Use these guys! My daughter got stopped in S. Carolina for a speeding ticket, and I wanted to contest it, but being up in CT, had no idea how to do it. Either someone recommended the Drennan firm or I just found them on a Google search, but I'm glad I did. For a single up front fee, they picked up the case and stuck with it - for 2 years! And gave us a 100% successful disposition. Couldn't be happier with them. They are very professional, diligent, and clearly know their stuff.

Mike and Lauren are the absolute BEST! Do not do what I did and assume the military-appointed lawyers are going to take time to defend you. In my case, I had 2 military lawyers that completely botched my BOI...I was 1 month shy of 19 years in service at the time, had a flawless record (number 1 everywhere), I had a minor UCMJ violation, and the result of the board was 3-0 separate. WHAT?!? That's how bad they screwed it up. So I contacted Mike and Lauren and they jumped on my case. They were very thorough, responsive, and completely in control of my situation. Looking back, I should have not assumed my case was an easy, cut and dry case where the board would retain me...I should have called Mike and Lauren the second I knew I had an investigation on me. We somehow (thanks to Mike and Lauren) were able to salvage my retirement, but not my career. My advice, call or e-mail these guys the second you think you might be in trouble. They will guide you through the entire process and ensure you get the best possible outcome. Mr. Riesen came very highly recommended. After our first consultation he was able to get my fines, and charge completely dropped after his impressive communication skills with city solicitor. My mother was involved in an automobile accident and prior to Mr. Riesen's involvement, the insurance company was attempting to place the blame on her. She was hired to assist another lawyer in a civil case. Instead of taking the opportunity (for professional growth and a lot of money) and learning about the case, she chose to use her existing knowledge. She apparently knew nothing about this kind of case and chose to remain ignorant. She often gave the client incorrect information. Her laziness and arrogance were very obvious. She was only waiting for a check. She was incredibly rude - continually taking personal phone calls during meetings with client and other lawyers, screaming at the client, etc. She did as little as possible and even tried to get the client to do her work for her. She disgraced herself personally and professionally. Her commission was substantially reduced due to her actions or lack thereof.
