From her website alone, I quickly gathered her polished professionalism to separate her from most others. Kirsten's response to my time-sensitive inquiry was instant, and her gentle, unassuming guidance was rock-solid. I did not feel dismissed or invisible, rather I felt safe and cradled by her knowledge-of-law, peppered with a dash of humanity. I was arrested for DUI first offense with a refusal of the breath test. As a result, I was facing a six-month administrative license suspension with the possibility of an additional nine months if convicted of the charge. This lengthy suspension would have made it impossible for me to keep my job, as I have an hour-long commute to work. Attorney Newman handled the case expeditiously and achieved an outstanding result. Prior to the administrative license appeal hearing, Attorney Newman worked out a plea deal with the prosecutor to drop the DUI and replace it with a reckless driving charge. On top of this, the prosecutor also agreed to waive the administrative license suspension. While I was facing up to fifteen months without a license, I ended up with only a three-month suspension and no criminal conviction, as long as I agreed to receive a drug and alcohol evaluation. This highly satisfying outcome is a testament to Attorney Newman's first-rate legal skill and long experience. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Thanks to Mr. Sullivan, my marriage-based green card application was approved in less than 5 months. I understand immigrants very well. My case has not ended; the state of New Hampshire has not replied to a motion that I have filed with Rochester District Court to all ALL restrictions removed from me. I filed this motion on December 27, 2024. The civil restraining order placed against me has been automatically been rescinded, the plaintiff (Suzanne Carter) has not filed a continuation for the original restraining order against me. Civil restraining orders are automatically rescinded after 12 months. Stephen Brown my lawyer is not aware of civil restraining order processes? I never did receive a notice in the mail about my case ( all charges dropped, case dismissed). Stephan Brown informed me via telephone call December 17, 2024; I would receive a copy in the mail of the courts decision. I went to the courthouse and requested a copy of the decision/verdict myself. As far as the annulment process, I will file a motion on this matter myself. I can no longer wait for your Law Office to act in expedient manner. I neither can afford the costs involved with your Law Office; along with all the other fees required by the State of New Hampshire to have this record removed and be permanently annulled. I'm extremely frustrated/disgusted about how long this process takes. I was informed in October 2024, that my case was being dismissed, and here it is January 2025, still awaiting on the courts decision on motions to have my property (firearms) relinquished to me from the Farmington Police Department. It seems that I was not informed or information was being withheld from me about how long this process would take. From the first meeting with Stephen Brown in Spring of 2024.

Attorney Brown has helped me with 2 different cases now and I was very impressed by his work both times. The first case involved a driving infraction and the second case was in regards to a law suit from when I was bitten by a dog while at work. During my time working with Attorney Brown I felt he was very informative and on the ball. At no point was I ever left to wonder about what was happening in the legal realm or what was to come next. He did a great job of explaining what his target goals were regarding each case and the steps he would take to accomplish these goals. I never had a difficult time getting in contact with him. His legal team was also full of courteous and dedicated employees. Not only was he more than qualified to take care of my legal issues but he was down to earth and easy to talk with. My husband and I are so grateful for attorney Russell J. Goldsmith! After applying for Social Security Disability on our own (and being denied), we turned to the Internet for help finding an attorney to file an appeal. We were impressed with his website and the reviews from other individuals and thought we’d give him a call. The staff spent weeks interviewing us via phone to try to understand my husband’s complicated case. Sometimes we’d be on the phone for an hour or two at a time explaining and clarifying. Finally we got the welcome news that Mr. Goldsmith had accepted my husband’s case and would represent us! His assistant Nicole then took over most of the contact with us, helping us to more accurately describe my husband’s unique challenges. Mr. Goldsmith then reviewed our appeal application and, without putting words in our mouths, asked probing questions that made us realize that what we had said — while true — didn’t SOUND like what we meant to someone who hadn’t personally experienced it. It opened our eyes as to why his application had initially been denied — meaning, we hadn’t done a very good job of putting words to paper. Mr. Goldsmith filed the appeal on our behalf and the waiting game began. Social Security came back with a demand for more information (which Mr. Goldsmith reviewed before submitting) and referred my husband to a Social Security doctor for an exam. Then we waited again. Mr. Goldsmith had warned us that 95% of electronic appeals were normally denied and we should expect to appear before an appeals board. But thanks to Mr. Goldsmith’s expert guidance, his understanding of how the appeals process works, and the extraordinary amount of time he, Nicole and the rest of his staff spent on our case, my husband’s was one of the 5% of cases approved on electronic appeal. We are so very, very grateful for the professionalism of Mr. Goldsmith and his staff, and for the caring way they treated us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend the law offices of attorney Russell J. Goldsmith!

