My case wasn’t huge, or important, but it was to me. Tyler and his staff treated me like I was the only case they had, which was a breath of fresh air from my previous attorneys on the same case. Tyler let me call the shots, he only guided me and said what was in my best interest, not the firms. Bottom line, he got me a very fair settlement and was very reasonable with his fees!! What firm even does this anymore?? Gross and Schuster, that’s who. I can recommend Tyler and his firm with the outmost of respect and enthusiasm for anyone needing representation. If I am ever in need, or my gaming need, Tyler is my future go to guy!

David Ackerman is by far THE most fair judge I ever had the unfortunate pleasure of being in front of. When I was a younger man the man really helped me in so many ways as a judge that I was in front of more than once. He also has an uncanny way of seeing the truth in people as he did in me and the testimony me and my family gave. I was incarcerated and had been on probation prior to this incarceration when Mr. Ackerman was still a judge and had placed me on misdemeanor probation. This time I was facing federal charges and I asked my father to speak with Mr. Ackerman regarding my case. Being from New York we had some common ground and he was so kind and helpful to my dad regardingy case even though it wasn't necessary to hire him based on his advice. My father Robert Militello really enjoyed the time spent speaking with Mr. Ackerman and gave him a book about New York as a gesture of gratitude and friendship.

This is one of the most if no the most honest and helpful attorney I have ever spoken with. He is not concerned with draining your bank account and does not keep information from you that would allow you to help yourself. He has one the best legal assistant I have ever spoken with and she is happy to answer questions on the phone before you are even a paying customer. She gives you real information that can help you and doesn't beat around the bush. He is a good man with a good heart as well and he puts his heart into your case. He involves himself fully and will take all the burden and pressure of you. He will show up for you anytime you need him and will give you insider information about what to expect and he is the only attorney who has ever given me judges schedules and told me their personalities. He is very respected and was an honest and fair judge for many years. I consider him my attorney and have gone to him on 3 occasions for advice though I did not need to hire an attorney thanks to him. I actually feel bad and I hope in a way I wish I had a reason to use him now because I want to actually be a paying customer. He will work with you on the price and it's obvious that his focus is never on the money. I would not use anyone else in town except Barry Baroset but his price tag is about 3-4 times David's. He is a rare and dying breed of attorney and I hope he takes a protégé under his wing so his knowledge and approach at the law is passed down. I would love to sit and just talk with him about his time serving in Pensacola because he has been around so long and has been involved in many issues that matter greatly. He knew my grandfather and actually represented my grandmother in their divorce. My grandfather was a criminal defense attorney as well and they both highly respected each other. He has such a knowledge of the legal system as well as a vast understanding of the politics that surround it.

I was in an unfortunate situation that was tremendously untimely. After consulting with 6 different lawyers, I decided to go with Mr. Jason Cromey. The reason Jason initially stood out to me was because of his incredible history in and out of the courtroom. I, without a doubt, am very happy that I put my trust into Jason. I have retained 4 prominent attorneys in Pensacola to represent me for cannabis related charges over the past 20 years. Now that cannabis is legal in Florida for medical use and I have a current medical card, I was still arrested and jailed for my cannabis not being in the proper container. The first time I called Mr. Beroset it was after hours, and I had no experience with the legal process or what to expect. Mr. Beroset met with me in person the very next day and patiently and intently listened to the facts of my case, took notes, and asked questions. He was patient and compassionate, organized, and thorough. He also went over and beyond and talked to investigators on my behalf early in the case. I appreciated everything Mr. Beroset did for me. He is not cheap as far as fees go, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
