I consulted with Attorney Horan after a Judgment. He was very helpful in deciphering and explaining the 'process' to me and my family. I contacted Mr. Koban about a Ch 7 BK filing and knew right away I made the correct choice. Mr. Koban offered excellent council throughout my entire case, answering every large and minor question immediately, so I was never left worrying about an issue. Everything during the filing went smoothly and Mr. Koban helped me cover every single base so the filing and 341 meeting went smoothly. When it came to the 341 meeting, which I hear is what most people fear the most, Mr Koban and I had communicated so thoroughly beforehand that the meeting was a breeze. A BK case can be scary and daunting, I highly recommend having Mr. Koban in your corner.

I had consulted a lawyer even before calling Atty. Koban. My initial meeting with the first lawyer didn't go quite as I'd hope, so, I decided to search for another counsel to help me file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case. That's when I saw Attorney Koban's name and the rave reviews from his past clients. Then, I called him to set up our first meeting and was advised through email of all the papers that I needed to bring. Our first meeting turned out great. He's emphatic of my situation and encouraged me to ask questions no matter how I think they are unimportant or stupid. He's quick to answer my emails and calls and I believe that my papers were filed in a timely manner, until, COVID-19 happened! My 341 meeting got delayed for 2 months! I was bummed, but it's not the Attorney's fault, of course! And it's all good now. I had my Creditors' Meeting more than a week ago. I was very nervous even if it was just a telephone meeting and had a bit of mishaps in my answers. ( Normally the meeting is held in person in court but this happened because of the Covid-19). But Mr. Koban was quick to interject when I forgot to mention one detail needed mentioning during the meeting, and was intuitive enough to elaborate on one of my answers to the trustee's question. He did everything a very good lawyer should do. He didn't disappoint and all the great reviews about him here are really true! I'm very glad I chose Atty. Koban as my counsel and so very thankful for his help on me getting a new financial fresh start.

I would highly recommend Christine as an attorney. She handled an extremely challenging situation for me with my ex revolving our custody agreement. She took her time to fully understand our history and current situation and then worked towards a resolution that was in the best interest of myself and my children. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the legal process and next steps. I would not hesitate to use her again (although hope not to have to).

I hired an attorney who gave me very bad advice and changed the direction of my case. I fired him and hired Grace after reading her reviews and talking to the people in the Court. She was the right attorney for me to go through this horrible experience with. My case took 3 years to settle and during that time Grace was always available to me especially when I was in a crisis. She would always listen and would give me thoughtful advice. She doesn't sugar coat anything, and some of what she said was hard to hear, but it was good advice and the right advice at the time. Grace is so personable and sweet that you might think she isn't effective but she stands firm and knows her stuff in the courtroom. Anyone going through a high conflict divorce should talk to Grace before hiring an attorney.

He's a good looking black man, who dresses nice and can hold a conversation well. He was 30 minutes late to our call. Secretary told me that I would be meeting him in his office in Springfield, but found out that was a phone call later on. How does he have offices in ATL and Springfield. Don't every state have different set of laws and qualifications or something. Should have sensed something fishy, but was so out of it because of my recent employment situation that I was ready to give money to the first person that could help. The $195 is nonrefundable, and his suggestion was that I made good money and to basically move on. Spent the whole 30 minutes reciting the documents and powerpoint that I spent days on putting together. Get a free evaluation and google eeoc.

Attorney Robert Moriarty is a man of integrity, commitment and decisive action. Two years ago when I was arrested for a third OUI I hired him because he was a highly recommended by a Vineyard resident who knew of his admiral reputation as an OUI attorney.. We met and I immediately felt a sense of mutual respect. He listened attentively to my description of the incident where my license was suspended because of an alleged refusal of the chemical breath test. Using his knowledge of the OUI laws and RMV policies he scheduled an appeal at the RMV. When that appeal was denied, he did extensive research to collect the necessary data to write a detailed brief to contest the chemical test refusal in an appeal before the judge in the Edgartown District Court. My license was reinstated by the RMV as a result of that judge's ruling based on Attorney Moriarty's brief and my case was dismissed soon after that. Throughout the whole process I trusted Attorney Moriarty to be vigilant about developments in my case and to advocate on my behalf. I highly recommend him as an experienced attorney who goes the extra mile.

If I could leave 6 stars in this review, I would. Susan has represented me in a high conflict custody battle for several years. Susan was the second attorney I hired for my case; she was able to fix the mess made by my first attorney. Susan has responded to repeated motions from my ex with efficiency and expertise. Susan met me on the weekends and after hours to prep for the two trials brought forth by my ex and I came out of the trials with solid orders that have brought more stability to my situation to which I attribute to Susan's knowledge and experience. We essentially "won" both trials. Susan is highly knowledgeable of the law and the judges which is an invaluable asset when going through the court system. Susan has also been available to touch base on issues as they arise after my last trial, responding quickly and always advising me honestly, telling me risks and benefits to pursuing motions, contempts, etc. Susan truly cares about her clients and their children. Susan's paralegal Ela is extremely efficient and is invaluable to Susan's team as well. Susan has guided me through this very difficult process and am very thankful to work with her. I called his office and they told me he was out but not on vacation. He calls me back very upset and so rude because I called his office twice and bothering him while on vacation which I did not know. I have recomend several people to him but not anymore. Was given an appointment was told 8 to 8000 to 10,000 to retain this lawyer when I hadn’t even had a consult first I wanted to know if I should be retaining a lawyer I wanted to ask the question and they want eight to $10,000 to retain this lawyer it’s bogus they said they would call they never called the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude Very rude. I can’t even believe she does customer service that’s OK that’s not the problem. The problem is I don’t think Lawyer even knows what’s happening on the phone when his secretary speaks where they’re coming from but I don’t get how they handled that I waited two days to hear from this lawyer and then that’s what I got , I’ll give you two stars that

Representing myself against Jason, I’m appalled and shocked how simple procedural tasks (like ensuring opposing counsel has memorandum 3 days before trial) are not completed on time. He took over for another attorney… but they missed a perjury hearing with the magistrate And then he said, paraphrasing of course “Lawyers aren’t under oath so we can’t be committed of perjury” Your client wasn’t given the statement so nobody can be charged here… So you’re saying it’s ok to lie in court? As there are no ramifications- what about the board of ethics? No attempt to settle - he’s like most attorneys -> a GLORIFIED SALESMAN that needs to know the law but only job is to take as much money from his clients rather than advise them to settle

We found ourselves in the middle of a legal process that we knew very little about. We had worked with another attorney for earlier stages of the process and we were not confident about how to approach the path forward… and then we hired Nicole Levy. Nicole immediately put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the entire legal process and guided us forward all while taking our ideas into account, moving us in a direction that we were all comfortable and confident with. Nicole communicated with us frequently and clearly throughout all of the stages and made sure that we were adequately prepared. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Nicole earlier in the process.
