I am beyond thankful for the Kersh Team. Shane Kersh is an excellent lawyer that is very aggressive in the courtroom. He and his team are compassionate about you winning your case. They will listen to your concerns, they will be there for you anytime you need legal advice along the way, etc. They are very informative and take the time to explain things.
I used Shane Kersh and his team for a child custody case and got exactly what I wanted- primary custody so I can keep my daughter safe. I am so happy I went with them- worth every penny. They were such a valuable asset in navigating my child custody case. I would not have been able to do it without them. I had a well deserved felony DWI, there was no doubt I did it. The focus from the beginning was mitigating the consequences. Tom fought hard for me, and his actions and persistence saved me and my business. I do have to do a little time-about a month-but then I'm on probation and although it it strict I can continue to run my business.

Paul Kendall was referred to me when my husband needed a lawyer in Brazoria County. It was 2 days before the hearing when I contacted him. Next day he went to go consult with my husband in jail and the day after he was there for the hearing and worked with the prosecutors to get the best deal. My husband was out of jail that day instead of sitting there for weeks and is thankful to have had him on our side . He was quick to help and worked with us financially as well . Thank you!!!

I have had the pleasure of having Johnathan Silva and his team taking over 2 cases for me. Once in 2017 and again in 2021. He is one of the most efficient lawyers I’ve worked with. I was first introduced to Ms. Longmiles by referral, and she handled a criminal case involving my daughter ensuring my daughter received the best possible deal with the least intrusion into her life. DO NOT recommend James Gutheinz. Not a competent lawyer. Very unprofessional, not compassionate, not reliable, not trustworthy... He and the opposing counsel had some type of agreement outside of the case...Their paralegal, Raquel, is very lacking as well. They never sent my paperwork to the OAG, and 7 months later I have to handle that portion on my own to resolve the fact the OAG believed I owed $2400 in back child support due to their ignorance and lack of thoroughness. Notice that bad reviews usually have same complaints. Horrible lawyer. Inept. Simply making money off of consumer's who trust in his lies that he tells you during your consultation. What he called a simple child support modification drug on. He even told me several times to just settle for the proposed amount by the opposing counsel, because someday I would possibly make more money and it would “even out”. WOW!!!

Kris Hufstetler is the most calm, cool, collected, person I have ever met. He is well respected among his colleagues and he earned my respect the first time I met with him. While communication was very poor after the initial consult (requesting call backs and not getting a call back) Erinn was still able to get me favorable results on a possession pg 1 case. She did spend a good amount of time with me to review discovery items. Seeing as this was my second time with the exact same charge within 5 years of each other. Erinn was able to get me 2 years deferred and 100 hours community service, which was the exact same punishment I received in 2016 for the same charge out of Galveston County. I believe punishment in Texas usually gets more severe with each charge not stay the same. With Erinn I beat a felony and was able to keep my nursing license. Don't expect a call back, but she will show up for you to court. If you have a simple possession case or a misdemeanor case I think you'd be ok with Erinn. I was able to make a payment plan.

As the over 50% of 1 star reviews should indicate, do not hire this attorney. I had hired her for a family case for which at the beginning I was given a rah rah speech on how I had a strong case (I very much did) to win and how she was going to represent me well. The retainer was collected and after initial work, there was over a year of absolutely nothing and she came close to actually messing my case up entirely.
During that time I had emailed and called with no response from Ms. Brown for a 6 month period. She was very combative as were some of her people in her office. I never received any billing updates and ultimately had to fire her and hire a new attorney.

I recommend AGAINST Erinn Brown, I just fired her for lack of response to voicemails and emails, and zero transparency on billing. Never received a single statement from them after they took my retainer. Ignored multiple requests for responses. Erinn and Cesar are the most UNPROFESSIONAL folks I've ever worked with.

I agree with the above review she is extremely busy and difficult to get in contact with. I had a very difficult case in attempting to vacate a divorce which she was willing to take on, however she did not follow through as planned and dicussed with my case. One day after numerous attempts in trying to get in contact with her I received a letter of disengagement. Now this made my circumstances worse, when she could of been upfront from the beginning. I believe that John advised me and did what he thought would be in my best interest, especially in the long term picture. Both misdemeanors were dismissed and the felony (first and only) was negotiated to PTI (pretrial intervention / made no plea at all), which did result in monthly check ups with a probation officer and mandatory substance tests. Yet other conditions were minimal and the ability to seal Although case could have been taken to trial, Texas jury would likely convict me.
Overall I recommend this attorney and would definitely use the firm again if need ever arises.
The only concern now is to see how easy it would be to seal/expunge the felony case records upon the successful completion of the PTI conditions and whether my original payment will cover that service.

I had a consultation with Mr. Brown regarding a child support order being done. He explained to me the process of how things normally went in these types of things. He also told me that I didn't need to hire a lawyer for this unless the other person was trying to be difficult. Unlike most lawyers that would have taken my case just to get some money and not have told me that I didn't necessarily need one. Needless to say, if I needed to hire an attorney for anything, I would definitely look him up first.

I had never been in trouble. I was beeing charged with Robbery with Bodily injury. I was at walmart and was accused of stealing a cd. Loss prevention grabbd my face and I slappd her hand away. Ms. Beck told me I waslooking at 4 years in prison. I was extremely scared I had never been in trouble besides traffic warrants. I had a 5 yr old son at the time, that I just wanted to go home and be with. She told me if I wrote a statement saying that I planned to go to Walmart and steal a cd, if I lied and took fault they would let me go home the next day. So I did, I lied and wrote the statement. I just wanted to be with my little boy. The judge ask me if anyone made me take guilt or coheared me into it, i said "no". I should have told the judge right then and there. But unfortunately I didn't and Im paying for this everday, because now Im a covicted felone.

I hired Ms. Beck based on a referral from another Attorney to represent me in a Domestic Family matter. Ms. Beck was extremely professional, knowledgable and on point with her defense strategy. Ms. Beck was at Court at all times and was a shark in her defense of me. She knew her stuff and was well respected by her colleagues and others within her professional arena. She was difficult to get in touch with at times, but I came to realize I was not her only client. Referred to me by a friend. Not responsive never called back right away. Typically took her about 2 days. Never kept her word on what she was going to do. Did not remember conversations we previously had. Would not recommend her to anyone else. When you are faced with legal problems, during the process having confidence in your attorney helps ease the worry of the situation. This was not the case with my encounter with Ms Beck. Unlike the other client. I was able to pick this up early on and seek new counsel.

Mr.Norman is extremely difficult to get ahold of, yet if it is time to pay him his retainer, he will actually drive to wherever you are and pick it up as soon as you agree to hire him. After that he becomes quite scarce and then will make deals with the other party and then Inform you of them later without even calling to see if you agree in the first place. But then, may have never even done that... See, he told me he did but I constantly felt as though I was being lied to when I spoke with him (on the rare occasions I actually got him to answer the phone. The one time we actually met with the other party to try to get somewhere with my case, he asked me to leave the room so that he could be alone with the other attorney. He was incredibly friendly with the other attorney as though they were pals or something... He will take your money and do absolutely NOTHING for you. He is completely incompetent and I would never recommend him to anyone. If you are smart, you will heed my warning. He totally incompetent. I have no idea how this man made it through law school.
