I hired him to assist me in a law suit over a year ago. I would call the office weekly asking for updates. I would be given the run around every single time. He was in court, or they were moving offices. When I finally got to speak to him he was annoyed and even used profanity when speaking to me. I have never met an attorney as disrespectful and unprofessional as him. I wrote him and email expressing my concerns and then he said I was impossible to work with instead of admitting his lack of communication. I would never recommend him and I hope No one ever goes through the waste of time and money I have gone through by hiring him.

I hired Mr Rogers because his sister was recommended to me. She referred me to her brother and I hired him for a family case.
First, I only talked to Edward Rogers the first day when I paid him the retainer and the day at court. Every other phone call or text message was from his “paralegal” Ricky.
Richard “Ricky” calles or text me with very unrelated stuff. The times he called me about something close to relevant I felt he dragged on the conversation. Later when I asked for time sheet, it was apparent that I was billed for what I felt was very excessive times.
Moving forward to the court date. When sitting with the court representatives I was forced to defend my self. Both Edward and Richard were with me but neither had anything to say. In fact if I were to stay quiet and not defend my self I would be paying a lot more money on child support than I do now.
Finally, I feel that Edward is not equipped with the knowledge to handle such cases. Maybe he should just stay doing ticket cases and such. Beware with his colleague Ricky. He talks to you like a car salesman. An 80s car sales man. Almost even comical.
Save your money, you’ll be better off asking friends or even strangers for advice that have been in the same situation.

I hired Mark for a case I have in Florida currently. However he withdrew in the middle of the case because I would not agree to what HE said I should take. I am the one who hired him meaning if I don't agree with what he wants then he should try to fight a little more. He didn't try for anything I asked for and I was forced to represent myself in court. He is a shady lawyer so beware of him.

I was referred to Menachem Mayberg by some I trust completely and know that they would only put me in the best hands possible me.
I called Menachem and we had a good conversation where he explained me the process and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He is a lawyer however he conversates in a very down to earth matter that you are for certain to comprehend your case fully and feel very confident in knowing this is that Menachem is a man of great integrity and always and only has his clients best interest in mine.
If you are reading this then you know as well as I do that average or below average lawyers are a dime a dozen and that they make their living by talking and unfortunately most speak words that would benefit their firm and really have their own best interests in mind. In many instances you as a client is secondary at best.
All I can do is leave a very direct and honest review and then it’s your choice to decide how you would like to go about with your case.
I was very lucky to have someone I completely trusted referee myself to Menachem. After hiring this attorney, I quickly found out I had made the wrong selection of counsel. The case was a simple motion to set at side a conviction and the initial motion sent to the court was full of errors including grammatical and the case number which was not discovered until a year later.
As a result of the lack of detail the case dragged in the wrong jurisdiction for over a year until he was instructed to refile the case with the correct case number. Two years we wasted on this lack of over sight.
Thereafter, a hearing was set to present the motion to a judge and attorney Mayberg was late by over 30 minutes. The Judge was so furious that ended up denying the motion all together.
I would certainly not recommend this attorney to any one.

Within ten minutes of speaking to David, he was on the case. Though it was undoubtedly a very small case relative to his other cases, he realized that it could have long-lasting impact on a young man about to go to college. Through nine months of continuances and prosecutor changes, David never stopped pushing for what was right rather than simply allowing the system to push for a “simple” but “unjust” diversion program. In the end, the charges against my son were dismissed fully. David was: on point, concerned both as an attorney and a parent, willing to talked to us at all hours via cell phone, and fully commited to doing whatever was necessary to seeing that justice was done. He called himself, the day before to confirm appointment; that was good. I waited in the office for a half an hour after completing my intake paperwork. Empty waiting room, no one checked in with me. No, "sorry we're running late", or the Lawyer will be with you shortly", nothing. So, I walked.He or his office hasn't followed up as of yet. Who knows, he could be a fine lawyer.

Alan Soven receives a zero-star rating from me. He represented me in a false domestic violence accusation by my ex-wife. Despite having a strong case with witnesses and 911 tapes in my favor, Soven persuaded me to accept a plea deal for 1 year of probation with adjudication withheld, claiming it was the best option to avoid a potential 5-year sentence if found guilty at trial. However, Soven failed to inform me that my record couldn’t be expunged or sealed due to the nature of the charges in Florida. Had I received proper legal advice, I would have opted for a trial instead of accepting the plea deal. Soven’s incompetence has led me to caution against engaging him for any legal matters. He should stick to ambulance chasing cases.

