I found this law firm on google under one of the best ones from jacksonville and indeed it was. This was all new to me and since day one Mr. Hill was always honest with me, he was always available to answer my questions and concerns. His assistant, Jennie kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me great peace of mind. Mr. Hill demonstrated a deep understanding of my personal situation and showed empathy throughout the legal process.
This helped me greatly to get through this difficult time.

The title says it all. Rob is a true professional. He is diligent,quick on his feet and highly knowledgeable. He works hard for the client and will put you on the right track. He's on top of it. .Robert also lets you know when you veer off course. In no uncertain terms. In court he is quick and professional . He Knows the jargon of law incredibly well. Know stuttering or pauses. In and out. On top of all that I've said, Rob is also very personable. Real. A good man. Looks you in the eye and listens . I'll give you an example. In my situation, I got a DUI. Felony. He came up with the idea of a fundraiser. I am a musician. So I put one on for Mothers against Drunk driving. Music acts. I raised 1200 dollars for them. It felt good and It taught me a valuable lesson. It also helped my case significantly. He helped shape my letter to the prosecutor. It was very important. The letter was about my life. Robert kept my license from being suspended. Knowledge. He knows what he is doing. A great lawyer has ideas. Has avenues to go down. Has all the information at his fingertips. That's him. Caroline called me back, listened carefully to what I had in mind, and proceeded to explain to me in details the best methods to satisfy my needs and to make sure that my Estate will be divided among my children as I requested.
After all the forms were completed, the following forms were completed and when appropriate registed with the city: Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Heath Care Suurogate, HEPAA Authorization, A Living Will, and Naming a Pre - Need Guardian. As for my persoanl Residence, she prepared an Enhaced Life Estate, commonly known as Lady Bird Deed. I never knew that many form were needed for such a request. She very patientle explaind every subject and tailored my request to aviod going to Probate after my passing.
I was very pleased and appreciative of her actions and I must say I was expecting to pay a lot more than what she charged me for all this work.
I sincerley thank Caroline for her attention to the details and the way she tailored the forms to fit my needs. I full heartedly recommned Caroline to anyone reaching that age where thinkin of Estate Planning is a must.

Jackie Carson is a wonderful person, she gave me legal advice regarding a situation even though I did not have to retain her for services. It was basically a glitch on the governments side, but she was able to inform me on what I should do and I was able to get the issue resolved. I would definitely recommend Dale Carson Law Firm if you do need to retain an attorney, I can only presume their quality of character and representation extends even further when they are under a financial retainer. 5 stars definitely recommend

This firm did not go the distance. Do not and would never recommend this firm to do your case justice. First off be mindful of the name Porter Law “Firm.” Porter NEVER worked the case. We had no communication with Porter EVER. Even when requested that he take over the case because we didn’t feel that the case was being handled aggressively as we were promised when hired. Initially we had hope. Thatcher was on the case and he was always prompt, he showed up and answered questions, and he was confident. Then it all changed. First, the state attorney was reassigned from the case then Thatcher left the firm and the case was reassigned to Abuetello. Always late, it got to the point where we just asked when will you be there so we don’t have to wait for all the other cases, uncertain and never forthcoming with answers to questions and had to start over with the case because she was newly assigned in place of Thatcher. We brought up the request to try for entrapment only to be told “ that’s too hard of an angle.” A couple of depositions later, requests for more money and finally we could talk negotiations only the negotiations were null. Usually at the trial point you would think a couple of offers would be extended, no. We got 1 offer. Then Abuetello tells us she is leaving the firm and the state attorney is new to the case and it’s this offer or risking it to go to trial. What other option is there. We felt rushed and without options.Now we have a sentence of prison time… A paid lawyer got us what a public defender could have. Later received closing documents and additional requests for more money. Highly disappointed in this firm and would NEVER recommend.

First, the state attorney was reassigned from the case then Thatcher left the firm and the case was reassigned to Abuetello. Always late, it got to the point where we just asked when will you be there so we don’t have to wait for all the other cases, uncertain and never forthcoming with answers to questions and had to start over with the case because she was newly assigned in place of Thatcher. We brought up the request to try for entrapment only to be told “ that’s too hard of an angle.” A couple of depositions later, requests for more money and finally we could talk negotiations only the negotiations were null. Usually at the trial point you would think a couple of offers would be extended, no. We got 1 offer. Then Abuetello tells us she is leaving the firm and the state attorney is new to the case and it’s this offer or risking it to go to trial. What other option is there. We felt rushed and without options.Now we have a sentence of prison time… A paid lawyer got us what a public defender could have. Later received closing documents and additional requests for more money. Highly disappointed in this firm and would NEVER recommend.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Worst experience ever. Did not do any work. Asked to have help removing HTO status of driver license. He did not even look into my issue. In fact I had to go into core and pull everything up myself and re explain myself again. Finally he told me there was nothing he could do and told me to speak to another attorney. I did and the new attorney immediately filed motions and went to court for me and got my HTO status lifted from the state of Florida. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ugh... not funny that while representing me in a contract dispute, the firm missed refiling a claim by 5 days. Thus giving the opposition an easy out. Even so, there were times I referenced evidence I'd shared and had to remind them they should have it.
