Fania is a genuine and helpful attorney. After listening to my situation she expressed that she won't be the best to help me but later referred two attorneys for me to reach out. Both of her referrals were excellent and I decided to retain one of them. Really appreciate her!

I hired Ms. Veksler in October of 2021 to assist me with responding to a motion pertaining to my post-divorce settlement case. After speaking with Ms Veksler on the phone for about 30 minutes and later meeting her in person for 1.5 hours, as per our agreement I was expecting to be updated on the progress of this case. I made it clear to Ms. Veksler this was a time-sensitive case with approximately 1.5 weeks left to the motion. A week after my meeting with Ms Veksler and several unsuccessful attempts to reach her via the phone, email, and text messages I received a call from her secretary scheduling a call on October 8 at 11 am which was canceled by her secretary on the same few minutes before the call. After several more text messages and phone calls she called at 6:30 pm on Friday and was extremely rude and obnoxious over the phone saying things “you are not paying me enough to get my full attention”, “I have other clients besides you and if you need VIP treatment you need to pay me more”. Her tone of voice and manner of speech were extremely unprofessional as she was chastising me instead of legally representing me and offering professional advice and support. It was clear at that point after a week there was no progress made on my case since she was proposing on the case something we have never discussed. Moreover, Ms. Veksler didn’t thoroughly study my settlement agreement since she was proposing things that contradicted what was discussed prior. Since she kept talking about her fees more often than my case, I realized she wants to drag this case for a long as possible. I had already paid a retainer and the time discussing my case was fully covered, so her bringing up “how little I am paying her” is a baseless argument because those were the fees that were quoted by her. At the end of a contentious conversation on Friday, October 8th after my repeated requests we finally agreed that Ms. Veksler would send an email to the other party’s attorney by the following Monday, October 11, 2021. This never happened and no explanation was provided. Having wasted a lot of my time with no results, I decided to no longer use Ms. Veksler’s services of which she was notified on Monday, October 11, and hired a different attorney, outside the network. who I am extremely happy with. Ms Veksler ended up charging me for 5 hours of service including communication (verbal and written) with another attorney which she wasn’t able to prove. She claims to have drafted an email, for which I paid but she refused to send it to me. To sum up, hiring Ms. Veksler was one of the most aggravating experiences for several reasons: - Failure to make progress on my case before the agreed due date - Extremely unprofessional communication style, both aggressive and demeaning - Lack of updates or any approximate timelines when things were supposed to be done - Repeated mentioning of money, either alluding to her other higher-paying clients or just procrastinating to use up the retainer on empty conversations and not on actual work

I was falsely accused, by my Ex Wife, of Domestic Violence and threatened by her for months prior to the false claim that she would "have me removed' and suck her "Pitbull Lawyer" on me..Well I hired Fania and she was the Pitbull Lawyer in my case. She dissected all of the lies and false accusation being used against me and conducted herself aggressively in seek of truth and justice in proving my innocence and won the case. The opposing Lawyer was no match for Fania and I will definitely retain her again and highly recommend her service

Mr. Bailey is very unprofessional and money hungry. He will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and then never do anything for you. I had him for a whole year and he did absolutely nothing for me he was supposed to, so I fired him and hired a new attorney and he did in a month what mark didn't do .

Mark Bailey is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and does everything he can do to fight for his clients. I hired him for a criminal case. He was very kind and respectful. Mark listened to my side of the case and devised a great strategy. He also took time to listen and talk to me whenever I became anxious. After long efforts on his part, the Plaintiff decided not to pursue the case. Mark called me immediately. He always kept me apprised of what was going on and made me feel included. Don’t go it alone. Tony recently represented me in what started out to be a very contentious and emotional divorce, yet within the first few weeks his expertise, level of compassion, genuine concern for me and my kids and easy-going demeanor (which turned aggressive and completely hard-nosed with my ex's lawyer when needed) put me at ease and made the best of what I initially thought be a long, drawn-out and costly process. He always made himself available to answer my questions, no matter how dumb I though they were, he even promptly answered my emails on weekends, and since his goals from day one were to reach a prompt and fair resolution of my case at minimal expense and without preparing needless paperwork, I have to say that his fees were more than reasonable. I simply cannot imagine who some of his other reviewers on this website are talking about (my ex hated him, so I can only assume that the ridiculously negative reviews were written by someone on the other side of his case!), Tony is the best, if you need a divorce attorney then look no further!!!

