This is the guy you want to represent you!
A few months back a put myself in a bad situation that resulted in big handful of tickets.
Unfortunately my regular attorney had passed away just a few months before, so I searched Google till I found his website.
When contacting the office they responded very fast to give me a quote for my predicament.
A very reasonable flat rate, and very affordable payment options if you do not have the funds for paying in full.
Working with them was amazing! Extremely friendly and just common curiosity that is hard to find these days!
With constant reminders the day before court with a text, and a reassuring and positive attitude that he was going to do everything he could do to do the best that he could everytime we met.
He Definitely lived up to his word!
At the end of the hole ordeal he did better than what I was anticipating.
Not only would I use them again, I would recommend them to anyone!

I literally had one of the most difficult cases known to family court with a bitter ex that made up lies and dragged me into court yearly for 16years of false allegations and manipulation to the point I almost lost my son. Ali didn't only fight hard for me, she was always there when I needed her. It was never about the money. She genuinely cared about me. I had to deal with a situation that existed in both family court as well as criminal court. Right away Ali was both informative and empathetic. As a professional, she knows how the legal system works. Ali spent time 'on the other side' as a prosecutor, which I felt gave her an inside understanding of not only how the prosecution operates, but of what judges want and look for in a case. Ali informed myself and my wife right away to initiate things like counseling and parenting classes and not to wait for that to be ordered. 1) Because you don't want to get MONTHS into your case and then have the system spring something on you that you could have been doing all that time and 2) It shows that you're pro-active in your case. She never painted a picture of unrealistic expectations and yet, at the same time, she managed to stoke the fires of hope and resolve. The above mentioned advice alone probably shaved 3-4 months off of my family court case. It's little things like that that become big things that Ali has an inside understanding of.
As a person, Ali took a personal interest in me and my family. She readily viewed pictures of my kids and even helped my eldest with a few decisions about college. Ali is a genuine person and she really does care.
To be frank, the court system is hell. Pick one reason or pick several, it's a sea of hell. Ali acted as a legal compass through it all.
I don't give this review with any amount of light heartedness. DCFS came and took my youngest son into state custody for over 1 year. In my heart I truly feel that if it had not been for Ali Leonard, that time would have been excruciatingly longer or worse, they may not have returned him at all. It's via her strength, her knowledge and her determination that I have my son today and my family is whole. Even when my monetary debt reads zero, I will never be able to truly pay her back. Brian Morgan was recommended to me when I had a contract dispute with a Rockford Roofing/Siding Contractor. This contractor did not deliver on services promised. When there was issue with the quality of the work done, the contractor refused to finish the work and demanded payment in full. I sent them a check for the work that was finished, and the contractor used family legal representation and sued me. Brian Morgan gave me a fair estimate at the beginning of the case and then did more work than I expected as the case dragged out completely fulfilling his part of the original agreement. Brian uncovered discrepancies in the contractor’s contract and pointed out multiple instances where the contractor was clearly attempting to defraud me. Brian exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to reach a final settlement. I don’t know if that contractor learned anything about customer service, but Brian clearly understands what it means to deliver top value at a fair cost. Brian has a firm grasp on contract law and made no secret that he does not like dishonest contractors. His actions speak for him.

Brian Morgan is the attorney for you if you need criminal, Dcfs help etc. He is honest and trustworthy and very, very knowledgeable about the law. Being a former assistant State's attorney really helps. He is very kind and will listen to all you have to say. I spoke with many other attorney's before finding Brian and they would start asking questions before I would get done and then I would forget where I was at and forget to tell them something, not with Brian he listened to everything I had to say and then started asking questions. He is reasonable on his rates and he will work with you. I spoke with many attorney's before Brian and I wished I would of found him first then I would of not had to waste my time like I did on any other attorney. They were rude and charged to much money. I had him for a case involving DCFS. I was a very long drawn out case. Through it all he was by my family's side and doing everything he could. The case lasted over two years. I might not have always took his advice or listened, but he still did everything he could to get my family back together. He is an awesome man with a big heart. At the time I didn't always think so, but over time and working with other attorneys I've learned that he really is a great lawyer. He knew we didn't have a lot of money so he even worked on the retainer and payments after. I seriously wish they could all have even half his kindness and desire to do the best for the client.

I was (falsely) accused of a hit and run in downtown Rockford and I thought that I was going to be forever tarnished with criminal conviction. Mr. Altamore assured me that he could keep the conviction off my record from day one, immediately alleviating my anxiety. He then proceeded to find all of the holes in the prosecutions arguments and I walked out of the court room with a traffic ticket and court supervision (my choice - he says I would have had a good chance at winning a trial). I still have the civil case with which to deal but at least I can still move to Canada when Trump gets elected! In all seriousness he knows his trade and can get the job done: worth every penny.

Going through another company, I was referred to Black and Jones for my SSDI case. The first phone call I had was just a consultation with a lawyer at the firm. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I did not appreciate the condescending tone and the scoffs I could clearly hear while I was answering questions. Also, was ASKED to send info to a specific email to which my email was DENIED BY THE COMPANY per the email from Yahoo mailer. Then I sent an email through the inquiries email on the website, to which I have yet to receive a response. Lawyers exist because we non social paths don't know the law, maybe try to pretend to care just a little bit, or at least treat a potential client with some respect. Find another place to do business. EDIT: It gets even better! They have zero information about my case and send me a letter claiming they have reviewed my case. If they are looking at the current case on file with SSI, they have incorrect information. That's what happens when people don't actually do thier job.

Walking into trial 2 days ago Order protection that would keep me From my child for two years at least!!
I walked innocent man as I should have. The accusations in the order were completely false and was able to come up with a defense for trial that was able to adequately show this to the judge without any doubt in his mind Before dismissing this Frivolous order!!

I called to discuss AppleCare and AIG Insurance not replacing my lost I Phone. They stated that I had not followed the requirements in the terms and conditions in the policy they provided me. The fact of the matter is they never provided me with a policy so how could I know the requirements. They were happy to collect $14 per month of theft and loss coverage. I wasted over 5 hours on the phone with AppleCare and AIG. They hide behind a bunch of legalese and just try to wear you down until you give up in frustration. These are huge corporations screwing the consumer with worthless insurance coverage. The person at Williams McCarthy I needed to speak to was not available so I left a detailed voicemail message. It has been over two weeks since and no one ever bothered to return my call. 👎👎👎👎👎
