Do NOT use this lawyer under any circumstance. The lack of communication is astounding. They never return calls and when you call them, it puts you on hold with music playing and then goes to voicemail. The front desk receptionist is rude if I have spoken to her. Trying to get through bankruptcy with this firm and it feels like a scam. Did not tell creditors that we are filing bankruptcy. Giving a one star is generous because I would give zero due to the lack of professionalism from this firm. How can someone be an attorney and not care about the reasons why people go to you for help. Totally unethical. Go somewhere else so that you’re not ripped off.

Would not recommend this attorney he is a crook I paid a huge retainer initially got one attorney that seemed very competent and was writing up an intent to file suit and then out of nowhere that attorney took another job and I was pushed off onto a law student who didn’t know anything and could not answer any of my questions and when it came to mediation I was ambushed and the mediator was a partner in the opposing sides law firm and I felt defeated and absolutely broke after giving them all my money and they knew that and left me with no other option other then to settle and lose pretty much everything as what do you do when your own attorneys are working for the other side and do not have your best interests in mind I have pondered on this for awhile now and I believe I will be writing the bar association and seeing if this is actual misconduct on my attorneys behalf please if your lively hood is at stake do not seek help from this law firm as most likely they will screw you over and just take your money they are just all about greed and do not care about their clients at all atleast that was my experience and I prey that no one else will have to experience this from this law firm if they would have even offered to reduce the fees or something it would have said something but they just chose to take what little I had left and just screw me and my family over I may have been ignorant in my decision to go into partnership with the people I did but their job as my attorney was to protect my investment and to protect me from losing absolutely everything when there was zero wrong doing on my part and my business partners had numerous fiduciary violations and torts claims etc I have not even seen this level of bad representation even from public defenders that are in co hoots with the county attorney’s

I went to Albuquerque, NM for Christmas in December 2023, and unfortunately was hit by a car full of kids that were underage, drinking, and took off running from the scene. (So Hit & Run, all the kids were 14-15 with No Drivers Licenses, Stole the Car, and there was a big bottle of Fireball Whiskey involved).
As I was from WA, I had no idea where to turn for help. I am thankful I contacted the Lowe Law Group. Cassi took my case with the utmost respect and professionalism, which gave me confidence to understand that if I was able to prosecute for this horrible accident ~ she would find a way. She worked diligently and always gave me a quick call to discuss the updates. Unfortunately there ended up being a legality in NM that protected both the car rental company and the group of kids who hit and totaled the car we rented from the airport, even though I had to be under my Doctor’s care and sent by ambulance to the hospital.
When Cassi called me to advise of the outcome, I was greatly disappointed as we had taken out full coverage on the rented vehicle and it was totaled with my side being the most damaged, due to them continually hitting it at a very high rate of speed. State to State laws are different in these cases, and I would caution anyone renting a vehicle to ask if the Full Coverage includes Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage. Because they do not include it in their Full Coverage policies, and don’t tell you this; therefore you will get absolutely nothing for your injuries!
I know Cassi did all she could in her investigative efforts to help me, and would recommend the Lowe Law Group. She has a very patient demeanor, continually investigates all options possible, is kind in her communicative manor, and is a well rounded asset to the team there.

I had paid for an attorney in Sand law and have received the bare minimum for attention on the case. Takes at least 2-4 days to even get a call in with my attorney on an update on the case.
Was never notified about my case tickets to be paid, which extended my way to receive a temporary restricted license, in result, loss of a job.
It seems sand law has won numerous cases, but in retrospect seems way to busy to be able to check up on/inform clients about the case.
