I had servers probation violations and was getting know where in live besides inside jails and prisons. The judge had enough of me a order a fugitive warrant. I ended calling serval lawyers that said to turn yourself in and I couldn’t help you with the case. I thought for sure I would end up back in prison and when I get out return into my old habits. Then I called Will he said he could help me and he 100 percent did. He saved my life I fixed going back to my old ways and he got the warrant taken care of. Where I didn’t have to see a day in jail nor start my probation over. I followed his advice and it changed my life for the better. Mr. Goldstein is one of the best lawyers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. It was the worse situation I could have on my record and would result in termination of my employment. I am a very honest person which made his job more difficult when we went to court. I don't know how, but he was able to save my job due to an over site he found in the case. She cuts through the confusion in a situation and tells you what you need to hear. Joan believes in what is right and will fight for her client to get what is fair. Over the past 20 years, our family has hired Mr. Shalowitz for numerous cases including personal injury, divorce, writing our wills, traffic tickets, and more. He always took our calls right away or returned our calls by the end of the business day. We have always been satisfied with the outcome of our cases. When other lawyers wanted to charge us out the Wazoo so they could line their pockets, Mr. Shalowitz tried to settle the case from the get-go knowing how these cases usually turn out. Only an experienced, ethical, and loyal attorney would do this. It seems that nowadays lawyers just want to continue the litigation so they can make more money. Fortunately, Mr. Shalowitz is not one of those Lawyers. Why can’t all lawyers be like him?

My journey through the judicial system in Illinois was not easy. My husband was attacked and later died from the injuries. The attacker was charged and after 5 plus years of trial postponements the attacker was acquitted. I couldn't find an attorney that would represent me in the civil suit until I found Luke. Luke took the case knowing it was not a slam dunk. When Joe (the attacker) was acquitted I expected Luke to tell me there was no hope for the civil suit and walk away. Instead Luke searched the court transcripts, connected the dots from the criminal trial and negotiated a settlement for me. During the process Luke kept me informed, he explained the difficulties of the case, what I could expect and really understood how difficult this process was for me. He guided me through the process making sure I didn't settle too soon for too little. The settlement can't bring Don back, nothing can. But now my family and I have closure and we can move forward. Frank and Rosie have been worth their weight in gold. From the first time I went to see him about 8 years ago until this moment. He talks straight, he tells you what you are facing, and he does his job far above and beyond the amount of monies you pay him. He has filed a chapter 13 for me, and most recently he assisted me in getting my home loan modified. My principal mortgage payment went from $1975.00 reduced to $725.00. Now as he told me there is no guarantee they would approve it, but Ill say this for Frank and Rosie.... if there is a way to do it they will find that path and walk you down it. I had my responsibilities as well to do my part such as when I was contacted to provide documents and information it was paramount to get that info to them ASAP. But, if you seek a attorney who will serve you well this is your stop. Call him or email him NOW!!!

Nathan was beyond proficient throughout the entire DUI process. He was readily available when i had questions or concerns, he kept me up to date with reminders and letters, and he worked with me on payments. Other than the inconvenience of having to drive to IL for few court dates it was a pretty stress free process. Dan's law firm helped me with an embarrassing charge for which the prosecuting attorney wanted ten years in prison and at least ten more years of registration, a felony B. At the initial consultation Dan very professionally and courteously outlined a plan how to defend the case. He and his partner Joe Flees fought a long fight to bring it down to an amended charge of a felony D (E on current statutes) with no registration and I got probation.

I recently had a need for legal representation in the City of St. Louis. Upon searching for an attorney, I remembered the sharp, well-spoken neighbor John Meehan's profession was an attorney at Meehan Law just west of Lafayette Square. John was by far the most impressive lawyer that has represented me. His friendly (yet professional demeanor), quick thinking skills, and legal relationships in the city of St. Louis provided me the representation I needed to address my legal situation in a timely fashion. John was super helpful in the following ways:
1. John's response time to my initial call was less than an hour. John and the Meehan Law Firm pride themselves on responding to clients in need in a timely, professional manner.
2. John is well a well-respected attorney in the justice system and is able to resolve legal issues using his advanced, specialized legal knowledge that both defense and prosecution stakeholders must respect and acknowledge. John was very helpful in addressing my legal issue by simply speaking directly to the city using diplomatic discussion and legal knowledge.
3. The most common phrase I heard from John during the process of addressing my legal situation is, "I just want to help people." and he really means it. John is from the area, understands the formal and informal challenges of the citizens needing defense services in the area, and can therefore empathize on the client level when needing the legal representation. In other words, “He’s lived and walked the streets of St. Louis, understands the law, and understandings the Police and Government first hand”.
