I dare to say that the majority of us are unaware of the legality and complexity of the divorce process in Florida, and also what the financial exposure may be. I'm a realtor with ONE Sotheby's. My client had selected Francisco León de la Barra to close our condo transaction. Francisco has very poor communication skills and was only interested in speaking when there was an opportunity for him to make more money. He did not take into account the fact that I provided him business and food on his table and he lacked the decency to respond to any of my emails or calls. It was only until I told him I would be posting a public negative review that he goes on and call me 5+ times. He is only interested in himself and I will not let him get away with being unprofessional, self serving, unappreciative and greedy. If this is the culture at EPGD I would avoid this firm at all costs.

Had a family situation where my son’s mom was basically keeping him away from and making false child accusations against me. I tried to do the ground work myself, going to the court house and filing paperwork but nothing ever worked. Until I was referred to Mr.Alcaro he’s a busy guy but he dedicated his time and resources to me he explained that my case is unfortunately pretty normal but not difficult. As I hired him he gave me updated information and was always a call away. The price was pretty high but he worked with me based off my financial situation. Definitely would recommend to any father going through a situation like mines.

Divorce is never easy, yet Gregg and Beatriz were extremely helpful during the initial consultation and for this, I chose to retain them.
Throughout the legal proceedings, both Gregg and Beatriz were always available, even while on vacation. This team is more workaholic than me.

I cannot rate them -0 because the rating starts in 1.
They took my case (tripped and fall while working) and the attorney assigned at first included my current employer on the claim. Obviously, he had to filled a Motion for Dismissal with prejudice. While asked if I need a copy of my subpoena, he said that I was not going to understand. That particular attorney got in contact just a couple of times; suddenly, I received a called for another attorney telling me that she was taking my case. During few months she seems to be working on it although she called soon after to notified me that she was going to withdrawn as my attorney. Concluding, I was in shock while reading my case dockets. The first attorney did not work at all. The second attorney assigned to my case "look into the places" she new was going to find nothing...I mean she took subpoena from people that were not really relevant omitting the most important two. Finally, a Judge granted her the motion and I found myself without an attorney and having only 30 days to find counsel or representing myself with trial scheduled for next month. Why they did not withdraw at first and wait until the last minute? The first assigned attorney quit for opening his own law firm in West Palm Beach.
I deeply regret going to Wolfson Law firm.
I'm not a competitor. I'm a former client who doesn't know yet the extension of the damages caused by the bad work done on my case.
