Jahzeel is one of the true gems out there that truly had my best interest in mind. She performed miracles for me and was ridiculously fare with me in her fees. I cannot say enough good things about her. I was on probation when I was cited with a new case out of the same courthouse. I was at my lowest point and tremendously scared. I did not want to go to jail. A family friend referred me to Ms. Osejo and I am so thankful they did. Ms. Osejo did a lot of hand-holding for me and I truly felt that she care about me and my case. She was able to handle my VOP and new case very effectively. I also didn't have to show up to court THANK GOD. Ms. Osejo called me after every court appearance and kept me in the loop. Attorney Osejo was recommended to me by a family member. I am a commercial driver and was afraid of losing my class A license so I had to make sure to choose the right attorney to help me. Ms. Osejo contacted the police officer, negotiated my case and went to court several times for me. She kept me updated after ever court date. She was aggressive and determined to get my case dismissed. Today's call was the best news I could have received, Ms. Osejo told me my case had been DISMISSED!! I had the pleasure of meeting and subsequently retaining Mr Bayona on a very important criminal complaint fora friend of mine. The price quoted was less than any other attorney quoted and he never asked for more money,though the case dragged on for two years. Everything my friend wanted from Mr Bayona was accomplished (i.e No jail time ,no bail,short probation, minimal community service and restitution payments).I would highly recommend Eber for any criminal or civil case. Kevin took my DUI case and represented me both in court and at the DMV. He showed his knowledge of the process and of the individuals at each level in the courts and at the DMV. Unfortunately the prosecutor wasnt open to any kind of plea bargaining on the day I was there and I got what I deserved. But Kevin helped to negotiate various means to soften the blow. Kevin gave good advice in terms of the options open to me to have my case heard before a jury. He understood well what I was going through and was sympathetic.
Kevin knows his stuff and if you end up in a similar situation, he'll do a good job of fighting in your corner.

Mark DeVore did an amazing job. I had another defense attorney who was pretty bad. I hired Mark after I entered a bad plea deal. He stepped in and helped me straighten things out. Afterwards, he helped me get my record expunged. He took a very active role in defending me, always explained to me what he was doing and why, and always planned for the worst case scenario. I hope I'll never need a defense attorney again, but if I do, I'm calling this guy.

Ms. Keller demonstrates a depth of knowledge and then extended extraordinary effort on our behalf, while, with Irish wit, and very straight forward lecture, reminding that no one is 100% right, and to correct what might be viewed as a more serious problem in the future. Ms. Keller's parting words "Hope never to see you in my office again" are sincere. Strange to give 5 stars to someone who is so honest? No, is what a client needs from a good attorney. Ms. Keller is what other attorneys should use as a role model.

On 06/18/2022 , my life changed. After I was released from the police station the following day I felt alone, embarrassed, remorseful, hopeless, empty, sad and clueless as to how I was going to face my new reality. That day I was taught a big lesson that I will never forget. As a kid my father told me that two of the most important dates in someone’s life are, when you are born and when you find out what you were born to do. My dream and goal in life was to be a public servant as a firefighter/medic; thus, I always tried my best to maintain a clean record and contribute to my community. I achieved my dream and served my community proud, but that dream was short lived. For the last two years my life has been on stand by and every time I hear a siren on the street my heart shatters. I was told several months ago that it would take three months for the pay out it has now been way over that time and I still have not received anything every call I make to my attorney he never wants to answer and when he does he says he's still waiting for a response from certain appointments which is not true because they all responded already , interesting that attorneys can take a bigger percentage out of the settlement the longer they have it in their hands do not come to mvp accident attorneys!!
