Thank you John Rockwell for all you did for us. They are amazing. They went over and beyond to find the person that hit and ran when my son got into a wreck unfortunately the people had no insurance or anything in that matter but they still tried and did amazing work. They kept in contact about everything and explained everything to me if needed. Definitely recommend and will call them again if I need too. I hired this firm to take on a security negligence case. We’re I suffered a severe TBI back in December 2021 .. About a year later I questioned whether or not this attorney and this firm was capable of handling this type of case because I had doubts. I let Mr. Studer convince me to keep him as my attorney , so I did. When I finally had enough and I reached out to him to fire him, Seth Studer told me you don’t have to fire me because I’m stepping down from practicing Law. I said that might be best. Mr. Studer never called me one time over the 2+ years he had my case and asked me how I was doing , I’m not exaggerating. I have phone records to prove it phone records to prove how many times he ignored. My calls ignored my text messages and how many times he did call me the phone Records don’t lie. This wasn’t a simple car accident. This is a traumatic brain injury case , I’m not the same person I used to be. I feel like this attorney should have checked on me periodically return those text messages and those calls. I notified this attorney six or seven times throughout the course of two years telling him that I was feeling suicidal.. And that I wanted to know why I was having these thoughts that started every since I endured this horrific night and downtown Orlando it’s not that I want to kill myself, but I can’t control the thoughts. Good thing I didn’t kill myself. I wouldn’t be able to create this post right now. Thank God .. This firm should have gotten me some psychological treatment he should have sent me to a psychiatrist , he should have done a lot of things, but he didn’t. I will be filling out the Florida Bar Complaint and it’s going to start there. I can’t post all the screenshots of all the text messages that he didn’t reply to, but I can provide them to the Flordia Bar and I plan on it. I’ve retained two other law firms to take over the case, and they immediately put me in treatment for depression psychiatric reasons to find out why I’m having suicidal thoughts Tbi Treatment centers. I’m now getting the help and seeing the doctors that I should’ve been seen since Mr. Studer took my case, but he wasn’t sending me to any doctors and I trusted him is sad to say the different brain doctor that I’m seeing today have All told me why are you starting treatment three years after the injury you should’ve been receiving treatment when it happened so hopefully at that point in time I had a better chance at potential recovery but because I waited so long the doctors don’t think seeking treatment now is going to do any good and this is sad very emotional. I wouldn’t recommend this Law Firm to anybody out there all these Law Firm say they have the clients best interest the interest they have is the money going in their pocket And this is a prime example it said to say again this was the worst day of my life. It changed my life forever and I wish that I never hired this Seth stutter or firm in general because it wasn’t just Seth Studer. It was the Firm and that’s exactly what Studer told me . Make sure when hiring a lawyer, just because there websites say “ auto accident, slip n fall, security neglect “ doesn’t mean they have actually tried one of those types of cases before, just means there Liscence to take on that particular type of case. So please I give y’all some advice, attorneys are quick to send out electronic signatures needed for the victim to sign, So you don’t call around anywhere else. When We all should do are homework and find out more about the attorney of your choice before signing that email.

Robert was awesome to work with. My case took years to resolve and i never felt out of the loop. I could always get ahold of him through text, calls, or emails. He took what we needed into account and always made sure we were able to get the treatment we needed for our injuries. In the long run we were able to settle right as the trial started and we are happy to have our future treatment and more secure. Such a weight is off our shoulders and we have Robert and everyone else at his firm that helped to thank for it. I would highly recommend having this firm fight for you because I've seen how they fought for me and my brother. Thank you guys again!

From the moment I spoke with Attorney James Davis, I instantly felt like I could trust this man and that we would be in good hands. I called early morning around 8:10am and he called me back within 30 mins informing me he would accept our case and be at the first appearance.
We were able to discuss all details openly and never felt judged or like we were less than due to the circumstances. He gave his cell phone number to us and made sure we understood he was available to us whenever we had questions.
Attorney Davis is very easy to work with and his office manager Anna is the same! I never had to wonder where we were stood in our case - they made calls frequently and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way.

