Amazing result on a cell phone ticket. I was looking at 5 points and heard through a friend that NY Ticket Defenders is great at resolving any type of traffic ticket. I paid their fee and they said they would handle everything. A month later I received a call that the attorney filed a motion to dismiss and it was granted in its entirety. Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. After talking with Steven Raiser, and working with Harry Gill who was absolutely brilliant in working with me and preparing the case, they were able to recall the case to the SBA. After talking to many attorneys that were judgmental and left me anxious and worried. I finally spoke with Scott Limmer and he was so supportive, and did not judge the situation not one bit. He alleviated all my anxieties about it. He is reliable he answers back expeditiously and helps you get your case dealt with as soon as possible. In my case I went from calling lawyers to actually seeing court in a matter of 1 day. He cares about his clients and cares to alleviate their fears about the charge and process. He’s so honest he actually told me he wouldn’t want to take my case since a regular legal aid could take the case and there’s nothing to worry about and he wouldn’t want me to spend money getting something this simple resolved . He even explained what the legal aid would say and do along with the entire process. He advised me even though I was not his client and was giving me advice for another attorney. I immediately hired him ON THE SPOT and he gave me a discount since he felt it still unfair to take my money. I never spoke with a lawyer that actually looks out for your well being. I could’ve cried and I did. He understands that mistakes happen but also understands the unfairness of harsh punishments. The day of court I actually found out the case was already closed. And even though we spent 2 days prepping and talking over the phone the morning of he refunded me all of the money spent for his fee. He’s an angel and a godsent. He also understands the legal system extremely well and can explain it in layman terms which was a relief after talking to other lawyers that were rude, seemed almost annoyed to converse, were negative about the outcome, judgmental, and overpriced. Scott Limmer is the most amazing lawyer that actually cares about his clients and I would hire him again in a second if I ever got into any trouble. You should too!

I got hit with 6 tickets for suspended plates right before my birthday as I was heading out to NYC. In my mind, I thought "This has got to be more than $1500 in tickets!" Anyway, fast forward to my court date, Mr. Panetta went above and beyong and got not one, two or three but ALL of my charges dismissed!! Granted, he only charged me his minimum fee and here I thought I just wasted all my money, but that was not the case at all! I'd recommend Mr. Panetta and his firm any time, any day. If you are like me and find yourself facing an aggravated DWI charge in Nassau County Long Island, you are going to NEED to retain an experienced lawyer. Nassau County is extremely strict and they enforce some of the HARSHEST penalties. I had the pleasure of being represented by Mr. Fitzgerald through the firm Brunetti & Ascione.
About 9 months ago, I was charged with an aggravated DWI. It was the scariest and most stressful time in my life. I knew I was facing strict punishments: jail time, inpatient/outpatient treatment, 3 years probation, and even could be a possible felony charge. Mr. Fitzgerald started to handle my case and represent me at several of my court appearances. Mr. Fitzgerald will explain everything you need to know. He is very clear and concise- which is what you need during this difficult stressful time. Mr. Fitzgerald left no stone unturned! Meaning, I could see his best effort went into each of our dealings. Mr. Fitzgerald will walk you through the steps of what to expect. Trust me, you are going to need someone by your side through this diffiuclt time in your life. He will navigate you through this difficult road. Mr. Fitzgerald anticipated possible issues and was on top of everything. They are very experienced- and that is definitely what you need. I am writing this review a week after my sentencing. I could not be happier. I walked out of the courtroom and wanted to run and jump. Having put myself into such a nightmare situation, I was able to walk away from it very happy with the outcome. There is no doubt in my mind, that had I not been represented by Brunetti and Fitzgerald, I would have most likely spent 5-10 days in jail and doing 3 years’ probation, if not worse. Also, Fitzgerald was very good with answering questions, quick response time, puts you at ease, is honest with you- he’s not going to tell you unrealistic things. He is also well liked in the courts and experienced in the field.