I was very fortunate, under very unfortunate circumstances, to work with Mr. Marucci on my Divorce. Faced with unscrupulous people with very deep pockets, Mr. Marucci not only won my divorce but also saved me thousands of dollars in the process. He was incredibly easy to talk to and was always very responsive to my requests. That was important to me because it saved me a lot of stress during the entire process. The other major asset Mr. Marucci has is the fact that he's a kind, understanding and compassionate human being. Not only with me, his client, but for my ex-wife who was in an extremely dangerous position during our Divorce. He understood those dangers and made sure to not put her in further jeopardy - while fully protecting me at the same time. That says a lot about someone in his position and in today's legal environment. He went out of his way for everyone involved with the divorce. The bottom line, Anthony Marucci cares. On the morning of November 17, 2020 during the height of COVID, I reached out to the Anthony Pope Law Firm to schedule an appointment to discuss my accident case. Later that day I was sitting across from Anthony to discuss my case. What was most impressive was his quick response after spending 7-10 days calling numerous law offices and getting nowhere. He settled my case on May 5, 2021. The settlement was far more than I ever expected. From the time I first met Anthony, until my case was settled, he kept me informed during the entire process. Anthony and his staff were very professional. On June 28, 2023 I reached out to Anthony Pope to represent me in another accident case in which I had a slip and fall down a flight of stairs on April 4, 2023. After my surgery in August of 2023, Anthony settled my case on March 12, 2024. Once again Anthony and his staff always kept me informed during the entire process. I hope that I don't need his services again but if YOU need a lawyer your first call should be to the Anthony Pope Law Firm.

I went to Anthony for help with my husband’s case. I knew by looking at him, he was the man for the job. And he did not disappoint! He showed up to meet my husband one hour after I spoke with him and during Covid no less! He worked with me on his fee because he understood I was in a bad spot. He has walked us through everything and kept us up on all info immediately. Even after everything was all said and done, he still keeps up with us, unlike other lawyers. My experience with this law firm was is that if you have issues with D.C.C.P. Allison Williams is the attorney that you absolutely should get on your side especially, if you don't have close to a squeaky clean past and/or you do not walk a straight line. No matter what you did or what they said you did, the outcome will likely be a lot better if you get Allison on your case. An attorney in the Williams firm represented my wife in a D.C.C.P. case. The outcome in my wife's case was ok but now looking back after meeting Allison she should have paid more money for Allison instead of getting one of the other attorneys in the firm. Although I only spoke with Allison one time with my wife ,knowing the system very well and the past dealings I have had with other attorneys, I feel that Allison is the real deal and can be trusted. I would advise you to pay the extra money she charges for her service rather than getting one of the other attorneys in her firm that will not represent you like Allison will. I am hoping to get Allison to help me gain custody of my 7 year old daughter. I met other attorneys from big expensive firms, and I pick Allison over all of them.

