Thomas Martin helped me greatly in my case with a bicyclist in my town who has punched kicked and broken mirrors off of vehicles. This bicyclist has been a nuisance in my town for a long time now. Thomas was able to navigate me through the court system with a favorable outcome for myself. He was an absolute professional who will return your call and take a whole hearted interest in your case. WOW! I got myself in some serious trouble. I had 1st and 2nd degree charges. Thankfully my parents found fantastic lawyers at the firm of Robert's and Teeters. It was a long 5 years dealing with this case. I immediately said to them I want to take this case to trial and they gave me the full confidence from the beginning. Due to the pandemic the case was prolonged for so long but I'm 100% satisfied with this firm. Matt and Mike are the perfect team. They work together so smooth and it's actually entertaining watching them consult eachother about certain situations. Mike is very knowledgeable and Matt is simply a great talker in court. They don't leave any stones unturned. They never give up any battle and at the same time are prepared for any outcome. They aren't the type to lie to you. Great to work with! I had a case in Middlesex County. There was a specific outcome I hoped for. Matthew Teeter laid out how the case would go, gave me the best and worst case scenario, he set me up with realistic goals and expectations, and he even gave me advice on what to do after the case to help with the outcome. Hired Mr Schutz to represent me in Hopewell Twp NJ traffic court for going 84 in a 50. I was hoping to get it reduced to a two point violation. I pled guilty to non point violation and subsequently saved thousands on insurance. Subsequently I gave him all my business except divorce and lawsuit from Chabad of Hunterdon. Unfortunately he did not want that job, because he quoted us many multiples of his usual fee. Schutz would have won since testimony seemed to indicate in my opinion the only witness misrepresented material facts. Takes a Rabbi to beat a Rabbi. Matthew, please handle the appeal. I believe you will be appalled after reading the transcript.

To make a VERY long story short, I hired a well known
Ocean Country defense law firm who's modo was that the whole firm was behind me. Again they were supposedly the best in Ocean County. They're website looked like they could represent OJ Simpson, it was so professional even a bit intimidating, at the time I new I needed the best so I hired them. The attorney who was assigned to me, wanted me to plead guilty to a petty shoplifting charge on the very first appearance and this was also my first criminal offense. That law firm charged me a large fee so there was no way I was simply pleading guilty, otherwise what did I even hire them for? I fired that lawyer on spot in front of the judge, and the court granted me another month to find a new lawyer. Thankfully I found Steve who helped me get this charge dropped to a non-criminal ordinance which was what I needed to continue as a nursing student. When I initially called Steve I was in panic, he told me to relax and we would figure this out and that's exactly what he did. I would recommend Steve to anyone seeking legal representation. I will be calling Steve again soon to help me with a record expungement. PS. Steves fee is fair and he will help you with arrangements if needed.

I would highly recommend Carmine Villani! I have gone through pretty bad times the past couple of years due to the death of my Father and following a very difficult and complicated legal situation unfortunately involving Family members that I trusted and cared about very much.
Carmine had alot to sort through but handled it with care and patience with me no matter how much I sent his way to deal with it for me.
He dealt with each thing over several months time back and forth even on a weekend and on his own time and ultimately settled each thing going above and beyond to resolve all the issues in my favor!
He was also very reasonable and fair with his price and helped me even with things he wasn't directly involved in which is unbelievable for a lawyer! Lol
Also his assistant Ruby was amazing and so great and thoughtful and answered me every time promptly and listened to me and really was so very understanding and gave her warm and caring personal touch to everything.

After Toasting My hunting and fishing Buddy Good Bye with a half dozen Tequila shots at his Memorial Service, I decided to drive home. Well almost home. I got pulled over for DWI. This was My second offence in less than ten years.
I asked around and was referred to Carmine R. Villani. After meeting
with him, I knew he was the man for the job. He explained everything and talked to me in a way that I could understand the severity of My problem.
The problem was 42 years ago when I was 18, I was arrested for a
drinking incident. That made number 3. That's 8 years loss of License
and 6 months in Jail.
Mr. Villani worked relentlessly reading books and talking with other DUI Attorneys to find a way to remove the 42 year old conviction.
Then came the online Court Appearance. I had never used ZOOM
online, but with a lot of help from his staff, ( especially Paralegal Ruby )
we went to Court.
I don't speak Lawyer and was a little lost in the court room. There was
talk about other cases, old record keeping and the lack of MY representation in 1981.
I was amazed with Mr. Villani in the Court Room, he talk with the
Prosecutor and the Judge decided to drop those charges. What a GREAT DAY!
We still have to deal with the latest charge coming up. But thanks to
the work Mr. Villani did the punishment will be easier to handle.

Mr Jerry Elashmawy deserves way more than 5 Stars. I cannot begin to explain my fear of being in a situation I have never faced before. I was extremely unsure and stressed about the potential outcome, however from the start he treated me as a human being. It wasn't about money, it was about respect, compassion and decency. At the time when everything happened, I was facing a lot and trying to get my family to a safer location to live, he actually did a payment plan which HELPED financially since we had just gotten approved for a safe, new apartment for us and our kids.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything would be dismissed and having the UTMOST patience. He had no issues even communicating with my husband, especially with my anxiety. On top of handling everything as private as possible, even on the day of court. He walked me through everything, he spoke to me and handle everything with care, he went above and beyond to understand my family dynamics. The first time in my life i had to hire an Attorney
Jerry Elashmawy. My friend filed a criminal and civil complaint against me , I was arrested and spent few days in jail. Jerry helped me to navigate my release from Jail .

Attorney Kisha M. I contacted Mr Champagne, concerning my immigrational issues. I needed a waiver from all the vaccines including covid19 . These were requirements for my green card application. I was told by three receptionist in different immigration clinics i called that , there was no way i could get a green card without getting vaccinated. He did the waiver together with my other documents and posted them on September 23 . I received my green card just three weeks after that. He is very outstanding.
