Not sure why there is not that many reviews . Tim Beets, had my case that lasted 3 year due to the opponents not cooperating, and trying to tire me. First day i met him, he listed and put a simple plan with instructions since my previous lawyer froze in court, simple divorce case with no kids, so tim toke my case with no hesitation, and i can say now, i hit the jackpot. Tim, is very quiet, none reactive, while u r burning in emotion, he is the rock that Will ground u, the first day i told him something, and never repeated, he didn’t write it down, 2,5 years later he brought it up during deposition and asked my ex about it, i was speechless ( which doesn’t happen that often) he grilled him calmly and with smile, fooled his lawyer who is very highly paid one and one of their ads r on tv 24/7, she didn’t even feel her client was digging himself deeper, just because he was soooo calm and his voice was study and none threading, we got more information during the deposition than the 2 discovery we requested. In trial, which he put me on stand without telling me what he will ask, he had points that wanted the judge to hear, was very respectful of the court time and the judge boundaries making sure not to offend her or irritate her, the 3 question from the opponent to me, she lost the judge, she was too aggressive and asked the same question 5 time wanting me to give legal definition to something stupid, i was calm because of him, i knew i had him facing me where i can just look at him where he nodes or smile so i know i was on the right track and doing good. Let me tell u, the end of the case, he got me way more than what i asked for when I filed for divorce thinking my ex will b smart enough not to drag it or wast money on lawyers since we both were miserable, but he was misinformed and led by his ( overrated firm and aggressive lawyer) to milk him for more, i guess to pay for more tv commercials 🤦🏻‍♀️and lawyers who their job just to do sales 🤷🏻‍♀️. His loss my gain. Timothy Beets, is not only knowledgeable, or smart, but he is very sharp. Respectful, professional, nice, empathetic, and a human. Now let me talk about his staff, Kayli Price and Lauren Taylor, these young ladies were always responsive to every email, or a call, in addition, when i walk in, they were there to support me in so many levels, whenever there is something critical, they both cheer for me or cheer me up, i walk there and feel i am looking at family members ( that i like), no words to describe how much love i have for them both, they r the type u wish to have as ur daughters. Hire him, and u will win ur case and gain new family members who r supportive.

We hired Wilson law firm to do our parents estate probate and ended up with Greg’s mother which was fine till my sibling decided to contest it on two different court dates and then they decided to go back to the original agreement Mrs Wilson took it upon herself to take it to the judge and have him sign off on it before she okayed it with the rest of us and did not finish up any of the loose ends like for one example making all three siblings pay their third for a head stone for my mom and dad now I’m stuck paying for all of it since the one sibling that decided to contest refuses to pay anything and then Mrs Wilson preceded to tell me she washed her hands with this it’s done and over even though she was already paid on the agreed amount and she was paid in full. So I highly suggest not to hire Wilson law firm for a probate specifically Mrs Wilson she is also so scatterbrained it’s not even funny .

Hired Greg halfway through a custody case, after another attorney did nothing to help me. He is exactly what I was wanting and needing. This was a very frustrating experience. I knew it needed to be done, but was ashamed that I had got myself into this situation to begin with. I just needed someone to walk me through getting it done and getting it over with. I had read many negative reviews on Joel, but I wanted to give him a chance to prove himself. Obviously, we all make mistakes. WOW were they spot on. No return calls. No keeping me up to date. No routine communication. I was like, “Are you kidding me?!” Am I getting hustled?! Finally, after one frustration after another, completely doubting my decision of choosing this guy, the court date was approaching, and like the little ground hog that comes out to see his shadow, Poof, there he was. Asking all the questions, searching all the answers, finding solutions for what I needed. After siting through several cases before mine, I realized, it’s not that my case was being put on the back burner per say. It’s that I was 1 of many he was working tirelessly to try and help. Case after case… Bam, helped. Bam, helped. Running through each case like a champ. Then when it came time for mine, there he came, shining through all the chaos. I guess I just didn’t realize, I wasn’t the only one going through such a difficult time. When it comes to getting your bankruptcy filled properly, Joel is ready for the challenge. Just keep in mind, your not his only client, you are very valuable to him, and if he is working 6 cases a day, though he Wants to get back to you in a timely manner, there is a good chance he is currently up to his elbows in paper work, and sadly, 2 days later, in the midst of his chaotic schedule, is in a timely manner.

