Atty. MK Campbell represented me on Charges of a DWI, DWLS, Poss of Cocaine, Poss of Controlled Substance and Poss of Paraphernalia. Also, 2 felony violations of probation.
I feel SO absolutely GRATEFUL to MK! From day one, she was straightforward and transparent with me. I see all these great reviews about Will Flores and I’m not sure how accurate these are.
I had a car accident case which Elliot was handling. Elliot from one day to the next left the firm which was very strange and then Will takes over my case. He calls me and is on the phone with me for about 45 minutes. He tells me how we’re going to move forward with my case and pretty much it was all lies. Melissa calls me the following week and tells me Will is dropping my case because the insurance company wasn’t going to pay. I was in complete shock because what Will told me was completely different than what Melissa was telling me. The weird thing is he knew the insurance company wasn’t going to pay because we talked about it and his plan was to send me for another mri and a chiropractor. Once we get the results we sue because he said even if the insurance company offers anything it’s going to be low.
This was a very simple car accident. If anyone saw my videos it’s obvious this wasn’t my fault. Will even agreed this wasn’t my fault and so did Elliot before he left.
Anyways, After this situation he is probably the biggest liar and most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND WILL FLORES TO ANYONE.
I’m not sure if he’s crazy or just a compulsive liar. Either way horrible guy to do this to anyone.

Thought I hit rock bottom. But, Lee Pearlman gave me hope. Even through the ups and downs on my end he continued to produce results. From getting my DUI reduced to a wreck less driving. To even when I failed probation he was able to get me out with minimal jail time of 2 weeks. He generated professionalism through the whole process, and we couldn't be happier. Hunter Rawls and his team prepared a comprehensive Trust package for my wife and I. This process took several months to complete. Hunter was not only thorough with his explanation of terms and the way Trusts work vs. wills, but he was also very patient with our laundry lists of questions (and sometimes repetitive questions) over multiple phone calls. This review is long overdue. I was very overwhelmed with the case and wanted to shut it out completely afterwards. After having consultations with a few different attorneys, one who was very demeaning and one who wanted to take advantage of the situation monetarily, I was feeling distressed. I remember the evening that I called Tim. It was after business hours but he picked up my call and truly listened. I found Attorney Kopp through a bankruptcy support group on Facebook. Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.

I ran into a situation in Pinellas county. Hired him the next day or so. Yeah, it cost some money. Very much worth it. He totally gave me a worry free representation. I didn't even show up for a single court date. He conveyed what needed to be conveyed to whomever it needed to be conveyed to understand the dynamics of what was really going on in the case. Everything about this law firm screams the best of the best from their detailed advertisement box, quick response time in consultations and communication, professionalism, and particular understanding to each individual clients’ emotional and monetary needs. The BEST legal counsel money could buy and they are AFFORDABLE and accommodating! Mr. Pelletier walked me through a horrible time in my life and helped me move past it in the best way possible for myself and all parties involved.
I found myself facing two felony charges after a questionable traffic stop I was a passenger of my own vehicle in, it was devastating. Marc made sure I understood absolutely every option I had through my case, walked me through reviewing evidence and excellently navigated me through ALL of my defense options. His knowledge of all sides of Florida law is outstanding and he answered every question I threw at him. I'm not sure who left the 5 star reviews, but after retaining and employing william Bennet I believe they are family members and friends that were asked to leave them.
Bill is unproductive and unprofessional. You have to press and press him before he actually files anything. Lacks communication with his clients, and either is to preoccupied to take notes or doesn't care to.
I employed him for a family case and was very relieved to finish up the remainder of my retainer and employ another attorney

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney Bennett. I was subpoenaed for two full consecutive days, yet not once was I called to testify. I spent both days waiting in a cold hallway, without any communication from the attorney, while dealing with my autoimmune diseases.
During this time, I had to miss two full days of work from my two jobs, which resulted in lost wages. Additionally, I incurred expenses for parking and childcare for my two young children, ages 5 and 7. As a single mother who hustles to make ends meet, this situation was not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome.
Furthermore, the subpoena was not even served to me directly. Other individuals had to give me the papers, which raises questions about the legality of the service. However, I complied to avoid being held in contempt of court.
This experience highlighted a lack of consideration and respect for my time and circumstances. I urge others to seek legal representation from someone who values and respects the lives of others.

Didn't like the overall experience and felt rush to settle. Even when they came back with an offer, I had to tell them to go back and renegotiate again. Which they did and got a little bit more. Even though the amount I got back was way less than what I thought. Spoke to other lawyers afterwards and was told that I could've gotten back more because of the severity of my condition and knowing the other party bodily injury protection was a lot.
