If you are ever in of representation I highly recommend Chuck Keefe.
Chuck was wonderful to work with and exercised my rights as a civilian. The whole court process makes you feel guilty until proven innocent. Chuck was able to take the weight off my shoulders and make me feel like everything was being taken care of. Chuck and his team were able to prove that my rights were violated and all my charges were dropped.
I learned from this process that just because someone carries a badge doesn't mean they don't make mistakes and can't learn from those mistakes as well.
I believe everyone involved learned something from the ordeal and if it wasn't for Chuck and his team exercising law verses perception the result wouldn't have been the same.

My case wasn't exactly an easy one BUT in the end, Joe was able to have my charges dropped from a potential aggravated DUI to just reckless driving.
When alcohol is involved, always hire a lawyer. If I didn't, I wouldn't of got a lesser charge, that's for sure.

One never expects to suddenly need a lawyer. When we did, we didn't know where to turn. We researched prayed and came across Jerome and thank God we did. Was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. I lost many rights that I once had prior to the charges. I emphasized the importance of getting all my property back and regaining my rights. He handled it as I asked and got me exactly what I wanted as an outcome. It was a long process but largely due to “Covid” and the courts shutting down. He was on top of every aspect. When I I had questions or concerns he answered back immediately. I would hire him in a second in the event I need to in the future ( I have no intention of needing to). Can’t say enough good things about him. I even got a refund check at the end for remaining funds not used!!!

After falling victim to an arrest for an OUI, Attorney Nicholas Howie was immediately recommended to me from someone who had successfully worked with him in clearing a past OUI off their own record. Not only was Nick easy to contact, but he was able to be in court for me the very next day.
I felt confident after our first interaction based on how knowledgeable Nick was and the level of experience he’s had with cases like mine. He was thorough in explaining the process and transparent with all possible outcomes, so that I could appropriately set my expectations. He was able to communicate clearly and respond to all my questions in a timely manner, whether at our in-person meetings or through a quick phone call/ text message. Not only was he able to settle my concerns, but also guide me through the harder steps, like encouraging me to read the arrest report and watching the body cam footage, so that I wouldn’t be surprised if it was shown in the courtroom.

I selected Attorney Richard Guerriero to represent me in a civil but highly embarrassing court appearance. The case was one that in today's climate the deck cards are automatically stacked against you. The case required a sensitive approach but thorough examination of events that needed to be presented to the court thoughtfully but also with a high degree of sensitivity and skill. Richard's analytical and chronological exploration of circumstances, framing judicial law and language against each and every circumstance and accusation, allowed for the court to see past what in today's climate would normally be a 'no win situation' into a clearly defined contrary position to the accusations, thus rendering a dismissal by the court.
I found his staff to be highly supportive and extremely helpful with using technology to gather evidence to assist in the case. As for Richard, he was very generous with his time and I found his assessments of the potential trial outcomes to be fair and honest, not overpromising results and thus setting expectations accordingly.
I would HIGHLY recommend Attorney Guerriero to anyone needing legal representation.

Eric got me out of a DUI about 5 years ago. I refused the breath test, so they had no accurate level of alcohol intake. (That’s your right as a NH citizen). He got me wreckless driving, which is a speeding fine essentially and I paid $500 to the court. AMAZING LAWYER!!!!

I was charged with a dui and defective equipment. I refused the FST and blood test which comes with an automatic 180 day license suspension. I had a video of the encounter with the Hudson police. Eric helped me win my ALS hearing and keep my license. He then was able to get the prosecutor to drop the dui and I plead guilty to the defective equipment and paid a fine. I will recommend Eric to anyone that is in trouble. I hope I never need him again but if I do I know I'm in good hands.

As a MA resident being charged with a DUI in NH, it was important to me that I found an attorney who I could trust and who was familiar with the local law and NH courts. After several days of research and reading reviews, I booked an appointment with Andrew. Andrew and Renee (his paralegal) were both extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and the paces I was about to go through. They listened attentively to the details of my case and believed in me right away. I had been wrongly charged but Andrew was very candid, on what the law is, what would apply and what would not and promised me he would do everything he could (under law) to investigate the evidence on my behalf. Andrew Cotrupi saved my life. While that might sound overstated, it is 100% true. I was maliciously charged with a Class B Felony by a local police department for a crime I did not commit. I originally hired a different lawyer and after several months of working with that firm I was faced with the stark reality that the system was not working as I always imagined it would and that I could very well be going to jail for a long time. My former attorney was looking to just negotiate a deal but I couldn't stomach taking a plea deal when I did not commit a crime. Desperate, I sought the advice of a trusted friend who turned me on to Attorney Cotrupi. From our very first meeting, Attorney Cotrupi and his Paralegal Renee treated me like a human being and not a criminal which was a welcome change after the treatment I had been receiving. Andrew listened. He REALLY listened to me and he talked me off the ledge. I hired him on the spot. Over the course of the year he worked diligently and fought for me like I was part of his own family. He worked tirelessly on my behalf, filing motions, counter motions and defending me vigorously. As my trial date approached, he met with me as often as I needed to prepare me. He was the perfect combination of tough love, sound advice and compassion. My trial lasted for three days if you include jury selection. I was terrified and in uncharted waters but Andrew guided me through. Shawn was able to get a Habitual Offender certification case against me dismissed. He explained to me at the first hearing that the odds of winning an HO case are very low, but through very impressive attention to detail he was able to remove two of the convictions from the HO criteria; after almost a year of extentions, the case was dismissed. I include the length of the case to emphasize how many hoops he had to jump through to get those criteria removed. He is the first person I would recommend to anyone in a similar position to the one I was in.

I was referred to Attorney Samdperil after my deferred sentence was in jeopardy due to two minor offenses that came up over the summer. Atty Samdperil quickly took action and represented me in the most recent case. One of the offenses were dropped, and he managed to get the second offense lowered as to not trigger the balance of the deferred sentence. That is to say, Richard is far more than a brilliant legal argumentator. I'm so glad I found Attorney Arnold. It was just an online search and sometimes you get lucky. Patrick is responsive, patient, and thorough. If you are reading this review because you are considering Patrick Arnold as your choice for legal representation I strongly recommend that you hire him and read this review. I was facing a possible 5 to 7 year prison sentence. To be honest things were looking pretty bleak. The County Attorney's Office was looking to play hardball but Patrick never even broke a sweat. The entire time Patrick remained upbeat and professional and looked at every single angle of the case. As for the outcome thanks to Patrick's diligence and leaving no stone unturned the DA's office went from offering me three years in prison with five years of probation as their initial plea offer to dismissing the charges entirely. I was an out of state witness/victim in case where I had made clear to the prosecution that I had no desire for defendant to be charged.
