I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

My family has been working with Phil Menke for nearly 3 years to resolve the probate of the estate of a cousin. Mr. Menke is so far behind in processing the estate that he has been censured by the probate court and had to pay numerous fines. He no longer responds to our emails in a timely fashion. I recently retained Mr. Lindsey's service for a rather complicated traffic violation. Throughout the process, he was very attentive as well as empathetic to my situation. An amicable resolution could not be reached verbally, and we were forced to have a trial. Mr. Lindsey was professional and argued my case flawlessly. His ability to make an argument in the courtroom was very impressive. I must also add, since I am from Maryland and the citation was issued in Virginia, that Mr. Lindsey is very well versed in legal codes for both states, and with that knowledge, was able to negotiate an outcome that was beneficial to me. I am pleased that I selected him to assist me, and, though I hope I don't have a need for him again, I would not hesitate to retain his services again.

Mr. Daugherty handled multiple cases for me. I was involved in a very controversial separation to divorce. Although I tried to work with my ex toward an amenable resolution and get treatment for his addiction issues, my ex's family and the opposing lawyer made that difficult when they proceeded to file multiple fraudulent claims against me. Mr. Daugherty stepped in several times to assist - he even went out of his way to make sure I was aware of legal proceedings he found out about that were purposely filed by the opposing parties behind my back. Although the opposing party was highly unethical and attempted to circumvent or delay any proceedings they knew they would be unsuccessful in, Mr. Daugherty was straightforward and honest with me in options to deal with such. Unfortunately, my ex lost his addiction battle and passed away and I continue to fight his family to get the compensation that is owed me and my children; however, Mr. Daugherty's assistance in making sure I safely got out of an abusive situation was worth the cost. Mr. Daugherty is not only patient and understanding but is also ethical, straightforward, honest, and reliable.

I often encounter Shawn in court and he always conducts himself professionally and ethically. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I feel that Shawn really does have the best interest of his clients in mind. He is not an attorney that just wants to settle cases and move on. I often consult with him about legal issues, and he is always able to produce proper legal advice.
Additionally, he has a wonderful relationship with the Judges and that goes a long way in criminal defense.

David and Nicole were great and helped ensure that a Virginia reckless driving charge left no trace on my record, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Well worth the time and money
Long story short I've never been in that kind of trouble before. At first I tried hiring a lawyer that didn't show up and then I seen Casey in court. That same day, I got a letter in the mail with his picture in it and I knew I had to hire him. His team answered my call, listened to me and handled my case with Professionalism. They were very open and kept me informed of everything. Casey made a gameplan and we folloewed it. Turns out he actually knew what he was talking about about! I would recommend him and his team to a friend and I hope I never have to speak to him again but if i do I will call him before I call my mom! Thanks Casey!

She shared information with my spouses attorney that obviously was shared with him. No client attorney privilege here. Kate is not trustworthy and if she doesn’t like other attractive females should probably avoid taking their cases. As u can see, I’m not the only women who left this sort of review. Stay away from this firm. I think she’s the reason why so many bad reviews now.

I was charged with a class 6 felony and a misdemeanor charge back in October 2018. The same day I was arrested 2 of my family members were arrested and received the same charges as me but we hired different lawyers. The lawyer they hired was only able to get one of the charges dropped while I got both dismissed thanks to David.

If you find yourself in a bad situation and need help getting out of trouble call David. I was charged with a class 2 felony (malicious wounding) facing 10 years in jail if convicted. He was able to work a deal and get me off with two misdemeanor charges. Which was the best outcome possible for my case. Don’t get offended if scolds you if you do something wrong because I did something stupid when I was on pre trial release. He just looking out for you he always responds and is helping me out again. Ms. Yi follows up on a case that we believed the courts had closed. Come to find out, the case was still open.
She took time out her day to go to the clerk’s office and confirm the case should have been closed. Without her following up on this, there could have been a warrant issued.

Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened.
