydney Ross on her exemplary handling of my recent OWI on a golf cart case in Allamakee County. Ms. Ross was kind, considerate, aggressive, and most of all knowledgeable about the application of law in all four of my charges. Sydney took the time to understand all facets of my case. Her prompt replies to my inquiries assured me I was in capable and expert hands.
She was able to access the discovery materials to determine the inaccuracy of the arresting officer’s assumptions. Those materials also included the blood alcohol level way below the legal limit, which was the explanation for the arrest. Her attention to details and ability to ask pertinent questions allowed her to attack the charges and get 3 of the 4 dropped from my file.
Sydney’s team of professionals were also expert and well researched in their responses to me. McKayla quickly replied to my questions and if she was unsure, she deferred to Sydney for answers.

About 8 years ago he represented my ex at my 2nd domestic violence hearing (me being victim, and pregnant both times) and intimidated me into dropping the restraining order with the promise of seeing my daughter. That was a LIE! they went to the judge and asked for 5050 legal and my ex with primary physical and any interaction with my daughter was to my ex discretion. Fast forward to today and 9 dhs reports with 6 founded cases of abuse or neglect and 1 criminal charge against the step mom for smacking my 10 yro daughter (who has cp) across the face for a fruit snack.