My company was downsizing and as a senior employee at retirement age, I lost my job. Mr Dorsey and his team helped dig me out of the messy trench my last 2 lawyers had left me in. I can’t begin to explain how bad my first few lawyers had screwed up my case and made me look bad against an abusive drug addict narcissist who could charm the pant suit off Hilary Clinton. Mr Dorsey took on my case and for the first time I actually felt like I could trust my lawyer. Unlike my last attorney who charged me an insane amount of money to screw me over, Mr Dorsey gave me a free consultation and always charged me honestly and fairly. He gave me his personal cell number for emergencies and him and his team were always very responsive to my calls and emails. He fought tooth and nail against one of the most dishonest and corrupt opposing councils I have ever seen! He is well known and honored around Jacksonville and St Augustine by many other esteemed lawyers and judges.
If you are in need of a good, honest attorney who will fight for you as if you were his own family, you need to hire Bill Dorsey and his team. He is tough and does not give up. No one really wants to go through any family/custody battles. So when I was faced with this issues I had no choice but to retain an attorney. After numerous hours/days of research I found the Dorsey Law Firm.
I came to Mr. Dorsey with a lot of uncertainty with my impending custody case. During my consultation Mr. Dorsey was fully tuned in and very attentive. He answered every question I had very confidently. After I retained Mr. Dorsey, his team and himself started working on the case promptly. They filed an emergency motion and was able to get a hearing for temporary custody within a few weeks. I was granted temporary custody until the outcome of the final hearing.
In Preparation for the final hearing Mr. Dorsey and the team were with me every step of the way. They reassured me of the potential outcome, instilled confidence in myself and the direction of the case. During the final hearing Mr. Dorsey was very thorough, firm, and fully prepared. His cross examination skills, rebuttals, presentation, and delivery was superb.
As a result, I was grant 75% percent of time sharing. I have never felt better and once again I was stress free.

We were referred to this lawyer by a previous Duval county (Florida) judge after the separation of the unwed parents of a child with the indication that the mother might leave the state with the child and will not return. Florida law does not grant legal rights to an unwed father until paternity, time-sharing and shared responsibilities are established in court.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the result of this temporary hearing, giving credit to Debra and Thomas Treece. We are still waiting for the final hearing and hope that the Treece law team will continue to represent us fairly and honestly.
The Treece law team does not shoot for bashing the opposite party. From the beginning on, it was clear that they want a fair and honest outcome with no lies and only honesty. The reason to seek help was to fairly establish legal rights for the father and do all we can to benefit the child. The Treece law team maintained to fairly reach an agreement and asked for the continuation of the child's primary parent, which is tough to establish if it is the father who performed most parental responsibilities.
One "thing" I would like to mention is that I wish that the Treece law team would be more readily available when the father has an IMMEDIATE legal question, due to the mother using unfair tactics, lies and accusations that are unwarranted. I would love to at times receive a quick, brief legal advise right then and there, though acknowledge that we are not their only clients.
If you are looking for an aggressive lawyer to bash your opponent, keep looking. If you are looking for an aggressive FAIR lawyer, "fighting" for what is the honest truth and the best for the child, you found a calm legal team working for you.

Once my daughter received an order from the court, my daughter interviewed with many other attorneys. They would only allow her to talk with them. Upon meeting Mrs. Treece, I felt an immediate connection to her and Mr. Treece. In my opinion, they are like family to us. They are very approachable as well as professional. My daughter who is a new attorney herself knew this case needed experienced attorneys that would give her their best efforts. According to my daughter at trial, they did just that. If you want the best, hire the DeVries Law Firm for your bankruptcy. My chapter 7 bankruptcy case was a complicated one but they made it happen. Most importantly, they accept payment plans unlike others that want the fees upfront. If you are in the military in the Jacksonville area and you are considering bankruptcy, look no further than this firm. Requested to make an appointment with Mr.Devries regarding an attorney on his staff when speaking to Rene she told me he had 2 Appointments for Wednesday December 10th when Mr. Devries found out who was on the phone Rene the receptionist came back on the line and told me that he could not make an appointment with me until January 14. I have a disabled son that was seeking services for a divorce. The attorney that was representing him under Mr. de rise never communicated with us. We cannot find no records of him filing any claims with Duval county courts I wish this matter can be addressed in a professional manner, my son is disabled. He is on a fixed income. He gave this firm $2500 and they did not do anything for him. We cannot find any records that have been filed with Duvall County courts. We had to seek services from another attorney. now Mr. DeVries does not want to see us until January 14 his secretary Renee said that he’s got a conference all week. He’s got clients all the next week. He’s got clients the first two weeks of January. The soonest he can see us is January 14 in the meantime, my son is suffering. He cannot get no help from this firm, but they still took his money. I went thru a program called ARAG the recommended Mr Devries instead Another attorney named Josh handled it
He does not work Fridays . If we came into the office they would have to charge us. We had to go to the UPS store print the forms then I had to take pictures with my phone and send them to Nelly. How professional is this? It was very complicated. I would not advise using this firm. I am seeking professional help to get this matter resolved the firm took my son $2500. We have nothing to show for it and Mr. DeVries will not see us until January 14 of 2025. He knows all about the matter. That is why he will not see my disabled son .
