I handed him my husband's child custody case on a silver platter, with all of the work done for him. He just had to file the paperwork and submit the evidence I provided to him. He literally didn't do anything my husband asked him to do in court and constantly told the judge the wrong information and had to be corrected in court. $7,000 later, custody was the same, with a few stipulations. We contacted him several times to get a copy of the agreement and he completely ghosted us. It's been 8 years and we still don't have a copy, so now we have to pay another lawyer to get a copy of it. We would have been better off with the $99 lawyer his ex hired.

IF YOU GOT ARRESTED IN LAS VEGAS AND ARE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY STOP LOOKING!!! I was arrested in Las Vegas in Fremont St. on some BS charges, somewhat serious. Sat in CCDC for 26 hours after posting bail. I didn’t know who to call as there was a million firms in Las Vegas. I was recommended Flangas law firm by a friend. When I called I spoke with Peggy. Told her what happened and my charges. Immediately she put my mind at ease. Her knowledge of Nevada law and court practices is unmatched. I was worried about the cost of a real attorney and I’d be unable to afford one. She worked with me on payments. She thought she could get my charges dismissed, I was doubtful and thought she was trying to make me feel better. Being from outside Vegas she went to my court appearance for me so I didn’t have to travel back to Vegas….. SHE GOT MY CHARGES DISMISSED!!!! This guy should be in Prison. Abused my children. Violated their rights. If poor people had rights. I sure didn't. He lied to me, helped create and convict me for crimes I didn't commit and was part of a conspiracy to use the American justice system to commit child abuse. Don't believe me? I can prove it. In an email from 2020, this POS tells me that in 2018, getting Google records is nearly impossible for the defense to do. A LIE.....GOOGLE TAKEOUT... My son's uncle is an investigator for the Butte County DA, he and his sister (my son's "mother) committed numerous felonies, the proof of which needed to be destroyed...
And my children needed to be abused. Again. I can prove it. Robert Marshall should be disbarred and put in prison.

So disappointed!
Mace Had my son take a plea agreement and told him there was a good chance he would get probation. He gave him false Hope. During the sentence, Mace just sat there and did not say a word! Plea deal stipulated the DA would not recommend charges, and the Judge would set the punishment. At the very beginning, the DA broke the agreement. He stopped mid-sentence to say maybe Mace would object and ask if they both could step up to the Judge Podium. Mace looked confused and stood mid-court room staring at the judge for direction! He was shooed back to his table where he sat and didn’t say a word! Some of the things said were not accurate, That Mace did not correct. It was as if he didn’t have a clue as to what was going on! My son did not get probation as Mace was insinuating he would get. He was given the Max! I feel a public defender would have done a better job or at the least my son would have gotten the same results! That would have been 10K saved or at the very least given to the victim's Family!!

You won't find a more effective and dependable firm to go above and beyond their call of duty so to speak in representing you.
Things happen in SIN CITY.. it's world famous for bending rules here... this firm was highly recommended to me in 2016 by another defense team in California to give me the best chance to try my case with never even meeting me in person.
Since I lived out of state, they handled every single appearance for me and at one point I forgot to tell them my new contract info and they still defended my case for over a year!
Small things have come up since then and they are my go to right away.. and recently I was wrongfully accused on something serious that most would have thought was no way to win.
The MASTER MACE himself followed through to the end and it's been 15 months and it was just dismissed.
It took maybe 7 years before I finally met MACE in person this past 4 months. I feel like we have been good friends for ages.
In addition, a close partner needed a serious defense on something here that was very severe and MACE team recommended two other attorneys outside of their firm.
#1 didn't answer
#2 answered right away and my partner experienced phenomenal results. There was no commission or anything back to that recommendation.
I'm an intl businessman with serious sales in 27 countries.
These things to me are a very serious top priority and MACE and their entire team make sure follow through from start to end!

My boyfriend had some serious legal charges to where he was looking at 5-10 yrs federal time and through a friend he recommended James Leavitt. After meeting with Mr. Leavitt we felt more hopeful about his case. He said he would able to get my boyfriend charges dropped to a lesser charge with no jail time and probation instead. That's exactly what happened. My boyfriend got 2 yrs probation and some community service. He definitely is a man of his word. Grasso is amazing he was my federal lawyer I was facing 35 year if convicted. I listen to him the whole time might I add that they had me dead to rights on this case. I was tried because i stole 2.7 million from the government in the end he got me a 77 month deal i was not happy about the deal he told me that it was a great deal an that he was not done fighting. I thought that he was an that I was going to do 7 years. When it came to sentencing grasso fought all the way to the end after it was all said an done I was handed a sentence of 30 months an 14 months house arrest. People may think it is because I have never been in trouble that case I am a 5 time felon I have been to state prison 4 times. I have now been out 7 months me an grasso went back to court last Friday to ask the judge to take off ankle monitor which he also granted that as well i now have my life back thanks to grasso.... thank you so much Mr. Grasso.

