I have had Mr.Shultz as my attorney on my case for about 3-4 years. I first hired an attorney and paid a ridiculous amount signed for deferred probation. Each time I was revokated Mr.Shultz was my appointed attorney and I was in disbelief about how much he cared and invested into my case. I cannot say enough great things about him. He also is the attorney that fights for what you want and just doesn't try to have you sign for time quickly so he can move onto another case.

This true gentleman is extremely good at what he does. Mr. Schultz takes his job and an individual's case very seriously. As someone who unfortunately, has one of "those" family members who can't keep themselves out of trouble, this attorney is not only there for the client, he is there for the client's family. He understands the difficult obstacles that a client may face and doesn't sugar coat things . Instead, he puts forth sincere effort in getting things in favor of his clients in a fair and just manner . Mr. Schultz explains legal procedure in language that I can understand, and I could tell from the first opportunity of speaking with him that he is very experienced . If ever, I personally need representation, then Mr. Schultz will be the one that I will make a bee line to. Truly, he is a rarity in a field that I have always viewed with a skeptical and critical eye. All I say is true and I do not benefit from anything I'm saying. I'm not even going to tell him about this review. Also, I am not a paid spokesman;)

I've always known Mr. Ismail as Shawn, so that's how I'm going to refer to him. Shawn is professional and ethical (I know - a lawyer... crazy, right?? - lol). Shawn started as my lawyer in my divorce case that began about four years ago and he has been my lawyer through the initial divorce, a reconciliation with my ex, and the more recent divorce petition and subsequent (and very messy) custody battle. He has always given sound legal advice, told me the truth even when I didn't want to hear it, and clearly explained every step of the process in layman's terms. He's a great litigator. His line of questioning when I took the stand was always clear and concise and led to a great point. He fought for my young daughter as if she were one of his own. He wore hot pink accents on his tie and handkerchief during trial because, as he said, "I'm fighting for a little girl today." He even called me on the phone later on in the evening on the day that our trial ended just to check in and see how I was doing. I could never thank him enough. And if I ever need a lawyer for anything else (which hopefully I won't!), I would be calling Mr. Shawn Ismail.

Michael Hawk represented me and he did everything he said he was going to do, but the best part was he fought for me through out the whole process and never gave up. He genuinely cared about me and the case I was facing. In the end we won the case. He has exceeded my expectations and Im very thankful for him and his practice. Chip Pelley met me in person one day, while I was an absolute ball of nerves. Embarrassingly, I even started to cry in front of him. While Chip was reading through my divorce papers, he made me feel much more calm, and I felt confident in hiring him. Chip embodies the "still waters run deep" adage. We were later introduced to Chip's paralegal, Mary. Throughout the year-long process, Mary never took more than 24 hours to answer emails, and often times, she would answer my phone calls right away. Mary is thoughtful, professional, and very courteous with the clients. I never felt rushed in anyway whenever I would talk to her. On the day of the mediation, I did not sleep the night before. Once again, seeing my attorney Chip, made me calm again. At one point during the mediation, Chip was calmly reading through the paperwork, and he unveiled a small, but very significant detail that nobody seemed to catch, which changed the landscape of the entire litigation resulting in my favor. The outcome was that I actually ended up with MORE than what I was expecting. On a side note: use Chip's mediatior! He's not the most friendly man, but he is direct, and will streamline the process; he was highly effective. On billing: in aggregate, the standard operating procedure for billing is to charge a client the going rate per hour, notwithstanding the minutes used. For example, if you talk to your lawyer for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 45 minutes, they round up to the hour. But Chip bills in increments of 1/6 of the hour. Most of my interactions were with Mary, and her rate is ¼ Chip's, and she too, bills in increments of 1/6 of the hour. I found this to be a refreshing difference, which other attorneys should follow suit. Do your homework. Interview. And when you do, you will happily choose Chip Pelley.

Ms. Blacknall handled my divorce case (and me) with finesse and compassion in a manner that I have heard no other similarly unfortunate friends describe their own experiences, with other firms.
The entire team is beyond responsive. I had moments of panic and sent emails that were less than "professional" and was amazed to see the care and effort as well as timing of the responses from Ms. Blacknall and her staff.
The speed of the divorce was delayed only by myself and my ex-partner.

I had to terminate representation due to the extreme lack of response from Greyson, which his secretary even admitted that she did not know why he was like that.
when I finally did talk to him he said to send him the parole paperwork back and he would send us back the retainer. Almost a month has passed since I sent the packet in perfect condition, verified with his secretary that he said he had received the packet but is “working” on the refund.
Now my calls go unanswered(unless i call from a different number) and I get no response from any of them. This is highly unprofessional. Will be reporting him to the state bar because this is simply unacceptable. I would not trust an attorney who lies and avoids communication with any client or former client.

I was in deep trouble with this dui case i got. Every other lawyer I contacted demanded fees ranging from 5000 onward with no intent of actually finding a solution. Mr. Apgar was the only one that seemed to care how my case actually ended and was able to work with me on the price. He got my charge from a class A to class B at rockwall court which is notorious for going after the max sentence. Mr. Apgar was also very communicative during my entire ordeal and would always respond back in a timely manner make me feel heard. I really appreciate his services and i would highly recommend him!

If you need a lawyer run far far away from here paid for a walk through she did nothing that you can't do on your own. She never called no one did one thing at all she was the worst all going do take money an couldn't care less. You do everything she did with out paying a lawyer I talked to another lawyer longer than here and got help out paying a dime. Another lawyer only charges for their service once go to court for not hiring a lawyer a walk-through is pointless. Telling you unless you have money through away run far far away this one. I give it a 0 if I could.

Worst law practitioner ever. Their assistant. Tania Rodriguez is very unprofessional and very rude. She doesn't even listen to what is being told and nod without listening to you. She also interrupts you and asks you to leave premises if you wanna talk to your attorney. They don't even provide a room to talk privately. Never going there again. Not recommended at all!

Although everybody’s case is different, from our initial meeting and throughout the entire process he answered every question and helped guide us through each and every phase of what everyone would agree is the unpleasant situation of owing back taxes. He always responded quickly to any concerns we had and really helped with keeping our minds at ease.