I highly recommend hiring Joe Prieto for a defense attorney! I was facing a 2nd DUI and false report to a police officer with some jail time, and up to 3 years license suspension. However, Prieto managed to drop my charges down to DWI 1st offense, with a minimum 9 months license suspension! Absolutely the best defense attorney I’ve ever came across. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible! I couldn’t have done it without him!

My case wasn't exactly an easy one BUT in the end, Joe was able to have my charges dropped from a potential aggravated DUI to just reckless driving.
When alcohol is involved, always hire a lawyer. If I didn't, I wouldn't of got a lesser charge, that's for sure.

I felt confident after our first interaction based on how knowledgeable Nick was and the level of experience he’s had with cases like mine. I was referred to Attorney Samdperil after my deferred sentence was in jeopardy due to two minor offenses that came up over the summer. Atty Samdperil quickly took action and represented me in the most recent case. One of the offenses were dropped, and he managed to get the second offense lowered as to not trigger the balance of the deferred sentence. From there, Attorney Samdperil represented me again when it was time to have my deferred case suspended, which also resulted in a favorable outcome. I highly recommend Attorney Samdperil. Has great work ethic, tells it like it is, but also had no doubt he had my best interests in mind at all times.

A few months back I found myself in legal trouble for the very first time. I was confused, lost and scared. I immediately started doing research and after reading reviews (like on this site) I reached out to Richard. He called me back right away. It is a good thing that Daniel Webster is no longer with us, because it would be bad news for him to learn that Richard E. Samdperil has overtaken the throne of "New Hampshire's greatest lawyer". I've been working with Richard for over a year. His expertise spans multiple levels relevant to the legal profession, while his competitors often lack greatly in certain areas.
That is to say, Richard is far more than a brilliant legal argumentator. Richard is far more than someone who can entertain anyone who watches the Supreme Court oral argument webcasts, when he makes an absolute fool out of state prosecutors on the other side who simple cannot muster the intellect to undermine Richard's powerfully simple, persuasive arguments. Far more than these tactical elements, Richard has a masterful handle on holistic legal strategy that many other attorneys lack.

Background: I am a cis-gendered male who had a case of a former significant other purporting sexual misconduct by myself.
Robin immediately made me feel at ease, her demeanor and her attitude made me feel secure in her experience and qualifications (also getting her as a reference from another trustworthy lawyer helped). She played both legal counselor, and at sometimes sanity check. She prevented a possible expulsion and helped me finish my college career without a criminal record. She was reasonably priced, charged fairly for travel, and never seemed annoyed that she did have to travel. She never hesitated to consult her peers for advice, and explored all the options to every situation. Even after we ended our professional relationship, she had the courtesy to check on me and how I was doing. I appreciated all her work, and would suggest her to anyone in a similar situation.

I hired attorney Brown for a criminal defense case late last year. Attorney Brown was amazingly professional and thorough in her execution of this case. Charged me 5000 total before even ever going to court of ever having even one conversation.
The services that were rendered I have been told by every other local attorney is some of the worst advice and service for my situation.

I have known for about 5 years, and he has been my attorney since, he's got quite the reputation for sure in Nashua NH of getting it done. The first time I met him I found him to be a little cold and stand offish. I quickly learned Adam is a no BS type of lawyer dedicated to say the least he'll tell u want he wants of you and doesn't waste time, i think he works 24/7 when u email him you're going to get a response very quickly regardless of the hour, He will never tell you one way or the other were you stand but he's extremely respected in NH when it comes to vehicle offenses,
He knows everyone that counts, and you provide him what he wants when he wants it, and you'll stand a good chance he will make it happen. Twice he has come through for me, the last one