Mr. Grasso gave me back my life. He took on the state and won. I was facing 2 felony charges and we went to trial. The jury came back in less than 2 hours with a not guilty on both counts. If you are backed in a corner and the state is coming after you, you want Mr. Grasso on your team. He treats you like family and he actually cares about you. This lawyer was absolutely the least helpful person ever. I hired him to help me through a case with DHHS I had not yet been charged and was trying to keep from being charged. After being paid in full he did absolutely nothing, he called the investigator once and didn't even try to negotiate for me. He treated me like I was lower than him and was extremely pretentious even going as far as saying he doubted I could pay his fees at the consultation. I should have never hired him but was told he was the best FYI he's not. He was on the team that represented OJ and we see how that turned out. After hiring him he never contacted me and wouldn't do anything to negotiate a settlement even going as far as trying to get me to sign a confession that said they could still bring me to court! Needless to say we fired him and my attorney I retained after was disgusted by the way he acted and said thank god I didn't listen to him and sign that or I would have been screwed. So Don't hire him unless you are a pretentious person and want to be ignored.

I was on vacation in Vegas around January of 2017 and got into an argument with my girl friend and things went from 0-100, I packaged my stuffs and left the room but decided to go back and drop off her phone when two security guards took me and called the cops. Not sure who called the cops, my girl friend wasn’t in the room when I got there so was confuse what was going on. The finally got me arrested for 3 felony charges. She regretted her actions but was too late as the state already took over the case. She finally found a bails bond who advised her to contact Aronzo & Thomas law firm. I went back home and communicated with Thomas via the phone who promised me they were going to do their best to get my life back. I never had to go back to Vegas all through the hearing and was finally ask to take a anger management classes for 40 weeks but Thomas worked with the persecutor to get it down to 13 weeks which I did and all charges was dropped without any conviction. I recommend Thomas law firm and not to mention Alicia her assistance who also listened to me every time I would and give her utmost support through the case. I just want to say thank you for everything you did for me and helping me get my life back.

A lot of Alex's clients have gone to other lawyers due to his lack of work. He told me to sign my divorce decree even though I was owed more. He just wanted to get it over with. I had a leftover retainer of $6k that he kept and drew out the process of finalizing my custody order. I had to keep calling and calling in order to get a response. Instead he lied about filing and due dates, threatened to withdraw from my court case, but did not. I had to hire another lawyer and go through the bar to get my retainer back. His exact words were "that's how lawyers make money". And that's exactly what he will do. Fill his own pockets before helping you out. Don't be fooled by the flat fee. If you ask for an itemized invoice he will charge $400 per hour. If I knew that I would've got monies worth instead of the mediocre deadlines.

I called a well known attorney after seeing his commercials for years back in 2011. I knew I had a case I just needed someone to listen to me and hear my story. That attorney was only interested in taking cases that were a guaranteed win, and as many as possible. He referred me to Phil. I had never heard of Phil or his firm so I was skeptical but had no other option. I left Phil a message and he responded via text to set up a time to talk. Finally someone was willing to hear my story. I was expecting a girl from his office to call in the way that the previous firm had done. Phil called me directly and did not rush me at all. I was a little put off because his personality was different than the charismatic attorneys I had seen on tv, but no one else had given me more than 5 minutes and here he was asking questions and showing empathy and interest for an hour. He believed me. Also he was my only option. He took my case.
What I saw over the year that Phil represented me was a man who was not afraid of or intimidated by anyone. He believed me. He fought for me. It didn’t matter who opposing counsel was or how big the case was going to get. He fought for me and we won. I was awarded a large settlement after three other attorneys told me I had no case.
Phil isn’t going to win best personality or be on a commercial or the cover of those magazines that attorneys pay to be featured in…but I have never seen someone so passionate, determined and unafraid. I hope I have no need, but if I do need an attorney again, I wouldn’t consider anyone BUT Phil.

Philip Trenchak and his Office Staff have helped me immensely with my Separation Agreement from my previous employer. I was new to the area and had no one to speak to when middle management decided to make personnel changes while the CEO was on sabbatical. Basically, my workload was increased and the respect given to me and my support staff decreased.
