Judge for yourself, which reviews are true and which are people who have sour grapes, which may be of a personal nature and clearly malicious. They don’t talk about their case. They don’t talk about the results they just attack. And that’s unfortunate. I spent 30 years giving heart and soul blood sweat and tears to the profession I was grateful and privileged to serve. my record speaks for itself,
And, it is truly sad that two years after some health problems, caused me to slow down and not take new cases. That people felt the need to post, false, malicious, and hateful reviews on every format they could find these are people who never built anything or never create anything or never attain a professional degree and you never communicated any complaints if they ever clients. Judge for yourself. True reviews give details of the matter and relate the experience I had in factual terms, not conclusions. But it’s not my job to judge. Nor would I violate the sanctity of the confidential information related to representation. What I can tell you is after being harassed, threatened, and attacked by an imbalanced person that clearly needs help, I am not angry, but concerned and have compassion for those who seek to tear down because of their own issues.
Thankfully, my health has improved, but after 30 years of giving my best, working 20 hour days more often than one should, and caring about each and every client ….that the time for me to endure misplaced and malicious attacks…ended. While many of the families that I was privileged to assist still reach out to coax me to take up their cause, I will not. When those in need of mental health care attempt to cause harm to my family, they must expire in their own negative energy. And, be grateful that I chose not to wield the sword of justice and rebuke their attempts to harm. After all, what is the sound of one hand clapping.
Last, thank you to thousands of clients that I was so honored to assist. For 30 years, I lived the motto when you love your job you will never “work” a day in your life. So true, it was true gift to be able to say “I can help” and then exceed the expectations of decent folk. So, thank you! Life is an amazing journey and it’s magnificently imperfect.

Em would you mind contacting us. We have our own horrible experience with this Lawyer.
We are over $25,000 into it with Zero results!! He will not show where the money has gone. He won’t show up to court and acts as if he is overwhelming put out by be being asked ANYTHING about the case IF you can actually make contact with him. Maybe he was a good Lawyer at one time but experience is that he is a scam artist.

I am very dissatisfied with how my case was handled. After finally reaching an agreement with the opposing counsel, they refused to honor the agreement. Unfortunately, Mr O'Connor did nothing to see that the agreement was honored; he made absolutely no effort on my behalf. This could have been resolved in my favor during the final court hearing however, Mr. O'Connor did not bother to show up in court that day for the hearing.
In addition to mishandling my case, Mr. O'Connor's behavior toward me was utterly repugnant. While we were preparing for the hearing, Mr. O'Connor was extremely impatient and condescending. When I hired him I told him that I had never been in court before and had no idea what to expect. Rather than explain what the Judge's expectations would be, how best to answer questions, and walking me through the process, he belittled me and even yelled at me. Mr. O'Connor turned a situation that was stressful and upsetting to begin with into a complete nightmare.

Be prepared to be verbally abused by the receptionist, judged, and heckled, uts happened to ne too many tunes to xoubt, I was ready to attempt suicide again by the time u was done talking to her. I have had court dates changed and never notified, I became himeless, nophone, etc. But i knew at last courtdate next time was October. Mr. KINSKY told me this Oct. date, so I was prepared for that court. Stay in area hour + away, and have to get rides. Besides the trauma of losing my home, I have learned that my attorney has different court date I had no idea, bonded on this 4 times now! They have screws me out of money every time. I have call Mr. KINSKY 11 TIMES NOW. BUT HE IS NEVER AVAILABLE!! BUT YOUBKNOW WHO IS?? HIS RECEPTIONIST WHO WILL TELL YOU HOW SHE WOULD HANDLE MY NEWLY HOMELESS LIFE!!! AND TALKED TO ME LIKE A DOG! SERIOUSLY THOUGH I AM COMPLICATING SUICIDE OVER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LAWYER AND HIS SELF RIGHTEOUS RECEPTIONIST. WHO I WOULD NEVER WANT TO BE LIKE!! OR LISTEN TO HER VERBAL ABUSE EITHER!!!!!! Casey stepped in to represent me in my divorce after a total failure by my previous attorney. My divorce was an absolute mess. Ugly in every way; from child custody, assets, abuse allegations, orders of protection cases, unpaid child support. There were a lot of facets involved. Casey navigated them all, not only with knowledge and personal care for me but efficiency and quickness. My divorce was sitting in limbo for almost a year, and he jumped in and drafted motions right away. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a hard fighter and a very caring attorney. Attempted to contact several times by telephone and always had to leave voice mails which were never returned. Personally handed him documents that needed to be filed by a certain date.
Found out they were never completed and had to complete the documents myself, have them notarized and delivered to courthouse on last day they were due.
Never returns email messages. Due to inclement weather, got email message that office was closed for day. Ok, can understand that. Guess the weather obliterated the office because after a week realized never getting back to me.
Spent over $1500 that I wished I had back to spend a more more competent attorney.

Honestly I have a habit of freaking out a little bit when facing situations like I am currently facing. Rudy has made time to sit down with me explain the situation in terms anyone can understand avoiding the “freak out”. She next referenced the property portion of my divorce decree. Again, this was handled amicably 7 - 8 years ago. I then got legal advice. It seemed mostly legit. Too bad I'd never hire someone so unprofessional. She wasted her time and mine... imagine what happens after I pay the retainer...

Kelli's team represented me in my divorce.
During my initial consult, Kelli was very blunt about how cases like mine tend to play out and what to expect (we had property and multiple children that needed consideration). This REALLY clarified some details for me and I appreciated her experienced perspective right out of the starting gate.
That said, it was incredibly difficult to get answers or communications throughout the process.
I've come to realize, after sharing my experiences, this is pretty typical of a divorce lawyer though. Your lawyer isn't there to hold your hand and walk you through the process, and I absolutely DID have to advocate for myself more than I had initially anticipated.
I did find that when Kelli and the team communicated, they were professional and kind.
At the end of it, I had a friend who used to work in the industry point out a few details from my paperwork saying, "You had a GOOD lawyer if she included those stipulations... A lot of people don't get that."
Overall, Kelli's skills counted where they needed to.
I'm successfully divorced. I'm INCREDIBLY thankful that I had a lawyer to handle this process and that she did it well.

Communication was very lacking, this firm dropped the ball multiple times, my case was about to be dropped because they had not delivered the signed paperwork in time, that they had been sitting on for weeks. Sleeth did not have to mediate or negotiate anything on my behalf because it was uncontested, my greatest challenge was Sleeth himself because he decided to file my divorce on what he wanted, without consulting me on the changes, and I knew it was terms my ex husband wouldn’t agree to, I had to insist Sleeth to change it back to what I wanted. I felt like I had to shoulder my divorce by myself. Please, spend your money elsewhere.

Her $300 consult was a waste of time and money. It was clear during the meeting that she hadn't really read any of the advance material provided about the case. She was very defeatist and provided no strategy for getting any of the things I was proposing in the custody modification. There were no outputs from the consult meeting (eg.: summaries, proposals, assessments for path forward). When I called the office to follow-up I was told she wanted another $300 consult fee. No return phone calls. Very unprofessional to the point of ethically questionable.

Maybe a good candidate for a cupcake eating contest, but even the most casual observer can discern her inadequacies in a courtroom. The only argument she ever made was on behalf of herself trying to justify why she was so ineffective at very fundamental task.