Bad legal advise and Alan Soven does not have a grip on the law. Let me explain, he advised me to accept a plea bargain from the State prosecutor and advised me not to go to trial with a good defense with evidence that I was inocente. He wanted me to accept the plea bargain since it’s less work for him. He did this by instilling fear into me that I would loose the case and go to prison. He assured me that he would simply expunge my record afterward I complied with the conditions of the bargain. He was UNAWARE and uneducated of the the age old law in place, which I later found out, did not allow for me to be able to seal or expunge my record as I had erroneously been lead to believe by the so called attorney, Alan Soven. When I asked him what he was going to do for me, he told me that there was nothing for him to do. Of coarse there isn’t anything to do because he misrepresented to me the law. I would have NEVER accepted the plea bargain if I knew what Alan Soven led me to believe was true... but was not. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Issues sometimes come up in life that are some times over overwhelming , this happen to me , My young son and i needed legal help and i needed a professional who actually cares and knows the law , the first lawyer took our money , made excusses after excuse and ran leaving us is a worse than i was in previous, then even asked for more money to fix his mess ups ??
Funny thing i found a cite that recommends lawyers and I found Adela Estopinan , I went into see her to explain my case and she was a GOD send . Mrs. Estopinan is an attorney that knows the law and cares about you , i didn't feel like a customer i felt like a family member . In the end everything i was advised of happened as i was told in the beginning , and all our worries and sleepiness night disappeared.
Choosing a attorney is scary but we were lucky finding and attorney that cares about the client and knows the law.

He takes his time and works at his own speed. He tells you what you want to hear. He is a very smooth talker. Do not trust him with any other type of case other than a speeding ticket, IF THAT! I will never recommend this lawyer, nor will I ever use him again, not even for a speeding ticket. He will mess everything up. He did absolutely nothing for my case. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! My case was simple. 3rd degree felony telling a bad cop (Miami PD Union President) he is going to lose for a non justified arrest on a misdemeanor for public disturbing the peace after I and my daughter got beat by no less than 6 men. I went to the Attorney as she read good on police abuse cases (I should have read all her reviews first) She came across as sincere and very religious. She led me to believe this will be tough, even though I thought otherwise and wanted $9500 for all the work through any trial. I trusted her and paid. In the mean time it was one way communication between myself to her. I investigated the Officer and sent documentation of his years of disservice as well as making up charges. His numerous civil complaints and even the MPD Standard Operating Procedure versus where in my case he never followed this violating my rights. No response. On a Zoom or in person meeting, it was not made clear to me, the DA decided not to pursue so it was dismissed. At best her office did $500 worth of work filing the original documents.
Now having paid $9500 for at best $500 worth of work you would think she would do another $500 of work at best to get it expunged??? NO!! Her workload was too large and recommended her friend at another $700 to do it???
One would think she has some morals or ethics and would refund some of the $9500 for doing $500 of work??? No!!! I requested both through her email portal and no response.
In addition before excepting the criminal case she was more curious on civil action where she could make bigger money. But when her other Attorney stated not a good case only then she did the criminal my guess knowing it was an easy case and easy money.
Moral of the story is do not use this Law Firm. Do not be fooled by the sincere, godly attitude. Do not pay an Attorney initially all in, pay in pieces. Most Attorneys work that way.
Why was I treated this way from this Firm? Probably greed, mixed with lack if morals, ethics??? Hard to tell because for $9500 I had little time to learn about this Attorney outside of a fraudulent tone and approach to how she works. STAY AWAY.

She said she would represent our family but then droped one of us because she said we didn't see eye to eye about how she handles things. She always said she will call right back but didnt and got mad and yelled when I kept calling her back. She didn't want to give her client who is an inmate her phone #, said she would visit him 3 times but never did and never let him tell her his side of the story. She showed up to court late every time. I did not feel like a priority and she has a lack of concern and compassion for my situation. She told us about her personal problems as an excuse but we shouldn't have to suffer because that. I would rather represent myself than to have her as my lawyer!

This attorney has no heart. Helpful as a flea. I have Guardian legal that I pay through my employer. My son needed help and I forgetting I previously consulted him and was very dissatisfied with how he treated me, sent my son. Only to receive a call from my son saying how he belittled him and was unjustly demeanored. Full of arrogance and heartless behavior. To treat someone like that who perhaps has very little income but that was backed up by me who does have a good one, is not only unfair but reflects his inhumanity towards people.

This is no lawyer he is a poser. Do not hire as he will steal your money. He did NOTHING for my case and failed to show up to court after being hired and saying he would. The second court date I had a feeling he would not show up so I went myself with my brother and guess what he didn't show up and then lied to my face about being there when confronted. He made my case even worse and now I distrust all florida bar lawyers. His lisence should be revoked.

Ana Morales attorney at Reyes Miller in Miami, took on a civil case of mine. When she first took on our case she seemed knowledgeable and sure she could win the case. After taking our retainer, we heard very little from her, had poor knowledge into the laws that pertained to my case, and would not respond back to my emails. Seems to have some sort of disconnect between her secretary. It was hard to get in contact with Mrs. Morales, however, the law firm was quick to get in contact with me when they felt they needed more money, even though ZERO motions had been filed in my case. Her lack of attention towards my case ended with her having to ask for a continue and then trying to charge me for it. Also, her lack of attention, promptness and knowledge in my case caused my case harm. We did not obtain information in a timely manner, if we were even able to obtain it. The responded got away with an arrest because Mrs. Morales took no action. Like that many other issues. I of course dropped her and obtained new counsel. Shortly after, I realized the Reyes Miller firm had been double charging me for the few things they did handle in my case. It has been 7 months since I reported to Ana Miller that there was a discrepancy in their billing me, and to this day they have not responded back to me. Does not surprise me since I am already used to being ignored by her. The only time she promoptly responds back is when you are filing a complaint against her.
