I came to meet Stu over a year ago after I was assigned over to him. Having met both paid and legal aid attorneys, Stu is by far, in a class of his own. From day 1 he was very attentive to me, and gave me so much time before we even stepped into court, to just talk about things. When in court, hispresence was known. he is very respected by his peers, and has a brilliant mind for the law. He always kept me in the loop, gave me his honest opinion, always picked up his phone, and best of all, kept in contact. In the beginning, he told me what his goal was for me, and he achieved EXACTLY that goal, a dismissal. Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. If i could give a negative star about this attorneys office I WOULD.
Please do not waste your time calling or consulting here. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, any type of notice. I offered to personally go out of my way to fax something, FAX SOMETHING, over to provide more documentation than needed for my situation. Meanwhile explaining that i am wrongfully added to this paperwork because i have legal documentation with this attorney specifically dated AFTER the fact.
The gentleman on the phone, younger gentleman, extremely rude, hung up on me and rushed me off the phone. I explained to him that i had left 2 messages prior to this conversation that i am currently having with him.
Gave me an attitude and proceeded to hang up the phone while i was still talking.
This attorney and staffing is very incompetent and the office does not even deserve a review, but i write reviews for good or for bad. not in between.
