This was my first accident lawsuit and I can’t thank kris enough! Me being a mother with 3 kids losing my job and transportation within a month of each other I was so stressed out and didn’t know where to turn..Kris contacted me not even an hour after being dropped off by my tow truck company he’s been on top of my case ever since! I wasn’t expecting it to settle so fast as I’ve read different stories online but Kris has made this process so easy for me. From getting me a rental car to helping with me getting access to the funds while my case was still in process all the way up to notifying me of the settlement payment which the insurance company paid and the max at that! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! John George was my daughter's attorney in a very difficult and long custody battle for my 8 year old grandson, that spanned across two states. John George told us upfront, these cases are not easy to win, and we may not get what we ask for, but he would do his best. Well, HE DID! And so much more! My grandson is back home with his mother where he belongs and I would recommend John George to anybody who asked that needed a lawyer. He was very kind and explained every step of the way. Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. My husband and I consulted with Tim Revero regarding a TRO that was falsely brought against my husband by a family trying to intimidate us from looking any further into a criminal situation that their son was involved in. They had intentionally and passive agressively escalated the situation and we didn't understand why until we were served the TRO. We had done nothing wrong yet they twisted things to make it look like evidence of harassment..when they were actually the ones harassing us. We were so blindsided by this that we didn't know where to begin on how to respond to this case. He walked us through every aspect. He listened intently to our situation..reviewed our evidence..and explained how to not only defend ourselves against their false accusations but how to present the evidence so that the court could easily understand the course of events. He was very knowledgeable and insightful as he reviewed our statements and helped us organize our information, anticipating what the judge would need to know from us to better understand how this came about. He helped us use their own evidence to tell our story. He also prepared us on what we might expect once in court so that we felt confident going forward. We went into this completely feeling overwhelmed and Tim helped us come out on the other side with complete confidence that we could show the court the reality of the situation and turn this attack against into a case that would show the court that we'd actually been the victims from the very beginning. I was referred to Mr. Purdy by my daughter in law. She said he helped her in the past with a ticket and he was wonderful. I am a worry wart and I was terrified that I would get in trouble and go to jail because he didn't show up. I could not have been more wrong. He went above and beyond what I would expected. She gave him my ticket and he said he would try to work it down to an illegal parking ticket. Otherwise I was probably facing a minimum $500 fine-it was for passing unlawfully (emergency vehicle). I tried to get back into the lane I was in when I saw the officer's bike but the cars in the other lane would not let me back over and so I got a ticket. Mr. Purdy had gone to court for me and a few days later I got a card in the mail saying I failed to appear and a warrant would be issued or an officer would be coming to my home or job to bring me to the court house. I even verified on the website that he showed up. We texted him late in the evening and he replied to send him a picture of the card and he would take care of it. Turns out my ticket showed up in 2 different jurisdictions. He proceeded to file a motion to have that case showing on the card dismissed. He went to court got another hearing date set to plead down the ticket and I just found out he got it reduced to a parking ticket and my fine was only $55.00. I can never say thank you to him enough my financial situation is very dire right now and that was a huge burden lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend him to my family and friends if they ever were in the need of defense lawyer. I am and will be forever grateful to him for helping me out and easing my financial stress.

Mr. Gaffney did a great job with my husband's case. My husband had a revocation hearing. The AUSA wanted to revoke my husband's pretrial release. Mr. Gaffney went head to head with the AUSA.
