I highly recommend Greg as a lawyer. From the beginning to the end of my DUI case he was available and explained step by step the process. He would answer my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the procedure. Being a nervous wreck and a first time offender he provided support and guidance. Mr Simms has been helpful, up front and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. I am currently struggling to clear my record and mr Simms has not only responded promptly but helped me understand the process in a way that I did not and would not have without his assistance. If you are thinking about trying to work through a process without an attorney I highly recommend you do not make that mistake and hire Mr Simms. Anyone navigating the family court system can understand how difficult the process can be on families and children. Without hesitation I highly recommend Erwin Roberts as an attorney who knows his law and will go the extra mile for you. The basic outline of my story is this: I live in Cincinnati, was cited in Kentucky for a traffic violation, decided to seek counsel, found Joe Suhre in Cincinnati but was referred to Mr. Roberts in Louisville. With Mr. Roberts representing me, I pled guilty to the charges in Kentucky, paid a fine, attended a DIP and assumed all was well. But the Ohio BMV then threatened to take action on my KY violation, up to possibly suspending my right to drive. As a novice in these types of things, it struck me as odd and perhaps naively assumed that, of course, this was double jeopardy and that they could not do this. But the warning from the OH BMV meant, at a minimum, that I was going to be spending more of my personal time in court and, at worse, a suspended license. I informed Mr. Roberts of this and he immediately referred me back to Mr. Suhre. Joe wrote a letter to the Ohio BMV and the matter was cleared up, literally, within a few days. Not only did Joe Suhre handle this promptly but, as I had already compensated his colleague Mr. Roberts in Louisville, there was no additional fee! Throughout my dealings with both Mr. Roberts and Mr. Suhre, I was treated with great respect and genuine consideration for my well being. For the peace of mind that came with working with both of these gentlemen, the fee was modest indeed.

Attorney Butler saved my daughter's life! We live in Detroit, which is a 6/7hr drive. Sometimes we had to drive to the court, see the judge & Atty Butler-then leave! Drive 6/7hrs back home. We weren't there 15min! By the way, we're Butlers too! But my baby was going to see family, and got pulled over. She had drugs, pills, weed, checks, check printer & State Licenses with her picture but in other names! She had Sooo many charges, that would mk ur head spin! She also had speeding & wreckless driving! She got Atty Butler's name from a friend, who highly recommended him. And by him being a Butler, I knew he was the one! Mr. Harrell took on my case after I was initially denied for disability. He was very thorough in explaining the whole process to us. First we tried an appeal which was denied and then we requested a hearing. Mr. Harrell kept us informed of anything we needed to do while we waited. We provided him with doctors and their contact information and his office gathered all the medical information needed. After getting a court date, we had a meeting with him. He explained how the hearing would go and what to expect.He answered all our questions. Before the hearing he wrote a letter to the Judge explaining everything going on with me and why I do qualify for disability. I was approved for disability after the hearing. I recently worked with this for my legal case, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and communication was often lacking. My attorney seemed unprepared and did not provide the attention my case required.
I had high expectations based on their reputation, but I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I believe my case deserved more diligence and commitment. I hope others have a better experience, but I would not recommend this firm based on my own.
