I was in the middle of a terrible litigation storm with my sons father and it seemed like it would never end. We had been going back and forth to court for well over a year and I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had been through over 4 attorneys...yes, I said 4!!! In February of 2018 a family friend suggested I meet with Mr.Schrade to see what options there were for me to move forward and possibly even wrap up the litigation altogether. I was nervous and I assumed Mr. Schrade would be like all the others but boy was I wrong. For started Mr. Schrade is an extremely kind and respectful person. Every attorney I had prior was somewhat rude or too aggressive towards me when I asked questions or for undertaking. Mr.Schrade was the total opposite... it makes a huge difference when someone treats you like a person instead of job or simply another case number. Mr. Schrade was able to close a case that had been lingering for over two years in just 2 short months! It is the best feeling in the world knowing that someone can no longer hold the threat of taking custody over your head. Mr. Schrade was an angel towards me but a fighter in the courtroom.

This is the second time I’ve used Mr. Schrade’s services. The first was for a civil matter, which he negotiated expertly to my benefit, and more recently for a minor criminal matter.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Pandora Palmer and her amazing team of professionals! My divorce was a long, drawn out, grueling two year process. When I first met with Pandora, she immediately showed compassion for me and my situation. She and her paralegal, Tiffany, got right on my case, being thorough in researching all aspects of it. Pandora presented me with the facts of what I was facing and gave it to me straight--no sugar coating. She was honest...but with compassion. Ms. Moon is currently handling a case for me. I was served with court papers, at my office, completely out of the blue for contempt. Ms. Moon immediately put me at ease on my first office visit. She wanted every last detail I could give her about the incident. During the time that we were waiting to go to court, she has kept me informed of every movement she has made on the case. Ms. Moon, as well as her assistant Ronni, were always accessible to me anytime I needed them. All phone calls and emails were always answered.
Ms. Moon represented me in court last week and did an excellent job. Because of the complexity of the case, we are still waiting for a ruling from the Judge. Ms. Moon has continued to study all cases that are pertinent to my case and has forwarded them to the Judge. She spent a whole day with me preparing for my case and stayed after hours at her office to make sure I was comfortable and informed of the court proceedings.

I could write a novel of a review but I will stick to the important things.
Hiring Scott Key and his associate attorney Kaci Timmons was the best choice I could have made when I found myself in the position of being the victim of a bad court decision.
These two are phenomenal at their practice. I cannot emphasize enough their expert experience, professionalism, and knowledge of the law.
My calls and emails were returned promptly. Always. Everything about this complex process and the laws that govern it was always explained to me in terms that I could understand.
Nobody wants to be in the position of having to defend them selfs or fight in court. It’s not fun, cheap, or easy. But if you find yourself in a position where you need an attorney to right a wrong, these two are your best defense. 100%.

Not sure where to begin, Take the profession out of it for a moment and what I found about "The Guy " Jordan Van Matre is simply defined but almost non existent and rarely found, He's simply a man of integrity, someone you can trust and believe in, To me he became a friend and not just my attorney. After telling him about the initial reason I came in, a car accident I explained a situation about my dad passing and my half brother the executor pretty much ignoring me in what should of been done, I was homeless at the time and down for a while, Jordan later got the 35,000 and the car my Dad left for me, looked at me and said I'm not taking anything from that you need it way more than me. I gave my 5 kids $5000 apiece it's not much but at 18 they will receive it and it will be available to get there life started as adults with a car or whatever is needed. I think that everyone should have Uninsured, underinsured (UM). There are a lot of uninsured drivers and a lot of hit and runs.
25k is the personal liability minimum. The cost of medical providers depending on your injuries can surpass that. Without UM, you would be lucky to get any money.
When that happens everyone has to take less to close the deal.
I have had two automobile wreck cases with Nicola Cummings LawFirm. I received great recoveries on both. I have another one period, the other two were hit and runs.
They are local in Mcdonough.

This matter involves a case with my daughter who was involved in an accident. We selected the law firm through the legal plan from my husband’s employer and the reviews from google. The lawyer who handled her case was not Ms Cummings but an associate attorney Mike. My experience with him was unfortunately not pleasant. Having conversations with him was very frustrating at times because he was not very organized. He reported medical bills that were not associated with her injuries to myself and in the subsequent lawsuit paperwork that was filed, which to me is dishonest. When meeting with him at the end of case we were informed that the previously discussed 25% fee discounted from 33% because of the legal plan, was no longer valid because he had to file papers for a lawsuit. The case never went to trial no depositions or subpoenas were made but the office filing the paperwork somehow constituted a lawsuit. Be careful when retaining this office for your legal counsel. It’s a very expensive lesson learned where the injured party receives 20% of the settlement funds and still has to pay for the repairs to their vehicle from the 20%. When this was pointed out attorney Mike made repeated “suggestions “ for me to file a claim against my personal insurance company under my UM coverage. I gave the review 2 stars because the paralegal that communicated with my daughter was very professional. Again, my experience was not with Ms Cummings so I don’t know if that would have made a difference.

She not only knows the law, she knows Henry County because she is in court all the time. I expect she has similar familiarity with the surrounding counties and if she doesn't I'd expect her to be honest and upfront about it. That is just the sort of professional she is. Her level of experience means she knows the best way to resolve your case and can give you a realistic expectation of how you will fair at trial or plea negotiations.
Suesan Miller was also on my side from the start. She was clear and communicative and easy to get in touch with. Her office responded quickly to any message I left and kept me fully updated on the status of my case. They called and texted and emailed to ensure I was where I needed to be when I needed to be there. I know a lot of attorneys and Miller, North & Brill are some of the most professional I have ever encountered.
Hopefully I won't be back, but if I ever need another defense attorney they will be my first call.

A friend of mine went through trial with Brad moody a few years back and he was an absolute joke. He refused to hire experts. He refused to listen. Did not do any pretrial investigation. After all these years my friend is now suing the DA in his case and it turns out the DA lied about evidence claiming they had evidence they didn't even have. Turns out witnesses were lying and the state is doing their level best to conceal facts now in post conviction appeals. This guy Brad moody is horrible. If you are facing serious charges you best look else where. Or go ahead and call prison and make reservations. In other words my friend was setup by people who wanted him gone and the state likely knew it all along.

This lawyer gave me advice he knew to be erroneous. I do not, nor did I, believe in my guilt and Mr. Roberts seemed to share my sentiment. After putting in a not guilty plea in, I had a phone conversation in preparation for our first day in court. After telling me how we were going to beat this case we said goodbye. I had the phone on speaker as my parents were also giving me guidance. He did not hang up and proceeded to go over why it was a stupid plea and going over damning details in my case with whom I can only assume was a friend, since it was after hours.