Shana Siegel, does not shy away from“taking on the establishment!” Shana was instrumental in the case against my mother, by the Division of Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services as well as, Medicaid in the State of New Jersey. Both branches, county and state levied an inconceivable attempt to reverse the “exempted” Holocaust restitution pension status, and ultimately were trying to retrieve moneys appropriated to Victims of the Nazi persecution, to go to their agencies. A true injustice by a government agency, towards a Holocaust survivor! Shana reached out to local and overseas institutions to produce documentation of proof of my mom’s eligibility status, spoke to numerous persons with first-hand knowledge, filed affidavits and testimonies on my mom’s behalf. Besides being a true advocate of the Elderly, Shana Siegel is knowledgeable, confident, easy to talk too, and was always readily available. I never felt rushed while expressing my thoughts or concerns or needing to talk over different options. I was referred to Ms. Shana Siegel this past spring/summer 2021 regarding serious elder care matters surrounding my father. The pressing matters had continued over from the 2020 corona virus pandemic year into the current year of 2021. There were several moving parts. My husband and I needed an advocate in the field of elder care to see us through tedious processes that required expertise beyond the scope of what we could do. We enlisted Ms. Siegel and she was able to assist my family in obtaining Medicaid for my father and finding placement for him in a new facility for care immediately from the hospital. This period was quite stressful and contentious for family for a myriad of reasons, but Ms. Siegel saw us through the process. Through unforeseen matters and issues surrounding negligence with other entities at play, I was also advised ahead of time to prepare to obtain guardianship for my elder parent. Ms. Siegel was professional and kind through our legal process and my family was able obtain favorable outcomes in circumstances that are usually difficult to achieve.

She was consistently unprepared for court. It felt like she didn't know the case at all. I was extremely disappointed and had to fire her mid-trial. Ended up representing myself pro se. Lawyers like her are why people don't trust legal professionals.

"I unfortunately had Alexandra Coglianese appointed as our parent coordinator. She exhibited bias and manipulated facts to fit her own narrative. Her dishonesty led to false statements, some of which she corrected when confronted. She even presented inaccurate information to the judge, some of which she later amended in an email sent at 7 PM the night before the hearing. Whether this was deliberate or due to incompetence, she failed to prioritize my daughter’s best interests by presenting misleading narratives to the court and making false statements and unsolicited recommendations. If you’re seeking someone who is fair, honest, and genuinely looks out for the child’s well-being, I recommend avoiding Alexandra Coglianese.”

10 out of 10 , Alice was fair with her pricing. With today’s economy rising it would make sense that prices everyone have to adjust. So, with that aspect she was very fair. Alice, was thorough from the beginning. Making time to see me in Saturday and also making time before our court hiring to see me to go over everything. I had to be an open book with her so she can represent me the best. And she did just that, claws out and very professional. She held herself to a high standard and even help me hold myself to that same standard while sitting next to her in court. She was very mindful of my triggers and medical condition always making sure I was okay with every move she made. If you’re looking for someone who will truly do everything to fight for you Alice is your lawyer. I know I’ll have to go back to court again in the near future and Alice is already my go to lawyer because I know she’ll fight not for me but for what’s in the best interest of my daughter and she kept that standard from the start. Jim was refereed by was a close friend regarding a family matter issue that was was later dismissed as such a matter would have been handles by any other lawyer for a fraction of the price. My experience with Jim and this awful firm was utterly disheartening and frustrating, to say the least. I sought legal representation to navigate through family law matters, hoping for a compassionate and diligent professional to advocate for my interests. Unfortunately, Jim fell short in every aspect. From the outset, their lack of emotional support was glaring. The intricacies of family law cases require sensitivity and understanding, qualities that were alarmingly absent in their approach. Instead of providing reassurance or empathetic guidance during a challenging time, Jim seemed indifferent and detached, while stating "just sign the deal and get it over with" while unwilling to further negotiate the terms. Moreover, their representation demonstrated a blatant disregard for my best interests. Critical decisions were made without adequately considering the nuances of my matter or my desired outcomes. It was evident that they were more interested in a swift resolution, neglecting to prioritize the fundamental aspects that were important to me and my family. Attempting to negotiate terms with Jim proved to be an uphill battle. His unwillingness to engage in meaningful discussions or consider alternative solutions was both disappointing and concerning. Communication was strained, and attempts to reach a consensus on crucial matters were met with resistance and an unwillingness to compromise. Jim would go ghost for 2-3 with no response to texts, calls or emails. For example, the other party had sent him an email around 4pm but he forwarded me the email at 11pm and to follow up the next day, while the court date was the following date. Adding insult to injury, Jim repeatedly failed to follow through on promises, including moving court dates, exacerbating an already distressing situation. This lack of professionalism and commitment further exacerbated the stress and uncertainty surrounding my case. Upon talking to him about the agreement, he refused to move the court date when I had requested stating "just get it over with it and move on". In addition, we had made changes to the agreement and the other party accepted majority of it. But Jim refused to make further changes in the agreement stating "its just word, I'm not going to fight over a few words", he well knows if words were just words then I wouldn't in the legal situation that I was in. In summary, entrusting Jim with my family law matters was a regrettable decision. Their subpar emotional support, failure to prioritize my best interests, reluctance to negotiate, and inability to fulfill basic obligations culminated in a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I would caution anyone seeking legal representation in family law to steer clear of Jim and explore other options more committed to their clients' well-being and interests.

