I was recently represented by Rothschild, I was facing 5 to 10 years in prison. I figured I was done for because I had felony after felony that and several arrests. I had no hope or determination but hiring Rothschild gave me a bit of hope. He did save me big time I received three years of probation and I didn't loss my license. Probation sucks but its better than facing prison time.

Sean and his associates take a scary, horrible experience and make you feel that you can get through it. From the first day I met his associate Chris I knew I was in an office of people that are really caring. There is a culture throughout the office that the client is important and concerns are met with responsiveness and compassion.
I know that Sean sets the tone for how his office operates and how approachable everyone is to their clients. This is a legal office that cares about the client, enough to return phone calls and emails. Sean and staff are helpful, concerned and extremely supportive.

Sean Tabibian is an INCREDIBLE CRIMINAL ATTORNEY! With my head down, I found myself in trouble again not long after getting out of prison and getting off probation. I had a great experience with Mr.Piibe from the first consultation in person to the end of the case.
My immigration case was very complicated to a point where not many attorneys were interested in taking it. Mr.Piibe was the 4th attorney for me and the last one. He was very attentive to all the issues in the case, took very personable approach, made me feel he cared for me and the case, and not just another "case in the box". He took a deeper dive into it and worked very hard. He made sure the case was well prepared. Every time I contacted him with questions about the case he would get back to me right away and always with a lot of attention to all the details in answering. Due to his knowledge and diligence it got approved at the end.
Highly recommend him, especially if your case is a complicated one.

Was driving home after a dinner party and had a few cocktails earlier in the night. Was pulled over by two motorcycle cops. I wasn't speeding, wasn't driving erratic, etc.... I asked what did I do wrong to the officers? Ma'am ur tail light is out, are you aware of this. They asked me to get out take the sobriety test which I wouldn't have passed sober or not and to blow. To make a long story short I should've gotten a DUI but after hiring MELISSA I got a dry for my first time offense. It's unheard of that she got me this, BUT OH BOY SHE DID!!!! For all you drivers out there she is the lawyer to hire when faced with criminal charges. She is the real deal.

With the increasing complexity of often contradictory laws, it takes brilliance and very significant ingenuity to keep our legal system both fair and sensible. Hooman Kazemi is both brilliant and extremely skilled. In my case, he was able to change the charge against me from one that was unfair, to one that was factually correct and fair. He also negotiated a very fair and considerate resolution with the Prosecutor. Without his skill and thorough knowledge, I am certain that I would have been illogically and unfairly punished for a very simple and unintentional oversight. His identification and re-classification of the charge, in my opinion, showed an uncommon degree of knowledge and expertise. At age 61 as a manufacturer and exporter, I have worked with governments around the world and have never seen better legal counsel. His skill is uncommon, and his enthusiasm is phenomenal.

Mr. Stephen Bernard is as good as they get! I have had the pleasure of having him represent me on multiple cases. Without getting to much into detail about my cases, he is the type of attorney that gets you off of major felony cases without you even doing any real time. I'm talking maybe probation and that's if he didn't already get your case dismissed! He is a real shark in the court room. Our son was in a car accident and after a week of trying to deal with the Insurance companies long hold times and total run around, He took it out of our hands and handled it all. He was great to our 16 year old son and was a pit bull. The insurance company try everything to bully us but Stephen wouldn't have any of it. My husband and I hired Robert Hoyt, "Bob" as our attorney on a friends recommendation to handle an accident case which involved my seventeen year old daughter being run into by another vehicle. My daughter lost her car as it was totaled when it was struck by a large SUV driven by someone completely at fault. Thankfully, my daughter came out of the wreck ok, but with
some back pain and personal trauma. Of course the other driver's insurance tried to claim that my daughter was equally to blame which was completely false. Mr. Hoyt carefully reviewed all the facts, visited the accident site, interviewed witnesses and started a tedious battle involving both of the parties insurance companies which ultimately resulted in a settlement large enough to replace my daughter's car and allowed monetary compensation for her pain and suffering. Mr. Hoyt also handled ALL the health insurance, hospital and medical fees called upon as my daughter required chiropractic therapy, X-rays and the like to make sure she was completely well. He even policed my daughter's insurance company as they wrongly tried to claim parts of her settlement.
We can't thank "Bob" enough for his expert professionalism, his hard work and diligence, but most of all for his caring and personal attention to my daughter's well being. We will always be grateful to "Bob" and now call him a great friend of the family.

