I found Mrs. Merritt via the internet as I am out of state. From the first contact on I felt very comfortable and taken care of during a difficult time of the loss if my husband. She was very personable and very knowledgeable. She explained the probate process very well and was able to complete it in the most efficient and cost effective manner. A special thank you also to her secretary Jodi Ennis who was so easy to get s hold off, very responsive to any inquiry and very pleasant to deal with.

let's just say on the night In question, the police had good reason to be talking to me. Fearlessly armed with a business card I flashed it around like a badge warning my surrounding officers "Trey Parnell is my lawyer. You've got 20 minutes to charge me or this stop goes from consensual to harassment. You better get your facts straight if u plan on arresting me tonight. "
At first they wanted to tell.me I wasn't going no where so I repeated my statement and said I was no longer answering any questions, provided my identification, and kinda giggled.. I had no idea whether this was going to work or not. But It did it really worked 13 minutes later I was given my i.d. and sent on my way 12 pack in hand just as hammered as I was before.. so if you need a lawyer they don't want to mess with this is your guy for sure. 1000% no doubt in my mind I proved it using my own freedom for a gamble and it worked..

My attorney was Ronald Johnson, and his assistant BJ Greer really came through in my case. They were very proactive in finding solutions to my problems. I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my money or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. Randy, Amanda, and everyone else in his practice, thank you for all that you do! You are incredible and it does not go unnoticed!

I was in an unfortunate situation that was tremendously untimely. After consulting with 6 different lawyers, I decided to go with Mr. Jason Cromey. The reason Jason initially stood out to me was because of his incredible history in and out of the courtroom. I, without a doubt, am very happy that I put my trust into Jason. I have retained 4 prominent attorneys in Pensacola to represent me for cannabis related charges over the past 20 years. Now that cannabis is legal in Florida for medical use and I have a current medical card, I was still arrested and jailed for my cannabis not being in the proper container. My husband and I needed some legal help, counseling, advice, and direction. We were hoping to sit down with someone who would listen to the situation that we have found ourselves in and then provide for the above-mentioned needs. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Several times in conversation, he made comments regarding our intelligence, or lack thereof, cut us off while we were speaking, had zero interest in listening to our concerns about said situation, and was subsequently of no help. He spoke horribly about his secretary and was rude to her. He made an easy two hundred and fifty dollars off of us, and we left frustrated and with no guidance at all. If you are also in need of the same kind of help as we were, look somewhere else or seek counseling with his daughter, Angela Guttman, and don't waste your time or money.

My husband and I needed some legal help, counseling, advice, and direction. We were hoping to sit down with someone who would listen to the situation that we have found ourselves in and then provide for the above-mentioned needs. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Several times in conversation, he made comments regarding our intelligence, or lack thereof, cut us off while we were speaking, had zero interest in listening to our concerns about said situation, and was subsequently of no help. He spoke horribly about his secretary and was rude to her. He made an easy two hundred and fifty dollars off of us, and we left frustrated and with no guidance at all. David Ackerman is by far THE most fair judge I ever had the unfortunate pleasure of being in front of. When I was a younger man the man really helped me in so many ways as a judge that I was in front of more than once. He also has an uncanny way of seeing the truth in people as he did in me and the testimony me and my family gave. This is one of the most if no the most honest and helpful attorney I have ever spoken with. He is not concerned with draining your bank account and does not keep information from you that would allow you to help yourself. He has one the best legal assistant I have ever spoken with and she is happy to answer questions on the phone before you are even a paying customer. She gives you real information that can help you and doesn't beat around the bush. He is a good man with a good heart as well and he puts his heart into your case. He involves himself fully and will take all the burden and pressure of you. He will show up for you anytime you need him and will give you insider information about what to expect and he is the only attorney who has ever given me judges schedules and told me their personalities. He is very respected and was an honest and fair judge for many years. I consider him my attorney and have gone to him on 3 occasions for advice though I did not need to hire an attorney thanks to him. I actually feel bad and I hope in a way I wish I had a reason to use him now because I want to actually be a paying customer. He will work with you on the price and it's obvious that his focus is never on the money. I would not use anyone else in town except Barry Baroset but his price tag is about 3-4 times David's. He is a rare and dying breed of attorney and I hope he takes a protégé under his wing so his knowledge and approach at the law is passed down. I would love to sit and just talk with him about his time serving in Pensacola because he has been around so long and has been involved in many issues that matter greatly.