James and Natalie went above and beyond the handle my personal injury claim. Even though it was a relatively low profile case for the firm, they dedicated that time and effort to reach the best possible settlement. It was always a pleasure working the Spector Foerst team and I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

I used Jim Foerst for my home purchase. It was not an easy transaction as the sellers were handling their family estate, and emotions were running high. It was a neglected property and the home inspection summary had no less than 100 items that needed to be addressed. Jim was tough when warranted, yet cool and collected when dealing with me. His excellent guidance and advise were integral in keeping this deal together. I trust him implicitly and recommend him without reservation.

I had an extremely poor experience with Lindsay B.Lutz as my attorney. His conduct during my case was so unprofessional that Judge Jones in court actually suggested I fire him on the spot.It was clear that his approach was not only ineffective but also highly questionble. I cannot recommend his services to anyonw in need of reliable legal representation.

I went thru a grueling divorce for 2 years and continue to go thru custody issues with my ex husband. He has made me feel so easy in the moments of despair and hopelessness. The creepy lawyer Attached to this business listing though is not, I’m not sure how the freak managed to merge the two accounts but he’s a scam artist and should be avoided at all costs! Stay awayfrom Garrett P. Simulcik Jr save your money find another reputable law firm has many lawyers and secratary. Those high stars probably fake reveiews. This Lawyer takes your money in advance and takes weeks, months to get anything done never answer your emails, text. phone calls for days or weeks. I hired him for eviction took him over 8 month and collection $52.000. never did anything for year and half eventhough I provided all the info, just took my money in advance .by now Lost the tenant whereabout and my money

Atty Garrett Simulcik was an amazing help to us in an eviction and sale of our rental property in 2022. He took on what we all thought would be a standard eviction case which turned sideways at all possible points. He navigated us through the disjointed Hudson County court system as they were figuring out a post-COVID docket load. He also deftly dealt with a former tenant whose apparent main goal was not resolution but to cause additional grief for all involved. In the end we gained possession and were able to put the condo on the market. Next, Mr. Simulcik got us through closing including an 11th hour twist with the buyer trying to gain additional concessions protecting us from more expense. His deep knowledge and experience through all of our matters was absolutely invaluable. He guided us to understand the law better in our situation, including help correct misconceptions we picked up online. We are very grateful for his skill and ability to handle us as a client with our modest understanding of our options. We will turn to him again for counsel and advice on any legal matters.

Extreme miscommunication. More interested in what I could gain personally vs my family as a whole. I regret not moving forward with someone who keeps family values in mind while pursuing a divorce. He is a “one size fits all” solution type of attorney.

I began my divorce proceedings with a lawyer who only concerned himself with separating the client from his or her money and drag out the divorce to that end. I fired that lawyer and hired Paris P. Eliades, Esq., who is the exact opposite of the first lawyer. Mr. Eliades strives to complete divorce proceedings as efficiently as possible, always with an eye to saving his client paying unnecessary monies towards that end. Mr. Eliades is always prepared in court, unlike some other attorneys I have observed. He and his staff are competent and knowledgeable regarding their jobs and responsibilities to their client. I recommend Mr. Eliades highly if you are in need of his services.

