We had a situation where the Mother withheld contact from the Father. I was referred to Tim by my divorce attorney to represent me on a separate legal matter. He reviewed the case and developed a strategy that resulted in two felony charges being dropped and a third reduced to a misdemeanor, through a differed disposition. I contacted Attorney Levine for a consultation regarding a situation that I was rather embarrassed by the details of revealing due to the nature of what had transpired as I had not been free of guilt in this series of events.
However, just like a physician who has heard "everything", Attorney Levine cut to the chase and did not allow for any emotionally vulnerable pieces to affect the entirity of what I was realistically looking at and why his thoughts on the matter may be of assistance but would be far from easy to execute that which I was most concerned from coming to fruition.
That, in my mind, is a trait that is found only in the most experienced of defense attorneys as they make it quite clear that none of what they advise is for the purposes of "clearing you in the eyes of the court" but in guiding you down a path that his experience has shown will yield the most desirable outcome.
He does not mince words nor does he allow for you to ask questions which have no real consequence in your case but does so in a manner that is respectful and efficient, considering your time and providing you with the best counsel by not TELLING you what to do but why what Attorney Levine has told you what his recommendation would be in your situation.

Attorney Levine provided me and my son with a free consultation regarding my son’s “driving to endanger” case. Between a 10-minute phone conversation and an hour-long meeting in his office, he gave us immensely helpful and detailed information and recommendations to aid my son’s defense. The case is quite serious, as my son is only 16 but is being charged as an adult. The case is also unusual, in that my son’s driving behavior was the result of some very unusual circumstances. We now hold a very refreshing view of my son’s prospects and feel much more prepared going forward.

I am really not great at writing reviews , but I will say that Luke is an amazing lawyer. very professional, knowledgeable and gives 110%. My daughter was in court, with her court appointed attorney, for motor vehicle violations and took a plea deal not really knowing what she was agreeing to. I am a good person and father who got into some trouble … facing multiple serious felonies. I had a different court-appointed attorney who didn’t seem to care one bit and I was referred to Zach by an acquaintance who said he was phenomenal and had fought tooth and nail for him.. I sent Zach an email explaining my situation (the DAY BEFORE COURT) and within an hour he called me asking for more details. He got himself and team court appointed and was there the very next morning ready to go. He was at every phone call, zoom meeting, and court appearance and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. In the end, he was able to get all of my felonies dropped and charged with possession - a $400 fine. I could not have imagined anyone else being by my side and not only would I have gladly paid for his services, but I’d recommend him to ANYONE. Great attorney who cares..

My situation was on that I would never wish on my worst enemy. I was falsely accused, and the law required a sentence which would have consumed most of my adult life. Jill was recommended to me by another Lawyer who is amazing herself, which let me know that Jill is the BEST of the best. Throughout the process Jill exhibited a superior knowledge of the system, a familiarity of the city and process which only comes on the other side of years of experience, and a professionalism that is unmatched. I was justifiably afraid, at times wanting to play "backseat lawyer" due to the black hole which is Google. Jill maneuvered me through it all, the emotional ups and downs, and achieved an outcome that is nothing short of amazing. While "justice" in my case is an approximation, I'm free of this burden, able to live my life and pursue a future. While I want to put this whole tribulation behind me, and hope to never have to use her services again, I have no desire to lose contact with Jill as a person. My daughter was in trouble after dating a man that was really bad person. He was a crook trying to make money from stealing and ripping people off instead of honest and hard working. He took advantage of her naïveté and used her for her car, her credit status and her money ie: writing bad checks all over the place from her account. Because her name was on everything not his she was held responsible as there was no connection paperwork wise to him. He left her in a bad way with all these debtors. Luke Rioux was the best person to get them to understand that she was taken advantage of and to get the amounts owed to them lowered and her restitution lowered or she would have been in more trouble as she might have even had to go to jail for what that guy did to her.
