I used these guys for a case back in 2020, I was not very impressed with them then and I am not impressed with them now. You don’t speak to an attorney you speak to a case manager, who is not an attorney or have experience with information that pertains to the legal process.

Take you time and money elsewhere. I can’t fathom how this business has any good reviews. I hired this firm to take care of a criminal misdemeanor charge for me. They answered my call and took my money so fast but the second I needed guidance or assistance regarding my case they were no where to be found. I woke up to a text from my attorney at 4:30 in the morning the day I was supposed to appear in court with a warning that I would have a bench warrant out for my arrest if I did not show. During my case I went through two attorneys because the first one quit the firm due to being overworked and not aligning with the morals of the firm. He made me aware of the fact that I was charged $500 for paralegal fees when the firm doesn’t employ any paralegals. This was confirmed to be true by my second attorney. Both attorneys were verbal about their dislike for John Musca because of his scammy business practices. When I called over the phone to speak with the man who took my money and my case I couldn’t get through. Once again STAY AWAY! There are plenty of lawyers willing to take your money, do yourself a favor and give it to anyone except John Musca.

Never go to court without an attorney even if you are an attorney. Mr. Slama knew from the beginning the truth of this matter and without his assistance my battle was complicated and if left to the understudy of an unlearned judge could have years of appeals to reveal the truth. Sam and his staff are incredible. Let me paint you the picture so that you can truly appreciate how truly grateful I am. I was married as a result of getting my then fiance pregnant. I felt that it was the right thing to do as she already had a child out of wedlock and didnt want her to be labeled with any type of negative stigma. In the 5 years that we were married, she had multiple affairs. The last affair I hired a PI that video recorded the proof that I needed to file for divorce. The divorce process was very contentious, even to the point that at one time my life was threatened by the man she had an affair with. The divorce proceeding took several years to complete. We agreed to split time sharing with no child support. My son at the time was 7 and for the next 10 or so years was also very contentious with the now ex wife. The day before my son turned 18, the ex decided to file a lawsuit for contempt of the divorce agreement. I hired Sam to help me resolve this issue. Sam and his staff were not only professional but went way above and beyond with their level of compassion. Divorce is a very stressful time in anyone's life and typically brings out the worst side of a person. Sam and his staff were constantly looking out for my best interests but also would reassure me that everything was going to be okay. When choosing an attorney, there are so many factors that go into that decision. Obviously you need to be able to trust the attorney, but you also need to build a relationship with that attorney. The attorney needs to be able to understand the details of the situation, because many times its those details are what wins and looses cases. Sam and his staff took the time to understand not only my situation but my perspective. Sam and his staff were then able to articulate that perspective in the form of a response to the lawsuit. The response was perfect. The response not only outlined the points of law but used common sense approach to show that the ex wife was simply not justified in her lawsuit. The hearing with the magistrate went great. The magistrate was able to see the truth very quickly. Sam and his staff were great in the preparation for hearing. Always checking on me to make sure that I was doing ok and to reassure me that I was in good hands. Winning the hearing was a huge relief. The ex wanted over $45k in damages and the judge dismissed every single penny of her complaint. Now that my son is over 18, its my hope that this nightmare of the ex is finally over. I couldn't have gotten through this challenging time of my life without Sam and his staff. I cant say enough great things about their Law Firm. We live in a society where people are very quick to bash people and business'. Everything that I have typed is 100% accurate and true. Anyone can easily research my situation using my name to find all the court records. Without Sam or his staff asking me, I felt compelled to write this review. I am hoping that others in our great city will be able to find the same results as I found with Sam and his staff. I am forever grateful for the Law office of Sam Jubran.

He starts out as though he is compassionate and then a few months later you learn the real Bob. He will tell you what you wish to hear and then you don't hear from him. If you call his office his secretary Kim is extremely rude and hateful. I thought this was just her but over the course of dealing with Bob for almost 2 years I have learned he is more rude than her. He won't call you back and when you've left multiple messages he responds as though you are interupting his life! I divorced a narcisisst and found the exact same thing in a lawyer. He didn't fight back at any of the hearings we had. I went to him cause he seemed knowledgeable the law. He even had incorrect information at the hearing!! He's extremely incompetent!! My ex hasn't paid myself or Bob and yet he won't file contempt charges. I spoke with him on Mar. 12, 2019 and it is now April1, 2019 and I've heard nothing from him. This isn't unusual. He will go months without any communication! Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that fights for you and not just about getting his money!!

Otto is an excellent lawyer. When I first met Otto I was at my wits end. My son was accused of a crime he did not commit. Otto worked deligently trying to prove my son's innocence. I spoke with two lawyers before I met Otto all they were interested in is getting their fees instead of showing compassion to help defend my son.