From the get go, Mr. Bernard put my case, and my best interests first before all else. Shane from the very beginning was very upfront, and never blindsided me throughout my lengthy court case. I made a mistake when I was 18, and was charged with a felony. I've been in the US since I was about 2. My parents applied and became residents along with my brothers and sisters. I've had a green card ever since, never really thought about it or ever considered becoming a citizen. Sure enough, a couple years back I got into a fight, I pleaded to a charge which basically got me transfered to ICE when completing my sentence. My family went to David and hired him. I found that with the conviction I plead to, I would be a mandatory detainee without an option to stay in the country. End result was that they went to the criminal court fixed it so I could apply for an application called 42a which the judge granted. I was released from custody and no more courts. After I was releaser from immigration, we went back to the criminal court and have been doing some classes and caltrans which I believe will help me lower my criminal charge. This experience really sucked but it was a wake up call. I'm blessed to have had this second opportunity at life here in the US with my family, thanks to David. I'm hoping to become a citizen in a year and a half when I am eligible. I am very grateful to my attorney for being there for me and not taking advantage of my family.

I was fortunate to find Eric Webb after being referred by one of my clients. I had a very challenging, complicated case. For various reasons we ended up settling within a few months rather than going to trial, but there is no question that we got the settlement that we did because of Eric -- if you need a "pit bull" attorney to fight for you, then he is the one!!
IMPORTANT NOTE-- I have STILL never met Eric!!! I live in the SF Bay Area and he is in Los Angeles, and believe it or not we did the whole case through E-Mail and phone calls. Had the case gone on of course I would have met him eventually, but I think it is important to note that you do NOT need to be local in order to retain him as your attorney.

I was injured at the apartment I lived at. Although I have never sued anyone in my life I felt this was the right thing for me to do. So I went on and looked for a lawyer near me and that looked like someone I could trust. I was VERY lucky to find Brian Beecher and the law firm Webb & Beecher. From the first time I met with Brian he was kind and did not treat me like a $ sign. He treated me like a person and was honest about what he thought I would be able to receive. It took just under a year which was how long I thought it would take and I got a very fair settlement.
I would HIGHLY recommend both Mr. Beecher or Mr. Webb for any lawsuit. They are intelligent, kind and respectful of their clients. Again if you are unfortunate enough to be injured this is the law firm to go too. They helped me in a time when I truly needed it.

Ms. Qassim is a phenomenal attorney, I was facing 10+ years in federal prison, in the federal system cooperating with the government is a big thing and reduces sentences, which this is nothing that i would do. Ms. Qassim never once asked me to jeopardize my integrity to make her job easier ( Mad respect)!!! Once Ms Qassim knew that cooperating was not an option she prepared extremely creative motions and augured for for my freedom. I knew that it was going to be a very hard case and that jail time was emanate. Ms. Qassim spent hours with me going over discovery and showed passion and care! She was always available to speak with, returned calls immediately, very detailed, and made sure that i understood the whole process. During my sentencing she argued to get me the lowest of time on my plea agreement and she did it!!! I will say that she also never tried to just make me plea out, trial was always an option and she made sure that i knew the facts and she never comes sideways, always straight, nothing hidden. Ms Qassim is fierce, intelligent, creative, resourceful, and knows what she is doing. Thru Ms Qassim's hard work i ended up getting less than 4 years!!! I had a newborn that i would be able to actually be with him while he grows, thanks to Ms. Qassim. I know that there are fees for attorneys, I feel though deeply indebted to her because of how everything turned out. Also during my prison term Ms. Qassim checked in with me to make sure that i was being treated properly in the system and make sure i was staying in good spirits!! I got a DUI back in 2014. Without getting into the details, my DUI case is not the typical DUI case and the DA was playing "hardball." In 2008, my brother was placed in INS detention and removal proceedings at Eloy Arizona for a 1986 conviction. The INS claimed that his felony conviction was an aggravated felony and that he was no longer eligibile to maintain his lawful permanent residency status. I received a DUI. I was going home and the cop pulled me over for swerving into the other lane. Eran got the case dismissed before it went to trial on a motion to suppress the stop.
