Suesan and her team have come through for me several times when I needed it the most . Don’t waste your time and money going anywhere else. If she can’t do it, it can’t be done . As far as I’m concerned she the only lawyer I’ll ever use . Long ago I was looking at serious time and she got me in a program that helped change my life . I slipped up and she came through again . I mistakenly hired a different lawyer who said I had to do 6 months that’s the best that can be done . I fired him went to Suesan and got a few weekends. Love you Suesan !! In a way I owe you my life you saved me from my mistakes helped me become better person . Now a father and productive member of society!

I was in the middle of a terrible litigation storm with my sons father and it seemed like it would never end. We had been going back and forth to court for well over a year and I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had been through over 4 attorneys...yes, I said 4!!! In February of 2018 a family friend suggested I meet with Mr.Schrade to see what options there were for me to move forward and possibly even wrap up the litigation altogether. I was nervous and I assumed Mr. Schrade would be like all the others but boy was I wrong. For started Mr. Schrade is an extremely kind and respectful person. Every attorney I had prior was somewhat rude or too aggressive towards me when I asked questions or for undertaking. Mr.Schrade was the total opposite... it makes a huge difference when someone treats you like a person instead of job or simply another case number. Mr. Schrade was able to close a case that had been lingering for over two years in just 2 short months! I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Pandora Palmer and her amazing team of professionals! My divorce was a long, drawn out, grueling two year process. Ms. Moon is currently handling a case for me. I was served with court papers, at my office, completely out of the blue for contempt. Ms. Moon immediately put me at ease on my first office visit. She wanted every last detail I could give her about the incident. During the time that we were waiting to go to court, she has kept me informed of every movement she has made on the case. Ms. Moon, as well as her assistant Ronni, were always accessible to me anytime I needed them. All phone calls and emails were always answered.
Ms. Moon represented me in court last week and did an excellent job. Because of the complexity of the case, we are still waiting for a ruling from the Judge. I could write a novel of a review but I will stick to the important things.
Hiring Scott Key and his associate attorney Kaci Timmons was the best choice I could have made when I found myself in the position of being the victim of a bad court decision.
These two are phenomenal at their practice. I cannot emphasize enough their expert experience, professionalism, and knowledge of the law.
My calls and emails were returned promptly. Always. Everything about this complex process and the laws that govern it was always explained to me in terms that I could understand.
Nobody wants to be in the position of having to defend them selfs or fight in court. It’s not fun, cheap, or easy. But if you find yourself in a position where you need an attorney to right a wrong, these two are your best defense. 100%.
Picking the right or wrong attorney can change a persons life trajectory entirely for better or worse.

My initial communication with Mr. Boles was great. I remember the first phone call when he stepped away from dinner with his family to hear about my sons case. He seemed to be available via phone or text whenever we had questions and if he wasn't he made sure to get back with us in a timely manner. Over time his communication became extremely poor and he started referring all of our question through the main office. We found ourselves getting little to no answers from the front desk clerk or the recommended app and was told send emails to Shannon who can be very detached and insensitive for someone working in this field.
Mr. Boles took my sons case last year 2023, and we are STILL in court with no trial date. We show up to court month after month just for them to ask for a continuance. The state advised us that they sent over the discovery file LAST October and Mr. Boles and his office has not made any effort to move this trial forward. Their response to me was, "my frustrations are misplaced, as they cannot force the courts to be ready." However, the state has already sent over what's needed.
At one point I stopped making payments due to lack of communication on the attorney's office behalf. I have since then continued with my payments (almost paid in full) only to show up to court today to have the Judge tell me this case was continued AGAIN with no notice from the office.
If you want to be treated like you have a public defender and a person who's on trial for a terrible crime with all evidence against you, then yes by all means hire someone from this office. They will not communicate with you effectively and drag your case out for as long as possible. This is ridiculous and if I hadn't already given them such a large amount of money in an already tough economy I would not allow them to represent my 16 year old son anymore.

This lawyer gave me advice he knew to be erroneous. I do not, nor did I, believe in my guilt and Mr. Roberts seemed to share my sentiment. After putting in a not guilty plea in, I had a phone conversation in preparation for our first day in court. After telling me how we were going to beat this case we said goodbye. I had the phone on speaker as my parents were also giving me guidance. He did not hang up and proceeded to go over why it was a stupid plea and going over damning details in my case with whom I can only assume was a friend, since it was after hours. He did not know we were still there. I called him back and told him to change the plea and was forcefed a conviction. Do not hire Mr. Roberts if you value your freedom, employability, and reputation.

I was totally impressed with Matt. He was truly concerned with my case. He contacted me often. He gave me all my options and went above and beyond for the money. I mean an attorney can only do so much with what they are given. They make the best out of a typically bad situation. I feel like I got the best representation.