Hired Jay and after having the preliminary hearing Jay started preparing for trial, about 2weeks from the trial date the case was dismissed! Jay is one hell of an attorney. TWO THUMBS WAY UP! I hired Dan as attorney to attain Chapter 7 bankruptcy . He had me meet him at ups store to do initial signing. I gave him 700 down and tried to give my employer check stubs for previous six months but he would no take. He emailed me forms to fill out which were extensive and time consuming. We then met at ups store once more and I gave him paper work. As I was getting him balance of fee from bank he glanced at paperwork and said I would make means tests . He refunded me 40 of 700

**Lawyer Review: Disappointing Representation by Karla** I am writing this review on behalf of someone close to me who was represented by Karla. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply unsatisfactory. I often had to initiate contact with her due to her consistent lack of timely communication. This was particularly concerning as it significantly delayed crucial updates and preparation for our case. Karla's preparation for the case was shockingly inadequate. She left vital aspects until the last minute, leaving us unprepared and at a disadvantage. Her negligence in leading with due diligence to protect her client's interests was apparent throughout our dealings. Additionally, Karla's conduct included multiple instances of gaslighting, where legitimate concerns were disregarded or twisted, creating a distressing atmosphere of mistrust. Combined with questionable decisions that raised ethical concerns, her integrity as a legal professional came into serious question. I hired Austin Ervin to represent me for small claims. He talked with me for 3 or 4 months, then dropped me completely. This was after he took my money and never offered to return it. I tried to get a hold of him numerous times by phone, text messages, and g mail with no contact. Don't use him unless you want to lose your money.

I hired Brent in Oklahoma City to represent me for a false claim where I was charged with 6 felonies that was said to happen 13 years Previous. I had mental health records and thousands of pages supporting my claim. I hired Brent as I was a veteran also. After a year and 22 thousand dollars Brent quit 3 days before my trial. I served 9 months in prison for something that never happened. Brent makes deals if it favors him. He knows I faced a life sentence on a lie. During the year he represented me in Oklahoma Superior Court and never file any nor submitted any paperwork. I had to hire another attorney to investigate his interactions with the court. He failed his duty and his oath. Do not hire Brent unless you have and endless supply of money.

I highly recommend Mr. Dishman and his staff for legal services across all branches and aspects of military law. From my first contact I experienced prompt and professional service. My e-mails and calls were answered immediately. Payment, terms, and conditions were clearly stated and laid out. They worked on a very flexible payment schedule custom to my situation. After contacting a SHARP advocate and being informed that due to my circumstances my report would clearly identify my assailant regardless of filing a restricted or unrestricted report, I contacted Mr. Dishman. This lawfirm assisted me in numerous ways that would have been over looked if I had accepted a military lawyer. My case was very complex, untraditional, and in some ways unprecedented because I was the first female to graduate from the Guard Officer Leadership Development program. My sexual assault occured while I was in this program but prior to receiving a federal commission through accelerated OCS. Prior to my graduation the program did not keep records. Although the investigation is still open my lawyer guided, advocated, and assisted me in recieving the honorable separation from the military. Mr. Dishman's knowledge and expertise regarding the military justice system are unparalleled. He was a true advocate for justice and did not allow the military to coerce me with empty threats which did not apply to service members in my military status! Thanks to this office I was able to professionally stand my ground and confidently fight for my rights. I am very satisfied with my results.

I just wrapped up my first and only experience with Mr. Nedwick. He did what I needed him to do but the entire process took months and months longer than it should have. This particular case stemmed from bogus accusations to begin with, which Mr. Nedwick acknowledged initially, and acted as though the process would be quick and simple and relatively inexpensive. Six thousand dollars and seven months later, here we are. Mr. Nedwick informed me there was a chance it would be dismissed before ever going to trial, yet he deliberately waited to attempt to get it dismissed prior to trial until after a member of his office staff, a woman named Rachel, had called and demanded an additional two grand for "trial fees" a week before Christmas. After that amount was paid, Mr. Nedwick informed me that it had indeed been dismissed. I contacted him in regards to getting what I had spent on "trial fees" back and was informed that he was too busy to discuss it with me. I ended up having to challenge a transaction through my bank to recieve any sort of refund. For anyone choosing this firm, highly recommend you deal with Nery as much as possible because Rachel is very unprofessional and very pushy, even going as far as to suggest ways for clients to come up with the money. Keith is a liar and a con-artist, (personal opinion) and will tell you what you want to hear. I won't be back

Do not use this office they tell you things are gonna do and they never do it. You leave messages now for return phone calls. They never do even if you do an email to them stay away from them. They take your money and then when their money is gone, they drop you and tell you they’re withdrawing.

Wish I could say something good about this attorney or the experience I had with him, but unfortunately I can't. I won't go into everything on here, but this attorney will promise you the moon and stars and not deliver. He will lie to your face, has no accountability, a very grandiose opinion of himself. My ex was in contempt for almost 2 yrs and thank goodness for his attorney that made my ex do what he was supposed to do out of the divorce decree and made things right. Pretty sad when the other person's attorney indirectly did the right thing for me and mine did nothing of what he promised to do. I'm so thankful my friend and I recorded everything, kept texts and emails. So, we had proof for the Bar Association to investigate this attorney.