I hired Joe Levin to represent me in a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). I had the police come and serve me the (TRO) and at that time they also seized my guns from me. Mr. Levin worked hard and diligently to get my (TRO) dropped and also went above and beyond to get my guns and my second amendment rights reinstated. Mr williams served us as a victims advocate. He assisted the town attorney in bringing and winning our case. He was a good listener to our side of the story and presented our case to the courts in a highly effective manner and kept us a breast of the progress of the case. Win. Lose. I do not know where to begin . Well, I hired him because of a recommendation , I wish I never listen to that person ! John Williams only cares about two things .,. Himself and money , usually lawyers get a bad rap because there shady , greedy , liars , ect ect ... Boy does he fit the bill . He never never ever returned your phone calls , only time he did or does .. When it's time to get paid . He would get pissed off when you called his cell . What kind of lawyer gets mad when you call his cell phone for advise or information , he does . Doesn't he work for you ? So I would think he can answer a phone call or return them and when He does call you back the number comes up as "unknown" really ? Blocking your number ... He did not produce results in my case , he actually made them worse . All my charges we raised DRAMATICALLY !!!! What did he do? Nothing !!! From the beginning phases to when my charges were raised . He just sat there and did nothing , did not fight for me was just an easy pay day for this guy . All he did in court was laugh with prosecutor and rub his tie . What a joke this guy is. I had to let him go in the middle of my court proceedings and hired a REAL lawyer . John Williams did not properly advise me in what to do to make my case go smoother, he didn't advise me because of he was always "away" most of the time I had his assistant Vanessa come to my court hearings and she was worse than him she was a scared little puppy dog in court . He is very unprofessional in every way , little did he know we had a mutual friend . That mutual friend told me everything he said about me .. Worse being "this guy is a stupid f@cking idiot " Real professional. Did more research on him he was let go by his previous firm for many reasons . During my whole situation I was stressed out of my mind because he did not have his best interest in my case. During my case I was detained . My parents called him , brother ,sister , aunts , uncles co workers anyone you can think of so he can assist my family and I to get me out . What did he do ... Nothing at all .. Did not returned any ones phone calls. Oh he did call me when I was released... Why ?!? Cause he needed another payment ... What a deceiving POS rat this guy is . He does not know anyone in court he is small fish in a big pond and in his mind he thinks he is Shapiro status . I wouldn't not recommend this guy to anyone , stay away !!!

I hired Mrs. Maneri with confidence in knowing she would do a great job with my specific case. Compassion and understanding did not get in the way of her revealing the truth. I was facing up to 20 years in prison for 2 counts of vehicular homicide because of THC being present in my blood at the time of a horrific automobile accident that claimed 2 lives. 10 days of Trial and the Jury found a verdict of Not Guilty in 20 minutes. Brenda's work on my case was dedicated and compassionate. She was very easy to contact when necessary, and very clearly communicated everything I needed to know and listened to every detail I had to convey to her. I have hired Miss Maneri on several occasions. My initial encounter with her was in 2014 where she handled 2 serious legal issues that resulted in positive outcomes and then she was later able to have their record expunged. More recently I hired her to handle three traffic issues which all resulted in a favorable outcome. When I had concerns after normal office hours the answering service contacted her immediately and she returned my phone call promptly within that evening and then made herself available for a consultation the very next day. I wanted to leave a scathing review of Snellings Law. After my car accident in which I was the victim of a cell-phone user running a red traffic light, I found myself faced with 3 immediate surgeries to walk & 3 spinal injections to relieve 3 herniated disks in my neck. I have a current case still pending in the courts and have lost over $50K in earning in 3 years due to surgeries, PT, Doctors visits, disability for a couple of months etc. Instead of being patient to get their 'pound of flesh' from the settlement, they locked my savings accounts (2) and refuse to work with me or my attorney. I just wanted to let all know just how much I despise this law firm. On every attempt to settle this, I was directed to make a payment. No compassion was shown whatsoever. Kudos for your speed in the courts while I sit around waiting for 'my day' to come.
