Mark is a consummate lawyer who has complete command of the law and is a great advocate for those in need of a defense attorney who will guide them through a process that is often complicated. He was a quick study of the facts of the case in which he represented my interests and was able to give me hope that there could be a successful resolution to the case at a time where I felt utterly hopeless.
After retaining two other attorneys prior to engaging Mark and feeling like I was not being heard, I was fairly cynical until I met Mark. He immediately offered solutions to my case that I had not heard from the other attorneys and, like any good advocate, provided realistic analyses of the solutions which gave me the opportunity to make an informed decision.
Ultimately, Mark was able to obtain a successful outcome for me and I firmly believe that I would be in a much worse position today had I not had the good fortune to contact him and his law firm.

I got into a DUI this year. I blew a 0.9 BAC and hit another driver on the road.
It very much could have been a felony with jail time or worse - but I got lucky and this was my first and last time.
With no idea what to do, I was recommended Ron by my friend. He gets the job done. Took off one of my charges, reduced my fine size (with community service), and explains what you HAVE to do in order to get your life back on track. And he’s helped me get my life back on track immensely.
I recommend Ron Chini if you’re facing any kind of DUI-related charges. He’s your guy.
There’s a lot more bigger firms but going with the independent route and smaller firms like Ron is much cheaper and still gets the job done.

We discussed the case parameters, and I promptly forgot about them.
Well, Mr. Fell did not forget about it; over a year later, he contacted me with a complete resolution of the case and a large refund of the retainer.
I have NEVER received a refund for a retainer from any attorney; it has always mysteriously gotten "used" up.

I am so grateful for Ron. I mean it when I say you will not find better representation. Ron is a legal eagle, ace at the case, hole-in-one hotshot.
My mom is an Orange County attorney, so I could have had free representation. Growing up with her, I am highly capable, even of representing myself. That said, I have an exquisite level of discernment for selecting a hotshot. By the end of Ron working on my case, I actually paid him more than he asked for. If you are reading this review, tell me one person in this world who paid more than their attorney asked for. I would wager this is the only review you’ll see saying that—Ron is that guy.
With his former DA experience, he WILL go to trial if necessary, and having that experience makes him an attorney rockstar. As soon as I retained him, he immediately began reaching out to all parties involved, gathering the necessary information, and submitting supporting documentation to the district attorney to back up my case in every way.
Ron does not mess around. “You want to come at me with some type of allegation or nonsense, I will absolutely not tolerate that libel.” He’s the guy who stands firm for those dealing with lawfare shenanigans. “You picked the wrong person to mess with” is the reputation you get when Ron represents you. That’s how I felt from the very beginning and throughout the process.
If you think Ron is treating you unfairly or did not get you the best possible outcome, you probably have some larger personal issues to address. It might be time to take some personal accountability—maybe talk to someone who can help with a wake-up call. Probably strongly encouraged to work through owning your actions or articulating them in a way that the rest of the world can sympathize with. Having expectations will almost always harm you in the end, especially if they are not clearly communicated. There is no right and wrong; even if you are 99.99999% right, be the bigger person. Hold yourself accountable for things you could have done differently that put you in bad situations or caused certain outcomes. Alongside this, develop the awareness and intuition to unselfishly understand the other side’s point of view versus blame.
I can say with everything in me, Ron is worth every penny spent and then some. If you have any fighting chance at all in your case, this is the guy to close the book—not have it thrown at you.

I suffered a dog bite that could have ended much worse than it did and left me with a scar. I had no insurance at the time and ended up with costly ER bills. My wife suffered a traumatic incident in which a neighbor's pit bull dog killed our dog while she was on a walk and pushing our 1 year old in a stroller. We later came to learn that the pit bull dog had attacked another family that same day causing serious injuries. It was truly a horrific time for us not knowing if or how we could ever recover from this event. With John's help, we were able to pursue and ultimately reach a settlement with the homeowner's insurance company for our loss and suffering. John also helped me get the word out to the community, joining me at a neighborhood meeting that was organized to address concerns with dog attacks in the area. John is a true professional. l had to ask a lawyer’s opinion in an emergency situation. I have called and left a message for 5 lawyers l found on the internet. The only person who called back was Bart Kaspero, - he talked to me twice on that first day and gave me advice immediately what l could do at that moment. In a couple of days he got back to me again and asked about the developments in my issue; and then gave me advice again. Mr Kaspero was very attentive and patient. Finally, we talked again couple of days later and Mr Kaspero gave me advice not to spend money on lawyers at this point n time. I was so very grateful to him and after all his work in the last week he actually did not ask for any payments. Mr Kaspero gave me back my faith in people in other professions, and that there are still quality people out there, even when life seems to be very unfair and upsetting. Thank you so very much! Attorney Guisti is an amazing attorney. He help me vacated a felony conviction after 31 years. Before Mr Guisti handling my case I had another attorney working my case and that attorney botched it. If I could give this man no stars I would. He didn’t do anything for my case. I blew a .08 and I got my license suspended for a year, had to do the classes for 3 months plus probation for 3 years. When I asked him if there was anything else i could do, he said no at least you didn’t get jail time.

Bill has been my criminal attorney for a year and a half now. I was arrested, bailed out and called Bill's office more than a year ago. Cathy answered the phone and I was distraught. I did something out of desperation which added to an already mile long list of white collard felonies. Cathy was a bundle of information and put me at ease upon my release.
